In casa Victoria Arduino è nata una nuova macchina. Si chiama Adonis, come il
celebre personaggio mitologico, simbolo della bellezza giovanile, che fece innamorare
Afrodite - dea dell’amore - e Proserpina - figlia di Giove. L’elemento che la caratterizza,
del resto, è proprio la sua bellezza coinvolgente, che agisce sulle emozioni più profonde,
trasmettendo il piacere di possedere uno splendido oggetto, capace di esaltare
l’ambiente che la circonda e di entusiasmare, con il suo caffé, ogni palato.

Perché Adonis?

At the Victoria Arduino company, a new machine has been born. The Adonis
(named for the mythological character who made both Aphrodite, the goddess
of love, and Proserpina, Jove’s daughter, fall in love) has a beauty of its own that
elevates its surrounding environment and intrigues onlookers - and makes great
espresso, naturally.

Adonis è una macchina da caffé espresso
studiata e realizzata con cura in ogni sua parte:
sul lato frontale, l’originale design dei gruppi
cromati le attribuiscono grande personalità e sul
lato opposto la fascia poggiatazze superiore e
lo storico marchio Victoria Arduino sono messi
in risalto da led di ultima generazione, a basso
consumo energetico. Ai lati le sue forme morbide
sono impreziosite da una cornice cromata che
corre lungo tutto il perimetro.

design; il gioco di luci ed ombre esalta l’armonia

Tutti i comandi sono stati disegnati per fondere
estetica e funzionalità; l’originale pulsantiera
a forma di petalo è posizionata in modo
da rendere semplice ed intuitivo ogni gesto
dell’operatore, così come l’innovativo sistema
Steam Power Control, che consente al barista di
aprire e chiudere il vapore con il semplice gesto
di un dito.

Estetica e funzionalità

Every detail of the Adonis has been carefully
planned and expertly built. The original design
of its chrome group heads is a statement of
individuality, while the cup warmer and the
historic Victoria Arduino symbol on the outer
panel are highlighted with the latest, low­energy-use LED technology, and the fluid shape
of the side panels shine with chrome that runs
along their perimeter.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder

Light is central to the Adonis’ design. Illuminated
features are complemented by shadows, creating
balance and bringing aesthetic harmony to any
setting.

The controls on the Adonis fuse aesthetics with
functionality; its unique petal-like push-button
panel is positioned to make every gesture made by
the operator both simple and intuitive, just as the

simple flip of the finger.
