Description:
The NTE1478 is an integrated circuit in a 10–Lead SIP type package that detects the stopping of a
rotary signal and drives a plunger. It is designed for use in auto–reverse and auto–eject car stereo
applications and can be used as a solenoid driver in many other control circuits.

D Programmable Switch: Manual Operation Can be Obtained
D Pause Switch: Switching Pause (Switch ON), Plunger Does Not Operate Even if the Rotary
Detective Signal Stops.
D Internal Load Dump Protector (Excessive Supply Voltage)
D Response Time and Driving Time are Variable with External Capacitors
D Input Sensitivity Voltage: 2V
D Operating Supply Voltage Range: VCC = 9V to 18V
