To measure a sample in a representative way, bigger amount of
sample is required sometimes. In this case, Novasina's ClimMate
Set aw offers a comfortable solution. It allows the user to measure
bigger quantity of sample or chunks of sample or even bulky stuff.
This water activity meter does not feature the Novasina equilibrium
detection, thus end of measurement has to be determined by the
user himself and there is as well any implemented temperature­control. This meter is battery powered, so it can easily be used as
portable version.
