You can use a variety food items with your RETRO FERRIS WHEEL HOT DOG COOKER™. To enjoy a fun, easy to
serve meal, we suggest you try cooking or warming the following:
A variety of regular length Hot Dogs and Wieners (Beef, Turkey, Kosher, or Chicken).

The bottom drawer opens and can store buns, different breads, or cooked or un-cooked hot dogs until ready for use.

It is great for the den while watching sporting events, or in a dorm room studying with friends. You can even set it up at
the office for lunches or meetings. Kids love it because they can serve themselves! Just open a package of hot dogs,

Your RETRO FERRIS WHEEL HOT DOG COOKER™ requires easy assembly. After making sure the power is OFF and
the unit is unplugged, take the Ferris Wheel Frame and a ttach it t o the unit using the following steps:
A) With the Hot Dog Cooker facing towards you, open the door and place the Ferris Wheel Frame into the Hot Dog
Cooker. Make sure that the side of the Ferris Wheel Frame with the solid metal wheel is on the right and the wire wheel
side is on the left.

B) Attach the solid wheel side by inserting the male piece into the right side of the Hot Dog Cooker.
C) Attached the wire wheel side to the left side of the Hot Dog Roller by simply placing the bar into the hook.
D) Attach the 8 food cages by simply sliding them onto the allotted hooks using the small gaps on the cages.
E) Insert the drip tray to the bottom of the cooker and you are ready to begin using the RETRO FERRIS WHEEL HOT
DOG COOKER™!

USING YOUR RETRO FERRIS WHEEL HOT DOG COOKER ™
First, find a stable surface near an electrical outlet before starting. Ferris wheel assembly mu st be eng aged correctly
to operate properly. Confirm that the drip tray is in place when using the unit. Always make sure your cord is away from
any water source. If needed, it is acceptable to use an extension cord.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. The button on the top of the unit turns the power on. When the button light is on, this indicates that the power is on
and the Ferris wheel will begin to turn. The arrow dial on the top right of The RETRO FERRIS WHEEL™ allows you
to adjust the temperature (see image below). To cook or warm foods, make sure the power is off and put the hot
dogs or food into the cages. You can double up as well. Turn power button on and the arrow on to HIGH. Watch the
food ride on the Ferris wh eel as it cooks or keeps warm.

2. You will notice the color begin to darken as the hot dogs are cooking. The hot dogs should be cooked for about 20
minutes on high (depending on the type and size of the hot dogs). The thicker the hot dog, the longer it will take to
cook through. Once they are cooked to your desired taste, lower the temperature to go into warm mode and keep the
hot dogs toasty.
3. If you want to warm up your hot dog buns, simply open the bottom drawer (as shown below), and place your buns
into the drawer.
By following these simple instructions, your RETRO FERRIS WHEEL HOT DOG COOKER™ will be fun for friends,
family, and kids of all ages!

CLEANING
Make sure the unit is un plugged before cleaning. Allow all parts to COOL to the tou ch, especially the roller
assembly and drip tray, before taking the unit apart.
Before first use and continuing after each use, be sure to soak and wipe off the Ferris wheel cage with a damp
cloth and dry th oroughly. When more concentrated cleaning is necessary, wash in warm soapy water, rinse, and
dry thoroughly.
To prolong the life of your RETRO FERRIS WHEEL™, hand-washing parts is advised. Dishwasher use is not
recommended.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Power Light does not turn ON.
Check electrical plug to ensure it is fully
plugged in.
