GLOSSARY

• Discharge-line The line, which will be connected

to the discharge side of the pump.

• Hydraulic The hydraulic describes the part of the

pump which transforms velocity energy into
pressure energy.

• Suction line The line, which will be connected to

the suction side of the pump.

1. GENERAL

For a long life expectancy of your purchased product
please take care about the correct installation.
Damages, which are based on incorrect usage can
lead to a loss of warranty.

THEREFORE PLEASE OBSERVE THE DETAILS

OF THIS MANUAL CAREFULLY!

1.1 USAGE SITE OF PUMP

Swimming pools and ponds.

1.2 ABOUT THIS MANUAL

Pumps of the mentioned series are designed for the
circulation (based on type with pre-filtration) of
swimming pools and ponds.

Based on the design the pump needs to be mounted
horizontally. The potentially integrated filter avoids
damage of the pump by big particles.

This manual describes the correct handling and usage
at any phase of your product‘s life. Additionally, there
are important safety notes stated in this manual.

Therefore it is urgently recommended to read this
manual before installation, commissioning or any
other work on this product by authorized and trained
personnel. Please keep this manual nearby the
product so it is always available.

NOTE

• The manufacturer will not take responsibility if
this manual has not been observed.

• Installations are only allowed by trained and
qualified staff.

• Warranty claims caused by work/installation on
the product can only be accepted when it has
been done by the service staff or authorized
partner of the manufacturer.

• Single-handed changes or work on the product
within the guarantee period will lead to a loss of it.

• Modification or changes of the product are only
allowed by agreement of the manufacturer. Original
spares and accessories authorized by the manu­facturer are for your safety. The usage of other parts
could lead to a loss of warranty claims in case of
damages. Also, the manufacturer won’t take any
responsibility for the results caused by these.

1.3 USAGE

1.3.1 INTENDED USE

The intended use of your product is the circulation
(based on type with pre-filtration) of swimming pools
or ponds. Other usages please see the dedicated pump
data sheet or please directly contact the manufacturer.

It is only allowed to use the product within its defined
limitation of use (including medium to be pumped/
performance curve). Swimming pool pumps will be
tested according to our internal reference inspection
plan.

1.3.2 ERROR APPLICATION

The manufacturer will not take any responsibility for
other usage (misuse) than the mentioned ones in this
manual.

1.4 TARGET SUBJECT OF THIS MANUAL

This manual addresses to technically qualified or
trained personnel.

2. SAFETY

2.1 GENERAL

Before starting any work on or with the product, this
manual needs to be read carefully by the service
technician/operator in charge of this product. It also
needs to be kept in the area of the product.

The safety notes need to be considered, the
guidelines have to be followed.

2.2 IDENTIFICATION OF SAFETY AND

2.5 QUALIFICATIONTRAINING OF PERSONNEL

The personnel responsible for the handling, installation,
maintenance and inspection must have the right
qualifications for these jobs. Is there a lack of detailed
expertise the personnel needs to be trained and edu­cated. Persons without detailed expertise or training
are not allowed to work with or on this product.

Please make sure that the product is out of the range
of kids. It is important for qualified personnel and the
operator to read this manual before starting work on
or with this product!

2.6 SAFETYCONSCIOUS AND PROFESSIONAL
WORKING

All stated safety rules within this manual, local/national
rules for accident prevention and also possible internal
working and safety procedures need to be observed
and followed.

2.7 INDICATION ABOUT PROTECTIVE MEASURES

For the whole lifecycle of the product following protective
measures need to be taken:

• The staff need to be equipped with personal
protective equipment.

• Instruction of the staff by this manual and by the
stated safety regulations.

2.8 SAFETY INDICATIONS FOR THE OPERATOR

• If there is a danger by hot or cold parts, they
need to be protected against accidental contact
by the customers.

• If there is any protection against accidental contact
it is not allowed to operate the product without it.

• Possible removed protections against accidental
contact, e.g. for maintenance, need to be
mounted again before restart.

• Dangers caused by electrical energy need to be
eliminated. (For details please see for example the
rules of EVU/VDE and the local electrical company).

2.9 SAFETY INDICATIONS FOR ASSEMBLY,
INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE

The operator needs to take care, that all assembly,
inspection and maintenance work will be done by
authorized and qualified personnel being familiar with
the product by studying this manual carefully. In general,
all works on the product are only allowed when it is out
of operation and secured against accidental startup.

2.10 REMAINING RISKS

Despite of extensive safety measures against dangers
these can not be eliminated in total. Based on the
design, the remaining risks have been reduced to a
minimum for highest possible safety. By working in
accordance with the known rules and regulations for
safety you will be able to avoid any further risk.

3.2.1 TRANSPORT

The goods have been packed according to manu­facturer standard or as agreed upon the contract.
During transportation high vibrations need to be avoided
because this could impact the lifetime of the product.
Transport safety rules and regulations need to be
observed.

For example, following points could be a result of
inobservance:

• Failure of important functions of the product.

chemical influence.

• Risk for the environment by leaking and possible
danger pump medium.

NOTE

Inobservance of the stated safety notes and
specifications could lead to a loss of all damage
claims and warranty.

3. TRANSPORT, CONSERVATION, STORAGE,
RETURNS AND DISPOSAL

3.1 SAFETY NOTES FOR TRANSPORT AND STORAGE

For transport and storage all local valid rules of carrying
business and if applicable, the rules for operating cranes,
fork lifts or related machines need to be followed.

3.2 TRANSPORTUNPACKING

3.2.2 UNPACKING

After unpacking, compare the serial number on the
product to the delivery slip and the nameplate. Please
also check the completeness of the delivered goods.

For avoiding any pollution of the product, it is
recommended that the unpacking will be done on
the installation site.

During unpacking, take care of not damaging the
product and that no packing material will be left in
and on the product itself. Packingmaterial needs to be
disposed according to local disposal regulations so
they aren‘t a hazard to the personnel (e.g. stumbling
or other dangers).

3.3 CONSERVATIONSTORAGE

In general the delivered product is ready for immediate
use. Should the product not be used immediately or
stored over a longer period appropriate neccessary
measures need to be taken.

Aditionally, following points need to be considered:

• Drain the pump (for cast iron pumps apply
conservation)

• Repeatedly rinse with cold, clear water

Completely drain pump



• Connection openings need to be closed (pipe,
suction and discharge lines, ...)

• Outside storing with direct ultraviolet radiation
should be coercively avoided with plastic pumps

• Condensed water could attack metal parts and
change the characteristics of used lubricating
grease.

NOTE

Disobeying these regulations will lead to an

expiration of warranty.

At casted pumps all rotating parts need to be
protected against corrosion to avoid stucking.Any
deviations need to be clarified with the manufacturer.

3.5 DISPOSAL

The disposal is up to the owner of this product. For
the correct disposal following hints could be helpful:

• Remove the medium to be pumped, and if
necessary, collect it for special disposal. If
necessary decontaminate the pump.

• If the medium to be pumped is detrimental to
health and environment, clean contaminated parts.

• Separate the different kinds of materials

• Correct disposal of the different components
according to the local rules and regulations

4.1 GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Swimmingpool circulation pump

Pumps of the mentioned series are designed for the
circulation (based on type with pre-filtration) of
swimming pools and ponds.

Based on its design the pump needs to be mounted
horizontally. The integrated pre-filter avoids possible
damage of the pump by big particles.

4.3 SETUP OF THE PRODUCT

Pumps with glue fitting

For a sucessfull glued connection it is necessary to be
aware of the functions of glued connections. The most
common reason for a weak/failed glued connection is
not the glue strength, but the insufficient preparation
of the surfaces which shall be glued or the wrong
selection of glue for this application.

• Greasing of the surface to be glued
One requirement for a successful glued connec­tion is to completely remove all remaining oil,
grease, dust and other dirt from the surfaces to
be glued. All dissolvers entirely evaporating of
the cleaned glue surface are suitable. (e.g.
„Henkel“ tangit cleaner for PVC and ABS).

• Glueing of the parts
For glueing of PVC and ABS parts, a special glue
shall be used (e.g. „Henkel“ tangit glue or „Würth“
FSK glue). For the right usage and amount of
glue, please see the specific manual of the glue
product and safety notes of the manufacturer.
Final strength after 24 hours.

Pumps with screw fitting

For pumps with screw fitting only the usage of teflon
tape for sealing the connection is recommended as other
sealing materials could cause damages on the windings.

4.4.4 UNDERGROUND, GROUNDING, WALL

The grounding needs to be relevant to make sure the
whole pump can be installed safe and strainless.
Strains could lead to an early wearing of the pump
and/or its components or the motor. Please take care,
that no external vibrations will come through the
underground into the pump. Installation work needs
to follow the rules for reducing the body and air sound
transmission. It is recommended to use damping or
absorbing materials for the installation.

The drainage and venting of the
pump must take place at cessation.

4.4 DETAILS ABOUT INSTALLATION LOCATION

4.4.1 REQUIRED SPACE FOR OPERATION AND

MAINTENANCE

The pump aggregate needs to installed that an
exchange of parts or the complete unit is possible.
With heavy aggregates, there needs to be space for
other possibilities according to the weight for the safe
use of hoisting devices and other additives. There
have to be driveways for haulage and evacuation.

4.4.2 ACCEPTABLE ENVIRONMENTAL INFLUENCES

It is very important, that the pump and the aggregates
will be installed in a dry, frost-proof and vibration-free
area. The temperature should not be lower than +4°C
and not more than +40°C. Aberrations possible on
request. In general a good venting is necessary.

OPERATION:

The maximum allowed temperature of the medium
to be pumped is +40°C.

4.4.3 SUPPLY CONNECTIONS

Draining of the pump

The plug for draining the pump is situated in the pump
case. In case of producing water hazarding liquids, it has
to be made sure not to end up in the sewage system!

In case the sound intensity level of the product,
operating point, motor, pipeline, type ... is above 85 dB.

5. INSTALLATION AND ASSEMBLY MANUAL

5.1 SAFETY NOTES

NOTE

The installation of the machine and machine

parts has to be operated by technically qualified
personnel according to the prevailing safety
regulations in the manual.

5.2 INSPECTION BEFORE SETUP, INSTALLATION
AND ASSEMBLY

Before beginning with the installation, immediately
after delivery please confirm the serial number and
pump type on the product compares with the
delivery slip. Possibly delivered equipment needs to
be checked for completeness. Visually check the
delivered product(s) for any damages.

In case of a transport damage, please directly contact
the manufacturer or authorized partner.

5.3 GUIDANCE FOR SETUP, INSTALLATION
AND ASSEMBLY

NOTE

The installation of the machine and machine

parts has to be operated by technically qualified
personnel according to the prevailing and in the

5.4 PIPEWORK

Dry running of the pump causes high damages on the
pump and seals.

Pressure line

Between discharge side of the pump and the pressure
line there needs to be a shut-off slide and a non-return
valve. Additionally you can use the slide to adjust the
flow rate and height while the non-return valve avoids
line shocks when shutting-down the pump.

The installed pump will be pressure tested at the
manufacturer.

5.5 INSTALLATION AND ASSEMBLY RULES FOR
EMISSION REDUCTION

During installation please check each threadened
connection.

CAUTION

Inobservance could lead to higher vibrations and a
higher noise level, which could cause physical and
mental damages.

5.6 SAFETY EQUIPMENT

5.6.1 MECHANICAL

The installed safety equipment mustn‘t normally be
removed. Demounting is only allowed during halt of
the product in case of necessary maintenance.

After work is finished, all removed safety equipment
needs to be mounted again before start-up.

5.6.2 ELECTRICAL

For pumps, equipped without motor protection you
need to take care that the motor protection switch is
correctly adjusted. Is there any danger in sight, an
emergency stop button (DIN EN 809) is recommended.
For any questions, please contact the manufacturer or
authorized partner.

5.6.3 THERMAL

The installed safety equipment mustn‘t normally be
removed. Demounting is only allowed after the pump
has been stopped and cooled down in case of necessary
maintenance.

!!! The motor surface could reach up to +70° C while
running

5.7 POWER SUPPLY CONNECTION

5.7.1 ELECTRICAL

The installation of our pump is only allowed if the pool
or pond follows the rules of DIN/VDE 0100 Part 702.
Operating the pump requests an installed fault­current circuit breaker (max. 30 mA). Take care there is
an electrical separator in the electrical installation.
Disconnecting the product from the power supply
needs to be done at each single pole by a minimum
distance of 3 mm between the contacts.

According to the standards, following cable types
should be used: H05RN-F respectively H07RN-F.

Connecting power supplies is only
allowed by technically qualified
staff according to the valid national
rules and regulations for electrical
equipment, such as VDE, DIN or EN
standards, EVU regulations.

6 STARTUP AND SHUTDOWN

6.1 NOTES FOR STARTUP

All product and equipment related manuals with its
safety notes need to be observed.

6.2 PREPARATION FOR OPERATION

6.2.1 INSTALLATIONS FOR HEALTH PROTECTION

6.2.1.1 MECHANICAL PROTECTION
E.G. GUARDS AGAINST CONTACTS WITH
COUPLING, SHAFT

Protection guards which protect against rotating
elements need to be installed before bringing into
operation. Safety equipment against contact with hot
or cold surfaces and liquids, and as a splash guard
against chemical or health harming liquids, needs to
be in place before oparation. Operation without the
safety devices/equipment is not allowed.

During operation safety guards mustn‘t be demounted.
If the removing of any safety guards is necessary, take

6.3.1 INITIAL STARTUP

To avoid any damage or accidents please read the
referring manual carefully and make sure it is clear
before the initial start-up.

Please follow these steps for initial start-up:

• The suction shut-off slide needs to be fully opened.

• The pressure gate has to be slightly opened.

• Remove the cover from the strainer/filter basket
in combination with the fastening nut of the
pre-filter (use special wrench if attached)

• Fill the pump with water through the pre-filter
until it flows into the suction pipe. Important!
Never use the pump dry.

• If the filter cage has been removed, insert it again
to avoid dirt and damage.

• Compare line voltage and frequency with the type sign.

• Mount and fasten cover with fastening nut. Look
for the application of the seal.

• After restarting the pump regulate the delivery
rate of the pump with the pressure gate. This
mustn‘t happen with the suction gate.

CIRCULATION PUMPS TYPE EVO+

The leakage opening of the mechanical seal below,
between motor and casing cover, mustn‘t be clogged
or sealed otherwise the water rises on the inside and
the motor will be harmed. Take care that there won‘t
be any subsequent damages caused by leakage. If
necessary provide a retaining device or leakage
control. If the pump is stopped by the motor or
thermal protection, the power supply needs to be
disconnected and secured so that no accidental
restart is possible. Try to rotate the motor shaft by use
of a screwdriver on the side of the ventilator.

If this can be done easily the electrical supply could be
connected again and the button of the overload and
motor switch can be pushed. When it‘s necessary to
start the pump again or if it works hard, an expert has
to diagnose the disturbance.The power supply and
the fuses also need to be checked.

• Druckleitung

Die Leitung, die am Druckstutzen angeschlossen
ist bzw. angeschlossen wird.

• Hydraulik

Die sogenannte Hydraulik beschreibt den Teil
einer Pumpe, die Geschwindigkeits-Energie in
Druckenergie umwandelt.

• Saugleitung

Die Leitung, die am Saugstutzen angeschlossen
ist bzw. angeschlossen wird.

1. ALLGEMEINES

Um eine lange Lebensdauer Ihres gekauften Produkts
zu gewährleisten, ist auf vorschriftsmäßige Installation
zu achten. Es sei zu bemerken, dass Schäden infolge
unsachgemäßer Handhabung die Gewährleistung
beeinträchtigen.

BEACHTEN SIE DAHER DIE HINWEISE
IN DER BETRIEBSANLEITUNG!

1.1 ANGABEN ZUM EINSATZORT

Schwimmbecken und Teiche.

1.2 ZU DIESER ANLEITUNG

Pumpen der erwähnten Baureihen sind für die
Umwälzung (je nach Typ mit Vorfilterung) von
Schwimmbecken und Teichen konzipiert.

Die Pumpe muss auf Grund Ihrer Konstruktion
horizontal montiert werden. Ein möglicherweise
integrierter Vorfilter dient der Filtrierung größerer
Partikel, welche eine Beschädigung der Pumpe
hervorrufen könnten.

HINWEIS

• Der Hersteller übernimmt für das Produkt keine
Haftung, wenn die vorliegende Betriebsanleitung
nicht beachtet wird.

• Montagearbeiten dürfen nur durch technisch
qualifiziertes Personal durchgeführt werden.

• Für Arbeiten an dem Produkt können nur
Gewährleistungen anerkannt werden, wenn
diese vom Kundendienst des Herstellers oder von
authorisierten Partnern durchgeführt wurden.

• Bei selbstständigen Änderungen/Arbeiten an dem
Produkt innerhalb der Garantiezeit, erlischt diese.

• Umbau oder Veränderung der Maschine sind nur
nach Absprache mit dem Hersteller zulässig.
Originalersatzteile und vom Hersteller autorisiertes
Zubehör dienen zur Sicherheit. Die Verwendung
anderer Teile kann die Haftung für die daraus ent­stehenden Folgen aufheben. Zudem kann ein
Umbau oder die Verwendung von nicht Originaler­satzteilen zum Verlust der Gewährleistung führen.

1.3 VERWENDUNGSZWECK

1.3.1 BESTIMMUNGSGEMÄSSE VERWENDUNG

Die bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung des
Produktes ist die Umwälzung (je nach Typ auch
mit Vorfilterung) von Schwimmbecken oder Teichen.
Anderweitige Verwendung siehe Pumpendatenblatt
bzw. nach Rücksprache mit dem Hersteller.

Das Produkt darf nur innerhalb seiner Einsatzgrenzen
(einschließlich definiertem Fördermedium und
Kennlinien) verwendet werden.

Diese Betriebsanleitung beschreibt den
sachgemäßen Umgang und Gebrauch in allen
Lebensphasen des Produktes. Zudem enthält sie
grundlegende sicherheitstechnische Hinweise.

Daher ist es zwingend notwendig, diese Anleitung
vor Montage, vor Aufstellung und Inbetriebnahme
oder sonstigen Arbeiten an dem Produkt von dem
zuständigen Fachpersonal aufmerksam zu lesen
und sie muss ständig am Einsatzort verfügbar sein.

Schwimmbadpumpen werden werksintern gemäß
einem Standardprüfplan geprüft.

2.5 PERSONALQUALIFIKATIONSCHULUNG

Das Personal für die Bedienung,Wartung, Inspektion
und Montage muss eine entsprechende fachliche
Qualifikation für diese Arbeiten aufweisen. Liegen keine
fundierten fachlichen Kenntnisse beim eingesetzten Per­sonal vor, so ist dieses zu schulen und zu unterweisen.
Personen ohne fachliche Qualifikation oder Schulung ist
es nicht gestattet, an dem Produkt Arbeiten durchzuführen!

Kinder dürfen nicht in die Reichweite der Maschine
gelangen.

Es ist wichtig, dass diese Betriebsanleitung unbedingt
vor Montage und Inbetriebnahme vom Monteur/Fach­personal sowie dem zuständigen Betreiber gelesen wird!

2.6 SICHERHEITSBEWUSSTES UND
FACHGERECHTES ARBEITEN

Die in dieser Betriebsanleitung aufgeführten Sicherheits­hinweise, die bestehenden nationalen Vorschriften
zur Unfallverhütung sowie eventuelle interne Arbeits-,
Betriebs- und Sicherheitsvorschriften des Betreibers
sind zu beachten.

2.7 ANGABEN ÜBER ZU ERGREIFENDE
SCHUTZMASSNAHMEN

Für die Lebensphasen des Produktes sind folgende
Schutzmaßnahmen zu ergreifen:

• Ausstatten des Personals mit einer persönlichen
Schutzausrüstung.

• Unterweisung des Personals anhand der in dieser
Betriebsanleitung genannten Sicherheits­bestimmungen.

2.8 SICHERHEITSHINWEISE FÜR DEN BEDIENER
BETREIBER

• Führen heiße oder kalte Maschinenteile zu
Gefahren, müssen diese Teile gegen Berührung
bauseitig gesichert werden.

• Der Berührungsschutz für sich bewegende
Teile darf bei sich in Betrieb befindlicher
Maschine nicht entfernt werden.

• Ein demontierter Berührungsschutz,
beispielsweise wegen Wartungsarbeiten, ist vor
Wiederinbetriebnahme zu montieren.

• Gefährdungen durch elektrische Energie sind
auszuschließen. (Einzelheiten hierzu siehe z.B.
in den Vorschriften des EVU/VDE und der
örtlichen Energieversorgungsunternehmen).

2.9 SICHERHEITSHINWEISE BEI MONTAGE,
INSPEKTIONSUND WARTUNGSARBEITEN

Der Betreiber hat dafür zu sorgen, dass alle Wartungs-,
Inspektions- und Montagearbeiten von autorisiertem
und qualifiziertem Fachpersonal ausgeführt werden,
das sich durch eingehendes Studium der Betriebs­anleitung ausreichend informiert hat.

Grundsätzlich sind Arbeiten an der Maschine nur im
Stillstand durchzuführen.

Die in der Betriebsanleitung beschriebene

Vorgehensweise zum Stillsetzen der Maschine ist
zwingend einzuhalten.

Unmittelbar nach Abschluss der Arbeiten müssen
alle Sicherheitsund Schutzeinrichtungen wieder
angebracht bzw. in Funktion gesetzt werden. Ein
Betrieb ohne diese Vorrichtungen ist nicht gestattet.

2.10 RESTRISIKEN

Trotz umfangreicher Schutzmaßnahmen gegen
Gefährdungen, sind diese nicht ganz auszuschließen.

3. TRANSPORT, KONSERVIERUNG, LAGERUNG,
RÜCKSENDUNG UND ENTSORGUNG

3.1 SICHERHEITSHINWEISE ZU TRANSPORT UND
LAGERUNG

Für Transport und Lagerung sind die Vorschriften
des Transportgewerbes bzw., falls anwendbar, die
Vorschriften zum Bedienen von Kränen, Gabelstapler
und ähnlichem zu beachten.

3.2 TRANSPORTAUSPACKEN

3.2.1 TRANSPORT

Für den Transport werden die Produkte gemäß der
Vereinbarung bei Auftragserteilung bzw. nach Hersteller­Standard verpackt. Beim Transport darf das Produkt
keinen starken Erschütterungen ausgesetzt werden,
da dadurch die Lebensdauer von Komponenten
beeinträchtigt werden kann.

Auf die Transportsicherung ist den Vorschriften
gemäß zu achten.

3.2.2 AUSPACKEN

Beim Auspacken des gelieferten Produktes ist die
Seriennummer auf dem Lieferschein und dem
Typenschild zu vergleichen. Die Lieferung ist auf
Vollständigkeit zu prüfen.

Das Auspacken sollte möglichst am Einsatzort ge­schehen, damit ungewollte und unvorhersehbare Ver­schmutzungen vermieden werden. Ferner ist darauf zu
achten, dass durch das Auspacken keinerlei Beschädi­gungen am Produkt entstehen und Verpackungs­rückstände in und an dem Produkt verbleiben. Zudem
ist dafür zu sorgen, dass Verpackungsgegenstände fach­gerecht entsorgt werden und keine Gefahren für das
Personal darstellen (z.B. Stolpern oder sonstige Gefahren)

3.3 KONSERVIERUNGLAGERUNG

Das Produkt ist im Normalfall für den sofortigen Einsatz
vorbereitet. Sollte das Produkt nicht sofort eingesetzt
oder über einen längeren Zeitraum außer Betrieb
genommen werden, sind entsprechende, notwendige
Maßnahmen zur Konservierung zu ergreifen.

Unter anderem sind folgende Punkte zu berücksichtigen:

• Pumpe entleeren
(Bei Guss-Pumpen zusätzlich Konservieren)

• Mehrmals spülen mit kaltem, klaren Wasser

gegen Korrosion zu schützen, um ein Festsitzen zu

Die Entsorgung obliegt dem Betreiber des Produktes.

4. BESCHREIBUNG DES PRODUKTS

4.1 ALLGEMEINE BESCHREIBUNG

Schwimmbad-Umwälzpumpe

Pumpen der erwähnten Baureihen sind für die
Umwälzung (je nach Typ mit Vorfilterung) von
Schwimmbecken und Teichen konzipiert.

Die Pumpe muss auf Grund Ihrer Konstruktion
horizontal montiert werden. Der Vorfilter dient der
Filtrierung größerer Partikel, welche eine
Beschädigung der Pumpe hervorrufen könnten.

4.2 ANGABEN AN DEM PRODUKT

Die technischen Angaben und Merkmale des
Produktes sind dem Typenschild zu entnehmen.

Die Sicherheitsvorschriften dieser

4.3 AUFBAU DES PRODUKTES

Pumpen mit Klebestutzen

Für eine erfolgreiche Anwendung der Klebetechnik
sind Kenntnisse über die Funktion von
Klebeverbindungen wichtig. Die häufigste Ursache
für das Versagen einer Klebeverbindung ist nicht eine
zu geringe Festigkeit des Klebstoffes, sondern eine
ungenügende Vorbereitung der zu verklebenden
Oberflächen oder eine mangelnde Sorgfalt bei der
Auswahl des am besten geeigneten Klebstoffes.

• Entfetten der Klebeflächen
Voraussetzung für eine einwandfreie Klebeverbindung
ist im Regelfall die vollständige Entfernung von Öl, Fett,
Staub und sonstigen Schmutzresten von den Klebe­flächen. Dafür eignen sich alle Lösungsmittel, die
rückstandslos von den gereinigten Klebe-Flächen
verdunsten (z.B. Tangit Reiniger von Henkel für PVC
und ABS).

• Verkleben der Teile
Zum Verkleben von PVC- und ABS-Formstücken
muss ein Spezialklebstoff verwendet werden (z.B.
Tangit Kleber von Henkel oder FSK Systemkleber von
Würth). Zur richtigen Anwendung bzw. Dosierung
beachten Sie die Klebeanleitung und
Sicherheitshinweise des Klebstoffherstellers.
Endfestigkeit nach 24 Stunden.

Pumpen mit Schraubstutzen

Bei Pumpen mit Schraubstutzen wird empfohlen die
Anschlussteile nur mit Teflonband einzudichten, da
andere Materialien eventuelle Beschädigungen am
Gewinde verursachen könnten.

4.4 ANGABEN ZUM EINSATZORT

4.4.1 RAUMBEDARF FÜR DEN BETRIEB
UND BEI WARTUNG

Das Pumpenaggregat ist so zu installieren, dass ein
Austausch von Teilen oder der kompletten Einheit
möglich ist. Bei schweren Aggregaten sind dem
Gewicht entsprechende Möglichkeiten vorzusehen,
um Hebezeuge und andere Hilfsmittel sicher einzu­hängen oder abzustützen.

Entsprechende Wege für den An- und Abtransport
müssen vorhanden sein.

4.4.2 ZULÄSSIGE UMGEBUNGSEINFLÜSSE

Es ist zwingend darauf zu achten, dass Pumpen und
Pumpenaggregate trocken, frostsicher und
erschütter-ungsfrei installiert werden.
Umgebungstemperaturen unter +4°C und über
+40°C müssen vermieden werden. Abweichungen auf
Anfrage möglich. Es ist für eine ausreichende Be- und
Entlüftung zu sorgen.

BETRIEB:

EineWassertemperatur von +40°C darf nicht
überschritten werden.

4.4.3 VERSORGUNGSANSCHLÜSSE

4.4.4 UNTERGRUND, FUNDAMENT, WAND

Fundamente müssen so beschaffen sein, dass die Pumpe
sicher und spannungsfrei aufgebaut werden kann. Ver­spannungen können einen vorzeitigen Verschleiß der
Pumpe und/oder der Antriebskomponenten bewirken.

Es muss auch darauf geachtet werden, dass keine
Schwingungen über das Fundament eingeleitet
werden. Einbau- und Installationsarbeiten müssen
den entsprechenden Vorschriften zur Reduzierung von
Körper- bzw. Luftschallübertragungen unterliegen. Es
empfiehlt sich schallreduzierende oder absorbierende
Materialien für die Installationsarbeiten zu verwenden.

5. INSTALLATIONS, EINBAU UND
MONTAGEANLEITUNG

5.1 SICHERHEITSHINWEISE

HINWEIS

Die Aufstellung von Maschinen und Maschinen-

teilen muss durch technisch qualifiziertes Personal,
unter Beachtung der geltenden und der in der
Betriebs-anleitung aufgezeigten Sicherheits­bestimmung, durchgeführt werden.

5.2 KONTROLLE VOR AUFBAU, AUFSTELLUNG
UND DEM EINBAU

Vor dem Aufstellungsbeginn, direkt nach Lieferung
sind die Seriennummer und der Pumpentyp mit dem
Lieferschein zu vergleichen. Gegebenenfalls sind die
Zubehörteile auf Vollständigkeit zu prüfen. Darüber
hinaus ist eine Sichtprüfung auf Transportschäden
durchzuführen.
Im Falle eines Transportschadens ist eine sofortige
Schadensmeldung gegenüber dem Hersteller
notwendig, um den Einsatzzustand des Produktes zu
beurteilen.

5.3 ANLEITUNG ZU AUFBAU, AUFSTELLUNG UND
EINBAU

5.4 ROHRLEITUNGEN

Die Pumpen dürfen ober- oder unterhalb des Wasser­niveaus montiert werden. Die entsprechenden Höhen
sind der folgenden Tabelle zu entnehmen.

Es ist darauf zu achten, dass durch Wärmedehnung
und bei Befüllung großer Leitungen hohe Kräfte
entstehen können. Durch geeignete Maßnahmen
muss dafür gesorgt werden, dass keine Verschmut­zungen in die Pumpe gelangen. Die Leitungen
müssen so verlegt werden, dass keine Luftsäcke beim
Befüllen entstehen können. Es ist darauf zu achten,
dass keine Flanschdichtungen in die Rohrleitung
ragen und den Querschnitt der Leitung verengen.
Die Leitungen müssen so beschaffen sein, dass ein
Ausbau der Pumpe möglich ist, ohne Behälter oder
Leitungen zu entleeren.

Rohrleitungsdimensionierung

Um Rohrreibungsverluste möglichst zu vermeiden
soll in Saug-, bzw. Zulaufleitungen mit Strömung­geschwindigkeiten von max. 1,5 m/s und in Druck­leitungen von max. 2,5 m/s gearbeitet werden.
Häufige Querschnitts-/Richtungsveränderungen
sind auf Grund des Strömungsverhaltens dringen
zu vermeiden.

Saugleitung

Die Saugleitung sollte auf keinen Fall kleiner sein als
der Sauganschluss der Pumpe.
Sie ist bei Montage oberhalb des Wasserspiegels mit
Fußventil und Absperrschieber auszuführen, um ein
Leerlaufen von Leitung und Pumpe zu verhindern
bzw. ein Ausbauen der Pumpe zu ermöglichen. Die
Saughöhe wird durch Strömungswiderstände in der
Saugleitung (bei längeren und/oder zu klein bemessenen
Rohrleitungen) erheblich herabgesetzt. Bei undichter
Saugleitung saugt die Pumpe schlecht oder gar nicht
an. Die Saugleitung sollte so kurz wie möglich sein
um die Ansaugzeit, die vom Luftvolumen in der
Saugleitung abhängt, zu verringern. Bei sehr langen
Saugleitungen kann sie bis zu 15 Minuten betragen.
Die Saugleitung sollte bis zur Pumpe möglichst unter
dem Niveau des Wasserspiegels verlegt werden, zur
Pumpe hin leicht ansteigen und keine scharfen
Krümmungen enthalten. Werden Übergangsstücke
benötigt, müssen diese exzentrisch sein, um Luftsäcke
zu vermeiden. Die Einregulierung der Fördermenge
darf auf keinen Fall mit dem Absperr-schieber in der
Saugleitung geschehen. Vor dem Betrieb sind Saug­leitung und Pumpe mit dem Fördermedium zu füllen.

Zulaufleitung

Die Zulaufleitung ist mit einem Absperrschieber aus­zuführen, um das Ausbauen der Pumpe zu ermöglichen.
Die Leitung soll zur Pumpe hin leicht fallend verlegt
werden.

Mindestüberdeckung/Flüssigkeitsspiegel

ACHTUNG

• Leitungsgestaltung und Flüssig­keitsvorrat müssen nach den
Regeln des Rohrleitungsbaues
so gestaltet werden, dass die
Pumpe keine Luft ansaugen kann.

Durch einen Trockenlauf der Pumpe können erhebliche
Schäden an Pumpe und Abdichtung entstehen.

Druckleitung

Zwischen Pumpe und Druckleitung ist ein Schieber
und eine Rückschlagklappeeinzubauen. Fallsnotwendig,
ermöglichtder Schieberdas Einstellen eines bestimmten
Verhältnisses zwischen Fördermenge und Förderhöhe,
während durch die Rückschlagklappe Wasserschläge
beim Ausschalten der Pumpe vermieden werden. Die
zusammengebaute Pumpe wird werksseitig auf
Dichtheit überprüft.

5.6.2 ELEKTRISCH

Bei Pumpen ohne Motorschutz ist auf einen korrekt
eingestellten und installierten Motorschutzschalter zu
achten. Sollten sich vor Ort vorhersehbare Gefahren
erkennbar zeigen ist ein Not-Aus- Schalter (DIN EN

809) empfehlenswert. Bitte Kontaktieren Sie hierfür
den Hersteller.

5.6.3 THERMISCH

Die an dem Produkt angebrachten Sicherheits­einrichtungen dürfen im Normalfall nicht entfernt
werden. Eine Demontage dieser darf nur bei
Stillstand/nach Abkühlung des Produktes erfolgen,
um eventuelle Instandhaltungsarbeiten
durchzuführen.

erfolgen, um eventuelle Instandhaltungsarbeiten
durchzuführen.

Energieversorgung

Montage/Installation unserer Schwimmbadpumpen
ist nur bei Schwimmbecken oder Teichen zulässig,
welch DIN/VDE 0100 Teil 702 erfüllen.
Die Pumpe darf nur über einen Fehlerstromchutz­schalter (max. 30 mA) betrieben werden.
Es ist darauf zu achten, dass in der Elektroinstallation
eine Trennvorrichtung vorgesehen ist. Ein Abtrennen
vom Netz muss mit einer Kontaktöffnung jeglicher
Pole, mit mindestens 3 mm Abstand zwischen den
Kontakten, erfolgen.
Entsprechend den Normvorgaben sind nachfolgende
Leitungstypen zu verwenden: H05RN-F bzw. H07RN-F.

6.2.1.1 MECHANISCHER SCHUTZ
Z.B. BERÜHRUNGSSCHUTZ FÜR
KUPPLUNG, WELLE

Berührungsschutze die vor rotierenden Teilen
schützen, müssen vor der Inbetriebnahme ange­bracht werden. Sicherheitseinrichtungen zum Schutz
vor kalten oder heißen Teilen und als Spritzschutz vor
chemischen oder aggressiven, gesundheitsschädlichen,
kalten oder heißen Medien, sind ebenfalls vor Inbetrieb­nahme anzubringen.
Eine Inbetriebnahme ohne die zur Verfügung stehenden
Sicherheitsvorrichtungen ist nicht gestattet.

Die Schutzvorrichtungen dürfen nicht während des
Betriebs demontiert werden. Bei einer eventuell not­wendigen Demontage der Sicherheitsvorrichtungen
ist darauf zu achten, dass sie vor Inbetriebnahme
wieder montiert werden.

6.2.1.2 ELEKTRISCHER SCHUTZ

ACHTUNG

Schutzeinrichtungen an elektrischen
Bauteilen müssen den DIN- und
VDE-Richtlinien entsprechen. Sie
müssen vor Inbetriebnahme
angebracht werden und dürfen
während des Betriebes nicht entfernt
werden.

ACHTUNG

Schutzeinrichtungen an

6.3.1 ERSTINBETRIEBNAHME

Um Unfälle oder Schäden zu vermeiden, muss vor der
Erstinbetriebnahme die komplette Betriebsanleitung
beachtet und verstanden worden sein.

Die Erstinbetriebnahme ist wie folgt durchzuführen:

• Der Saug-, bzw. Zulaufschieber muss völlig offen sein.

• Der Druckschieber muss etwas geöffnet sein.

• Deckel des Fasernfänger (Saugsieb) in Verbindung
mit Befestigungsmutter des Vorfilters abschrauben
(ggf. wenn beigefügt Spezialschlüssel verwenden)

• Pumpe durch Vorfilter mit Wasser füllen, bis dieses
durch die Saugleitung abläuft. Wichtig, Pumpe
nie trocken laufen lassen.

• Wenn entfernt, Filterkorb wieder einsetzen um
Verschmutzungen/Beschädigungen zu vermeiden.

• Netzspannung und Frequenz mit Typenschild
vergleichen

• Deckel mit Befestigungsmutter montieren und
festschrauben. Auf Einsatz der Dichtung achten.

• Nach dem Anfahren der Pumpe die Fördermenge,
falls notwendig, mit dem Druckschieber einregeln.
Auf keinen Fall darf dies mit dem Saugschieber
geschehen.

6.4 HINWEISE ZUM BETRIEB DER MASCHINE

6.4.1 BELASTBARKEITSANGABEN

Für die Belastbarkeitsangaben sind die technischen
Daten zu beachten.

7.3 WARTUNG UND INSPEKTION

Überwachung während des Betriebes

Pumpe muss stets erschütterungsfrei laufen. Auf
mechanische Geräusche achten.

Wellenabdichtungen vor allem während der Einlaufzeit
regelmäßig kontrollieren. Trittander Gleitringdichtung
nach längerem Betrieberhöhte Leckage auf, so ist die
Gleitringdichtung von einem entsprechend ge­schulten und qualifizierten Fachmann ersetzen zu lassen.

Der Leckageabfluss der Gleitringdichtung unten
zwischen Motor und Gehäusedeckel darf nicht
verstopft bzw. abgedichtet werden, da sonst das
Wasser innen aufsteigt und der Motor beschädigt
wird. Es muss sichergestellt sein, dass durch
eventuelle Leckagen keine Folgeschäden auftreten
können. Gegebenenfalls eine entsprechende
Auffangvorrichtung oder Leckageabfuhr vorsehen.

Wird die Pumpe durch den Motorschutzschalter bzw.
eingewickelten automatisch arbeitenden Temperatur­schalter außer Betrieb gesetzt, so muss die elektrische
Zuleitung zum Motor zuverlässig unterbrochen
werden, um ein Selbsteinschalten zu verhindern.
Danach mit einem Schraubendreher o.ä. auf der
Lüfterseite die Motorwelle mehrmals durchdrehen.
Geht dies leicht, kann die elektrische Versorgung
wieder angeschlossen werden bzw. der Knopf des
Überlast- oder Motorschutzschalters gedrückt werden.
Bei nochmaligem Auslösen oder bei Schwergängigkeit
muss ein Fachmann die Ursache der Störung feststellen.
Stromzuführung und Sicherungen kontrollieren!

Vorbeugende Maßnahmen (z.B. Verschleißteile)

Der Austausch der Verschleißteile darf nur von
entsprechend geschultem und qualifiziertem
Fachpersonal durchgeführt werden.

muss von Zeit zu Zeit gereinigt
werden. Bei verschmutztem oder
vollem Sieb geht der Förderstrom
der Pumpe zurück und es findet
keine ausreichende Filtration statt.

2.5 QUALIFICATION ET FORMATION DU PERSONNEL

Le personnel qui utilise, maintien, inspecte et monte
le produit doit être qualifié pour ces travaux. Si le personnel
n‘a pas le savoir-faire adéquat, il doit être formé. Il est
interdit à toute personne sans qualification ou formation
d‘effectuer des travaux sur le produit! La pompe doit
être tenue hors de portée des enfants. Il est absolument
nécessaire que la présente notice d‘installation soit
lue par le monteur/le personnel qualifié ainsi que par
l‘exploitant avant tout montage et mise en service!

2.6 TRAVAILLER CORRECTEMENT
ET EN TOUTE SÉCURITÉ

Les consignes de sécurité figurant dans la présente
notice d‘installation, les prescriptions nationales concer­nant la prévention des accidents ainsi que les éventuelles
règles de travail, d‘utilisation et de sécurité de l‘exploitant
sont à respecter.

2.9 CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ POUR LES TRAVAUX DE
MONTAGE, D‘INSPECTION ET DE MAINTENANCE

L‘exploitant doit veiller à ce que tous les travaux de
maintenance, d‘inspection et de montage soient
effectués par un personnel habilité et qualifié ayant
attentivement étudié, au préalable, la présente notice
d‘installation. En général, les travaux sur la machine
sont seulement à effectuer quand elle est hors service.
Veillez à respecter scrupuleusement la procédure
décrivant comment mettre la machine hors service.

2.10 RISQUES RÉSIDUELS

Malgré de nombreuses mesures de protection contre
les dangers, ces derniers ne peuvent pas être
complètement exclus. De par la conception du produit,
le risque résiduel a été réduit au minimum. Vous pouvez
l‘éviter en respectant toutes les consignes de sécurité en
vigueur ainsi qu‘en utilisant le produit correctement.

3. TRANSPORT, CONSERVATION, STOCKAGE,
RETOUR ET TRAITEMENT

3.1 CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ CONCERNANT LE
TRANSPORT ET LE STOCKAGE

En ce qui concerne le transport et le stockage, les prescrip­tions du secteur des transports et/ou, si applicable,
les prescriptions pour l‘utilisation de grues, chariots
élévateurs et machines similaires sont à respecter.

3.2 TRANSPORTDÉBALLAGE

3.2.1 TRANSPORT

Pour le transport, les produits sont emballés comme
convenu lors de la commande ou dans l‘emballage
standard du fabricant. Pendant le transport, veillez à
ne pas exposer le produit à des chocs importants,
sinon la durée de vie de ses composants peut être
réduite. Veillez à ce que les dispositifs de sécurité de
transport soient utilisés selon les prescriptions.

3.3 CONSERVATIONSTOCKAGE

En règle générale, le produit est préparé pour une
utilisation immédiate. Si le produit n‘est pas utilisé
immédiatement ou s‘il est mis hors service pour une
durée prolongée, veuillez prendre les mesures
d‘entretien adaptées.

Entre autres veillez à respecter les points suivants:

• Vider la pompe
(Les pompes en fonte grise sont à conserver)

• Rincer la pompe plusieurs fois avec de l‘eau claire
et froide Vider la pompe entièrement

• Boucher les ouvertures de raccordement (tuyaux,
conduites d‘aspiration, conduites de refoulement ...)

• Éviter absolument que les pompes en matière
plastique soient stockées en plein air et exposées
directement au rayonnement UV.

• La buée peut attaquer les pièces métalliques
tournant l‘une au-dessus de l‘autre et aussi
changer les propriétés des lubrifiants utilisés.

Lors du déballage, comparez le numéro de série
figurant sur le bon de livraison du produit fourni avec
la plaque signalétique. Vérifiez que la livraison soit
bien complète.

Il est recommandé de déballer le produit sur le lieu
d‘intervention pour éviter des dommages involontaire
et imprévisible. Lors du déballage, faire attention que
le produit ne soit pas endommagé et qu‘il n‘ y ait plus
de déchets d‘emballage dans ou sur le produit. En
outre, veillez à ce que les déchets d‘emballage soient
éliminés de manière appropriée et qu‘ils ne représentent
pas de danger pour le personnel (par exemple risque

3.5 TRAITEMENT

L‘exploitant du produit est responsable de son
élimination. Pour une élimination correcte et
appropriée, la méthode suivante est recommandée:

• Vider le fluide de la pompe et, si nécessaire, le
recueillir pour une élimination séparée. Le cas
échéant, décontaminer.

• Dans le cas des substances dangereuses pour la
santé et l‘environnement, nettoyer les
composants contaminés.

• Séparer les matériaux individuels.

• Éliminer les composants conformément aux
prescriptions locales en vigueur.

4. DESCRIPTION DU PRODUIT

4.1 DESCRIPTION GÉNÉRALE

Pompe de circulation pour piscines

Les pompes de la série indiquée sont destinées à la
circulation de l‘eau de piscines et d‘étangs (selon le
type de pompe, elles sont équipées d‘un préfiltre).

En raison de sa conception, la pompe doit être
montée horizontalement. Le préfiltre sert à filtrer de
grandes particules pouvant endommager la pompe.

4.2 INFORMATIONS SUR LE PRODUIT

Les indications et caractéristiques techniques du
produit figurent sur la plaque signalétique.

4.3 CONCEPTION DU PRODUIT

Pompes avec manchons à coller

Pour appliquer correctement la technique de collage,
une bonne connaissance des fonctions de systèmes
de collage est importante. La cause principale d‘un
mauvais collage n‘est pas une résistance trop faible de
la colle mais bien une mauvaise préparation des
surfaces à coller ou un manque de soin lors du choix
de la colle appropriée.

• Dégraisser les surfaces à coller
En règle générale, un collage optimal n‘est assuré que
si toute trace d‘huile, de graisse, de poussières et
d‘autres résidus est enlevée des surfaces à coller.
Pour ce faire, tout solvant s‘évaporant de la surface
nettoyée à coller sans laisser de résidus peut être
utilisé (par ex. le nettoyant Tangit de la marque
allemande Henkel pour PVC et ABS).

• Coller les pièces
Pour coller des pièces moulées en PVC et ABS, une
colle spéciale doit être utilisée (par ex. la colle Tangit de
la marque allemande Henkel ou la colle pour système
FSK de la marque allemande Würth). Pour une
application optimale et un dosage correct, respectez la
notice et les consignes de sécurité du fabricant de la
colle. Temps de durcissement: 24 heures.

Pompes avec raccord à vis

Dans le cas des pompes avec raccord à vis, il est
recommandé de rendre étanche les pièces de
raccordement seulement avec une bande de téflon
car les autres matériaux peuvent éventuellement
endommager le filetage.

4.4 DOMAINE D‘APPLICATION

4.4.1 ENCOMBREMENT NÉCESSAIRE À
L‘UTILISATION ET À LA MAINTENANCE

Le groupe motopompe est à installer de telle sorte
qu‘un remplacement de pièces ou de l‘unité complète
soit toujours possible. Dans le cas des groupes lourds,
des dispositifs assez forts par rapport au poids du
groupe sont à utiliser pour que des engins de lavage
et d‘autres outils puissent être raccrochés ou
maintenus de manière sûre. Pour le transport, des
voies appropriées doivent être disponibles.

4.4.2 CONDITIONS AMBIANTES AUTORISÉES

Il est absolument nécessaire que les pompes et les
groupes motopompes soient installés dans un endroit
sec et à l‘abri du gel et des vibrations. Évitez des
températures ambiantes inférieures à +4°C et
supérieures à +40°C. Autres conditionnements
possibles sur demande. Veillez à aérer et ventiler
suffisamment.

UTILISATION:

La température de l‘eau de doit pas dépasser +40°C.

4.4.3 BORNES D‘ALIMENTATION

Vidange de la pompe

Le manchon servant à vider la pompe se trouve dans
le boîtier de la pompe.

Dans le cas de liquides dangereux pour l‘eau, veillez à
ce qu‘ils ne puissent pas s‘écouler dans les égouts.

ce que la base n‘entraîne aucune vibration.

Les travaux d‘intégration et d‘installation sont soumis aux
prescriptions relatives à la réduction des transmissions du
bruit d‘impact et du bruit aérien. Pour les travaux
d‘installation, il est recommandé d‘utiliser des matériaux
réduisant le niveau sonore ou absorbant les sons.

Veillez à ce qu‘aucune garniture d‘étanchéité à bride
ne dépasse dans les tuyaux et ne rétrécisse la section
de la conduite. Les conduites doivent permettre le
démontage de la pompe sans que les récipients et les
conduites ne doivent être vidés.

Dimensionnement des tuyaux

Pour éviter les pertes par friction, il est recommandé de
ne pas dépasser une vitesse d‘écoulement de 1,5 m/s
dans les conduites d‘aspiration et les conduites d‘arrivée
et de 2,5 m/s dans les conduites de refoulement. Évitez
les fréquents changements de section et de direction
en raison du comportement du flux.

Conduite d‘aspiration

La conduite d‘aspiration ne doit pas être de diamètre
inférieur au raccord d‘aspiration de la pompe. Elle doit
être installée au-dessus du niveau de l‘eau et doit
comprendre un clapet de pied ainsi qu‘une vanne
d‘arrêt pour éviter que la conduite et la pompe ne se
vident et pour permettre de démonter la pompe.

La hauteur d‘aspiration est énormément réduite par
une résistance à l‘écoulement présente dans le
conduit d‘aspiration (dans le cas de tuyaux plus longs
et/ou trop petits). Si une conduite d‘aspiration n‘est
pas étanche la pompe n‘aspira pas ou très mal l‘eau.
La conduite d‘aspiration doit être la plus courte
possible pour assurer une réduction du temps
d‘aspiration. Ce temps dépend du volume d‘air
présent dans la conduite d‘aspiration. Si les conduites
d‘aspiration sont très longues, le temps d‘aspiration
pourra s‘élever à 15 minutes.

La conduite d‘aspiration doit être installée sous le niveau
de l‘eau. Avant qu‘elle n‘arrive à la pompe, elle monte
légèrement. Elle doit être dépourvue de courbures
étroites. Si des raccords de réduction sont nécessaires,
utilisez des raccords excentriques pour éviter la formation
de poches d‘air. Veuillez ne pas effectuer le réglage du
débit à l‘aide de la vanne d‘arrêt se trouvant dans la
conduite d‘aspiration. Avant toute utilisation, remplissez la
conduite d‘aspiration et la pompe avec le fluide.

Conduite d‘arrivée

La conduite d‘arrivée doit comprendre une vanne
d‘arrêt pour permettre le démontage de la pompe.
La conduite doit descendre légèrement en direction
de la pompe.

Profondeur minimale/Niveau du liquide

ATTENTION

Attention: En raison de la dilatation thermique et lors
du remplissage de conduites longues, des forces
importantes peuvent être générées. Veuillez prendre
des mesures appropriées pour vous assurer que la
pompe n‘est pas polluée. Les conduites doivent être
installées de manière à éviter la formation de poches
d‘air lors du remplissage.

Une marche à sec de la pompe peut endommager
sérieusement la pompe et son étanchéité.

• Les conduites et les réserves en
eau doivent être conçues, selon
les règles en vigueur, de sorte que
la pompe n‘aspire jamais de l‘air.

Conduite de refoulement

Installez entre la pompe et la conduite de refoulement
une vanne et un clapet anti-retour. Le cas échéant, la
vanne permet de régler le rapport entre le débit et la
hauteur de refoulement alors que le clapet anti-retour
évite les coups de bélier lors de la mise hors service de
la pompe.

A l‘usine, la pompe est montée et son étanchéité est
vérifiée.

5.6.2 DISPOSITIFS ÉLECTRIQUES

Dans le cas de pompes sans protection moteur,
vérifiez que le disjoncteur-protecteur est
correctement installé et réglé. Pour une protection
contre les risques prévisibles présents sur place,
il est recommandé de monter un interrupteur d‘arrêt
d‘urgence (DIN EN 809). Contacter le fabricant pour
plus d‘informations à ce sujet.

5.6.3 DISPOSITIFS THERMIQUES

En règle générale, les dispositifs de sécurité montés
sur le produit ne doivent pas être enlevés. Pour effectuer
des travaux d‘entretien, leur démontage est autorisé
quand le produit est hors service/refroidi. !!!
La température de la surface du moteur actif peut
atteindre des températures allant jusqu‘à +70°C.

5.7 RACCORDEMENT DE L‘ALIMENTATION

5.7.1 DISPOSITIFS ÉLECTRIQUES

ATTENTION

L‘installation de machines

Le montage/l‘installation de nos pompes pour piscines
est seulement autorisé dans des piscines ou étangs qui
sont conformes à la norme DIN/VDE 0100, partie 702.
La pompe doit uniquement être utilisée avec un
interrupteur différentiel (30 mA max).

Veillez à ce que l‘installation électrique dispose d‘un
dispositif de déconnexion. La déconnexion du réseau
doit être effectuée à l‘aide d‘une ouverture de contact
sur tous les pôles avec une distance d‘au moins 3 mm
entre les contacts. Selon les prescriptions normatives, les

6. MISE EN ET HORS SERVICE

6.1 CONSIGNES POUR LA MISE EN SERVICE

Veillez à respecter les notices d‘installation de tous les
autres composants nécessaires ainsi que les
consignes de sécurité.

6.2 PRÉPARATIONS POUR L‘UTILISATION

6.2.1 DISPOSITIFS POUR LA PROTECTION DES
PERSONNES

6.2.1.1 PROTECTION MÉCANIQUE

(par exemple la protection contre le contact

accidentel de l‘accouplement, de l‘arbre)
Une protection contre le contact accidentel des
éléments en rotation doit être établie avant la mise en
service. Les dispositifs assurant une protection contre
les éléments froids et chauds et contre les projections
de fluides chimiques, agressifs, dangereux pour la
santé, froids ou chauds sont également à fixer avant
la mise en service.

Toute mise en service sans les dispositifs de protection
disponibles est interdite. Ne démontez pas les dispositifs
de protection pendant l‘utilisation de la machine. Veillez
à ce que tout dispositif de protection éventuellement
démonté soit remonté avant la mise en service.

ATTENTION

Les dispositifs de protection fixés

6.3.1 PREMIÈRE MISE EN SERVICE

Pour éviter des accidents et des dommages, la notice
d‘installation complète doit être lue et comprise avant
la première mise en service. La première mise en
service est à effectuer comme suit:

• Ouvrir complètement la vanne d‘aspiration/d‘arrivée.

• Ouvrir un peu la vanne de refoulement.

• Dévisser le couvercle du tamis (crépine
d‘aspiration) avec l‘écrou de fixation du préfiltre
(utiliser la clé spéciale incluse à la livraison)

• Remplir la pompe avec de l‘eau via le préfiltre
jusqu‘à ce que l‘eau s‘écoule via la conduite
d‘aspiration. Important: éviter toute marche à sec
de la pompe.

• Si le panier filtre a été enlevé, le remettre pour
éviter une pollution/un endommagement de la
machine.

• Comparer la tension et la fréquence avec les
indications figurant sur la plaque signalétique.

• Monter et visser le couvercle avec l‘écrou de
fixation. Attention au joint.

• Après le démarrage de la pompe, régler, si besoin,
le débit à l‘aide de la vanne de refoulement. Ne
jamais utiliser la vanne d‘aspiration pour ce réglage.

6.4 CONSIGNES POUR L‘UTILISATION DE LA MACHINE

sécurité en vigueur, celles figurant dans la document­ation globale (notices d‘installation de tous les
composants) et celles de l‘exploitant ainsi que toute
norme et prescription nationale en vigueur.

REMARQUE

Pour éviter des dommages et des incidents, le
fabricant recommande une prise de contact en
temps voulu et assure une prise en charge
professionnelle et soigneuse de votre pompe pour
piscines par ses techniciens qualifiés. Pour plus

7.2 RECOMMANDATION DU FABRICANT

6. Mise en et hors service.



ALARME

La crépine d‘aspiration se trouvant
dans le tamis doit être nettoyée de
temps en temps. Si la crépine est
polluée ou pleine, le débit de la
pompe est réduit et la filtration
n‘est plus suffisante.

Nettoyage de la crépine d‘aspiration

• Éteindre la pompe

• Fermer les vannes

• Ouvrir le couvercle à l‘aide des outils inclus à la
livraison (si présents)

• Enlever, nettoyer et replacer la crépine d‘aspiration

• Remplir la pompe au moins jusqu‘au raccord
d‘aspiration

• Fermer le couvercle

• Ouvrir les vannes

• Remettre en service la pompe

Surveillance pendant l‘utilisation de la pompe

La pompe doit être dépourvue de toute vibration.
Observer la présence de bruit mécanique. Contrôler
régulièrement l‘étanchéité des arbres surtout pendant la
période initiale. Si une utilisation prolongée de la machine
produit une fuite importante au niveau de la garniture
mécanique d‘étanchéité, cette garniture doit être
remplacée par une personne formée et qualifiée.

L‘écoulement de la fuite de cette garniture mécanique
se trouvant en bas entre le moteur et le couvercle du
boîtier ne doit pas être bouché/étanche car, dans ce
cas, l‘eau monterait à l‘intérieur et le moteur serait
détruit. Assurez-vous qu‘aucun dommage consécutif
ne se produira en raison de fuites éventuellement
présentes. Le cas échéant, utilisez un dispositif de
rétention ou d‘évacuation de la fuite. Si la pompe est
mise hors service via le di sjoncteur-protecteur ou le
contact de température automatique, l‘alimentation
électrique du moteur doit être interrompue correctement
pour éviter une remise en service accidentelle.

Ensuite, tournez sur le côté ventilateur l‘arbre moteur
plusieurs fois à l‘aide d‘un tournevis ou d‘un outil
similaire. Si cela est facilement réalisable, raccordez
l‘alimentation électrique ou activez le disjoncteur de
protection contre les surcharges/le disjoncteur­protecteur. S‘il est nécessaire de redémarrer la pompe
ou si cela n‘est pas réalisable, une personne qualifiée
doit déterminer la cause de ce problème. Contrôlez
l‘alimentation électrique et les fusibles !

Mesures préventives (par exemple: pièces sujettes à l‘usure)

Pièces sujettes à l‘usure: Le remplacement des pièces
sujettes à l‘usure doit être effectuée uniquement par un
personnel formé et qualifié.
