725-HL Dispense Gun

Introduction

The 725-HL (#7020888) dispense gun is a rugged, industrial, hand-operated fluid dispensing valve. The valve
incorporates a quick-change fluid body for fast and easy maintenance. Included with the valve are two fluid inlet
fittings for 1/4" OD or 3/8" OD feed tubing and an assortment of dispensing tips.

Operation

1. Install the fluid fitting into the inlet port 1. Use the
1/4" fitting for low to medium viscosity fluids and the
3/8" fitting for high viscosity fluids.

2. Install the appropriate size feed tube on the inlet
fitting and tighten the compression nut to secure.
The position of the inlet fitting can be adjusted.

3. Apply air pressure to the fluid reservoir. Start with
a low setting of 1.4 bar (20 psi). If using a Nordson
EFD fluid reservoir, refer to the operating manual for
further instructions.
