The cabinet should be placed in a room that is dry and sufficiently ventilated. To operate
efficiently it should not be positioned in direct sunlight or near warm appliances. Please note
that optimal cabinet performance is obtained at an ambient temperature between +16°C
and +35°C.

Digital Thermostat
Cabinet temperature can be easily set and checked on the
panel above the door. The panel also protects the door's
sealing strip from dirt. The electronic thermostat ensures a
uniform, correct temperature, keeping items stored in the
cabinet fresh.
Environmentally Friendly

Functional Design
Cabinets are manufactured using environmentally friendly
technology. Insulation is made of Cyclopentan. The reversible door has an ergonomic, easy-grip handle.
Removable Gaskets
The door gasket keeps in the cold. For cleaning, it is easy to
remove without the use of tools — simple and hygienic.
Robust, Stable Wire Shelves
In refrigerators, the heavy-duty, movable wire shelves are
mounted in U-shaped rails moulded into the plastic walls.
The rails prevent the shelves from tilting when pulled out.

All models are equipped with a door lock, ensuring that
stocks are safe after closing.
Strength
The powerful refrigeration system is designed to withstand
heavy day-to-day loads. During peak loading, when other
refrigerators would give up, the correct temperature is kept
stable throughout the cabinet.
Easy Cleaning
The inside walls of the cabinet are made of moulded plastic,
making them easy to clean.

By placing the cabinet in an environment with high air humidity, it
may be necessary to acquire extra equipment for evaporation of the drip water in the
pan near the compressor.
The cabinet can be installed freestanding against a wall.
Important
The cabinet must have sufficient ventilation and free air circulation beneath, above
and behind the cabinet. The legs under the cabinet and the spacers at the rear of the
cabinet will help ensure sufficient air space.
Warning - This appliance must be earthed
The flexible cord fitted to this appliance has three cores for use with a 3-pin 13 Amp plug. If a B.B. 1363
(13 Amp) fused plug is used, it should be fitted with a 13 Amp fuse or a moulded right-angled Schuko
plug. Note the plate with a hole in it between and above the two pins - this connects to French and
Belgian sockets, which have an earth pin that sticks out. Running in a slot coming from that plate is a
continuation strip from the plage. Other european countries use a socket with a scrolled metal connector emerging from the side which mates with that strip. This ensures that the Schuko can be used in
most mainland european countries.
Important
The wires in this mains lead are coloured in accordance with the following code:
Green-and-yellow: earth
Blue: neutral
Brown: live
Servicing:
Make sure the appliance is switched off at the mains before service is
performed on electrical parts.
Never use a sharp or pointed object that may damage the freezer.
Power Requirements
The cabinet is intended for connection to an alternating current. The connection
voltage (V) and frequency (Hz) are shown on the nameplate in the cabinet.
The power connection is made using a three-pin plug to a wall socket.
Any requirement for earthing from the local power supply must be met. The cabinet
plug and wall socket should then give a correct earthing. If you are in doubt, contact
your local supplier or authorized electrician.
The colours of the wires in the mains lead of this appliance might not correspond with
the coloured markings identifying the terminals in your plug.
Proceed as follows:
The wire which is coloured green-and-yellow must be connected to the terminal in the
plug which is marked "E", marked by the earth symbol or coloured green-and-yellow.
The wire, which is coloured blue, must be connected to the terminal, which is marked
with the letter "N", or coloured black.

or coloured red.
Temperature Setting
Temperature control:
Each refrigerating appliance is provided with a thermostat that automatically maintains the appropriate pre-established temperature inside the tank. This temperature
adjuster is gauged by the factory and should not be touched by the user. Only if the
average internal temperature is too cold or not cold enough should the knob turned.

Door Hinge
The door can be changed from right hand-hinged to left hand-hinged, or vice versa.

To do so, proceed as follows:
1.
Switch off power at the mains socket. Remove the top panel and disconnect the
multiplug inside.
2.
Remove the hinge pin, and lift off the door.
3.
Move hinge from one side to the other.
4.
Move the handle from one side to the other.
5.
Place the door in the hinge on the desired side. Insert hinge pin in the hinge and in
the door hinge bush. Fasten the hinge.
6.
Connect the multiplug to the panel, and fasten the panel. Resume power to the
cabinet.

Cleaning
ABefore
cleaning, switch off the cabinet at the mains.
The cabinet should be kept clean using a mild soap solution. Do not use abrasive
cleansers. The plastic parts cannot withstand boiling water (max. temperature +85°C).
When regular cleaning is performed, be sure to wipe clean the rubber door gasket to
ensure any sticky substances are removed that would otherwise damage the gasket.
The condenser fan air outlet above the compressor must be free of leaves, paper etc.
to ensure normal operation of the cabinet.
The condenser on the back of the cabinet must be regularly cleaned as well. This is
best done with a vacuum cleaner and a brush.
N3posal
If the cabinet is no longer of use and you wish to dispose of it, please do so in an
environmentally correct way. There may be special requirements or conditions.
You can obtain information on the disposal of refrigeration appliances from:

- Government authorities (The local council, Ministry of the Environment, etc.)

Design
Bei Konzept und Herstellung aller Schränke wird auf
geachtet. Der Isolationsstoff basiert auf Cyclopentan. Der
wechselbare Türanschlag hat einen ergonomischen und
rutschfesten Türgriff.
Abnehmbare Gummidichtung
Die Türdichtung hält die Kälte im Kühlschrank. Zur Reinigung des Kühlschrankes kann sie auch ohne Werkzeug
abgezogen werden — einfach und hygienisch.
Robuste und stabile Drahtablagen
In Kühlschränken sind die strapazierfähigen und
verschiebbaren Drahtablagen in U-Schienen montiert,die
in die Kunststoffwände eingeformt sind. Die Schienen
verhindern das Verkanten der Ablagen bei der Herausnahme.
Torverriegelung
Alle Modelle sind mit einer Türverriegelung, zum sicheren
Verschluss vor ungebetenem Zugang, ausgestattet.
Platzierung und Aufstellung
RCX00/RNX00:
In einem Umfeld mit hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit, kann zusätzliche
Ausrüstung zur Verdunstung des Tauwassers in dem Becken nahe dem Kompressor erforderlich sein.

Wichtig!
Stellen Sie sicher, dass eine ausreichende Belüftung unterhalb, über und hinter
des Schranks gewährleistet ist. Die Schrankbeine unten und die Abstandshalter
hinten gewährleisten genügend Platz zur Luftzirkulierung.

Warnung! Dieses Gerät muss geerdet werden.
Das elastische Stromkabel dieses Schrankes ist drei-adrig und für 3-Stift Steckdose ausgerichtet. Falls
ein B.B. 1363 (13 Ampere) Stecker mit Sicherung benutzt wird, muss dieser mit einer 13 Ampere
Sicherung ausgestattet sein oder einem ausgeformten rechtwinkligen Schukostecker. Beachten Sie
das Metallplättchen mit Loch überhalb der zwei Anschlussstifte — dieses lässt sich an französische und
belgische Steckdosen anschliessen, bei denen eine Erdkontaktfeder herausragt. Andere europäische
Länder benutzen eine Steckdose mit einem Schutzkontakt, der aus der Seite hervortritt und auf die
Kontaktflächen des Steckers trifft. Dies garantiert, dass der Schukostecker in den meisten Ländern auf
dem europäischen Festland benutzt werden kann.

Vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Gerät vollständig vom Stromnetz entfernt
worden ist, bevor elektrische Teile gewartet werden.
Stromanschluss
Dieser Schrank ist für den Anschluß an Wechselstrom konzipiert. Sowohl Spannung
(V) als auch Frequenz (Hz) sind auf dem Typenschild im Schrankinneren angezeigt.
Der Anschluss an das Stromnetz geschieht durch einen dreipoligen Stecker.
Jegliche Anforderungen zur Erdung für die lokale Stromversorgung müssen einge-
halten werden. Der Schrankstecker und die Wandsteckdose sollten geerdet sein.
Falls Sie dennoch Zweifel an der Richtigkeit der Erdung haben, kontaktieren Sie Ihren
Anbieter oder authorisierten Elektriker.
Die Farben der Kabel im Netzkabel dieses Gerätes stimmen möglicherweise nicht mit
der Farbmarkierung der Pole an der Steckdose überein.
Gehen Sie wie folgt vor:
Das grün-gelbe Kabel muss an den Pol im Stecker angeschlossen werden, der mit in
den mit 'E' oder mit dem 'Erde' Symbol markiert ist oder an der gruen-gelb gefärbt ist.
Das blaue Kabel muss mit dem Pol mit dem Buchstaben 'N', oder mit dem schwarz
gefärbten Pol verbunden werden. Das braune Kabel muss mit dem rot markie

oder dem mit dem "L" beschrifteten Pol verbunden werden.

Einstellen der Temperatur
Temperaturregelung:
Jeder Kühlschrank ist mit einem Thermostat zur automatischen Einhaltung der voreingestellten Innentemperatur ausgestattet. Der Temperatureinsteller ist ab Werk geeicht
und darf nicht berührt werden. Wenn die Innentemperatur zu kalt oder nicht kalt genug
ist, sollte die Einstellung verände
rt
werden.

Benutzen Sie nie ein scha

es oder spitzes Objekt, das den Froster beschädigen
könnte.
Abtauen
RCX00:
Automatische Abtauung mit sutomatischer Tauwasserverdunstung.
RNX00:
Manuelle abtauung durch ziehen des netzsteckers. Bitte den tiefkuhlschrank vorher
leeeren und warten bis alles eis im Innern geschmolzen ist. Das tauwasser ist aufzfangen.
Wechseln von rechtsaufgehangener zu
Annksaufgehangener Tür
Die Tür kann auf der rechten, sowie auf der linken Seite aufgehängt werden.
Bitte gehen Sie dabei wie folgt vor:
1.
Entfernen Sie den Stecker vollständig vom Stromnetz, montieren Sie die obere
Frontplatte ab und trennen Sie die innen vorzufindenden Multi-Stecker.
2.
Entfernen Sie den Türscharnierstift und heben die Tür aus ihrer Verankerung.
3.
Wechseln Sie das Scharnier von der einen auf die andere Seite.
4.
Wechseln Sie den Türgriff von der einen Seite zur anderen.
5.
Platzieren Sie die Tür an der Türangel. Befestigen Sie den Türscharnierstift in der
Türangel und an der Tür. Bringen Sie den Türscharnierstift an die Türangel und in
der Türangelmuffe an. Ziehen Sie den Stift fest.
6.
Verbinden Sie den Multi-Stecker mit der Frontplatte und ziehen Sie die Frontplatte
fest. Nun kann das Gerät wieder an den Stromkreis angeschlossen werden.

Vor der Reinigung muss das Gerät vollständig vom Stromnetz entfernt werden!
Der Kühlschrank sollte mit einer milden Seifenlösung gesäubert werden. Verwender
Sie keine Reinigungsmittel, die Kratzer verursachen können. Die Plastikteile haltet
kochendem Wasser nicht stand (Höchsttemperatur +85°C).
Bei der routinemäßigen Reinigung säubern Sie bitte auch die Gummidichtung in de
Tür um sicherzustellen, dass jegliche klebrige Stoffe entfernt worden sind, die anson
sten die Dichtung beschädigen könnten.

gewährleisten.
Der Kondensator auf der Rückseite des Kühlschrankes muss regelmäßig gesäuber
werden - idealerweise mit Staubsauger und Bürste.
