A copy of the installation and operating instructions to be furnished to the user. A draft copy of the
instructions may be submitted if the actual document is not available. The actual document shall be
furnished to the FCC when it becomes available.
Response
There is no hardware change in RRH from UMTS application to LTE application. Therefore, the
document, Alcatel-Lucent Remote Radio Head 2x60W – 850, 1900 MHz Site Preparation, submitted in the
initial FCC certification application under the AS5ONEBTS-26 for UMTS application, which was granted
on March 26, 2012, is still usable for LTE application, though the equipment, including 850 2x60W RRH
and BBU, needs to be for LTE technology.
