Introduction

Service Manual Structure
The service manual is structured as a series of stand–alone booklets which can be ordered on an as–required basis. The ’core’ service manual consists of the following three sets of booklets namely the Transceiver, the Appendices and Service Software:
NHX–4N series Transceiver booklets
Chapter 1: Foreword Chapter 2: General Information Chapter 3: System Module
This section of the service manual describes those areas of the NHX–4N series handportable phone which are common to all variants. This booklet includes performance specifications and detailed descriptions of each module, including main pcb parts lists.

each covering a specific variant
Service Software / Programming Instructions and Servicing Information booklet.
The accessory booklet is a separate booklet covering non–serviceable accessories.
