NOCO Battery Charger Five (5) Year
Limited Warranty.
The NOCO Company (“NOCO”) warrants that its products
(the “Product”) will be free from defects in material and
workmanship for a period of ve (5) years from the date
of purchase (the “Warranty Period”). For defects reported
during the Warranty Period, NOCO will, at its discretion,
and subject to NOCO’s technical support analysis, either
repair or replace, for the fees set forth below, any Product
manufactured by NOCO that contains such a defect.
Replacement parts and products will be new or serviceably
used, comparable in function and performance to the
original part and warranted for the remainder of the original
Warranty Period.
THE FOREGOING LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU
OF AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES NOT
EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN, WHETHER EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED BY OPERATION OF LAW OR OTHERWISE,
INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR
A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
NOCO’S LIABILITY UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY
IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO REPLACEMENT (IN THE
FORM AND UNDER THE TERMS ORIGINALLY SHIPPED),
OR TO REPAIR, WHETHER SUCH CLAIMS ARE FOR
BREACH OF WARRANTY OR FOR NEGLIGENCE.
NOCO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL LOSSES, DAMAGES
OR EXPENSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT
LIMITATION, ANY SUCH LOSSES, DAMAGES, OR
EXPENSES ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM
THE SALE, HANDLING, OR USE OF THE PRODUCT
FROM ANY OTHER CAUSE RELATING THERETO, OR

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
1.) Normal wear and tear.
2.) Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.
3.) Products where the NOCO serial number is missing,
altered, or defaced.
LIMITED WARRANTY FEES
These fees apply only to Product during the Warranty
Period. The Limited Warranty is void either by elapsed time
from date of purchase or from the conditions listed earlier
in this document. Return Product with the appropriate
documentation along with a check for the applicable fees,
as set forth below. Make checks payable to The NOCO
Company.
With Receipt:
0-2.5 Years: NO Charge
2.5-5 Years: 35% of MSRP [Exact amount will be veried
when RMA is issued]
NO Receipt:
0-5 Years: 45% of MSRP [Exact amount will be veried
when RMA is issued]

exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential
damages or length of an implied warranty so the above
limitation(s) or exclusion(s) may not apply. This Limited
Warranty gives you specic legal rights and you may also
have other legal rights, which vary by state, province and
country.
This Limited Warranty is made to the original purchaser
from NOCO and does not extend to any other person or
entity and is not assignable. It is the obligation of the original
purchaser to:
1.) Request and obtain a return merchandise authorization
(RMA) number from NOCO Technical Support at nocousa.
com.
2.) Forward the Product, with RMA number, payment for
any applicable fees set forth below, and Proof of Purchase

THE COSTS OF TRANSPORTING PRODUCTS TO NOCO
FOR WARRANTY SERVICE IS THE RESPONSIBILITY
OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER. THIS LIMITED
WARRANTY IS VOID UNDER THE FOLLOWING
CONDITIONS:
1.) The Product is misused, subjected to careless handling,
or operated under conditions of extreme temperature,
shock, or vibration beyond NOCO’s recommendations for
safe and effective use.
2.) The Product has not been installed, operated, or
maintained in accordance with approved procedures.
3.) The Product is disassembled, altered, or repaired by
anyone, except NOCO.
4.) The electrical connections to either the AC input or the
DC output of the charger are modied without the express
written consent of NOCO.
5.) The Product is subject to improper storage or accident.
6.) The original purchaser fails to register the product.

autre personne, à l’exception de NOCO.
4.) Les connexions électriques du chargeur de soit l’entrée
CA ou la sortie CC sont modiées sans le consentement
écrit exprès de NOCO.
5.) Les produit sont soumis à un mauvais entreposage ou
à un accident.
6.) Le premier acheteur omet d’enregistrer le produit.
Garantie limitée de cinq (5) ans sur le
chargeur de batterie NOCO.
L’Entreprise NOCO (« NOCO ») garantit ses produits (le «
Produit ») contre tout défaut de matériaux et de fabrication
pour une période de cinq (5) à partir de la date d’achat (la «
Période de Garantie »). Pour des défauts détectés pendant
la Période de Garantie, NOCO pourra, à sa discrétion et
assujetti à une analyse du support technique NOCO, réparer
ou remplacer tout produit fabriqué par NOCO contenant un
tel défaut, avec les frais mentionnés ci-après. Les pièces
et les produits de remplacement seront neufs ou usagés
mais en bon état, comparables en termes de fonction et
de performance avec la pièce originale et garantie pour la
durée restante de la Période de Garantie originale.

NOCO N’EST PAS RESPONSABLE POUR LES
DOMMAGES, PERTES OU DÉPENSES INDIRECTES,
ACCIDENTELS, CORRÉLATIFS OU SPÉCIAUX DE
TOUTE NATURE, INCLUANT, SANS LIMITATION, LES
PERTES, DOMMAGES OU DÉPENSES RÉSULTANT
DIRECTEMENT OU INDIRECTEMENT DE LA VENTE,
MANUTENTION OU UTILISATION DU PRODUIT OU
IMPUTABLE À TOUT AUTRE MOTIF S’Y AFFÉRENT, OU
DU FAIT DE BLESSURES CORPORELLES, DE REVENUS
OU DE BÉNÉFICES.

Cinco (5) Años de Garantía Limitada para
el Cargador de Baterias NOCO.
La compañía NOCO (“NOCO’) garantiza que el material
y la calidad de sus productos (el “producto”) van a estar
sin defectos por cinco (5) años a partir de la fecha de
pago. Si hay defectos reportados durante la garantía y
el producto demuestra ser defectuso, el producto sera
reparado o remplazado, a la discreción de NOCO y despues
del analisis del soporte tecníco de NOCO, de acuerdo
a el costo presentado abajo. Las partes remplazadas y
productos remplazados seran nuevos o usados en buenas
condiciones, equivalente a la funcion y utilidad de la parte
original y tendra la garantia del resto del periodo de la
garantia original.

ENVIO ORIGINAL), O EL REPARO, LA RECLAMACION
DEPENDE DEL INCUMPLIMIENTO DE LA GARANTíA

RESPONSABLE DE GASTOS INCIDENTALES, DAñO
INMATERIAL O PERDIDAS ESPECIALES, O GASTOS,

O DAñO PERSONAL O PERDIDA DE GANANCIA.

COSTO DE GARANTíA LIMITADA
El costo es solo para el producto durante el periodo de
la garantia. La garantia no funcionara si se vence o por
condiciones mencionadas anteriormente. El producto puede
ser reembolsado al presentar documentos apropiados junto
a un cheque hecho para los costos adicionales, asi como

acuerdo a el procedimiento aprovado.
3.) El producto fue desarmado, alterado, o reparado por
cualquier persona que no haya sido de la compania NOCO.
4.) La conección electrica de la entrada o salida del
cargador fue modicada sin el consentimiento escrito de
NOCO.
5.) El producto fue sometido a un accidente o
almacenamiento indebido.
6.) El producto no fue registrado por el comprador.
LA GARANTíA LIMITADA NO CUBRE:
1.) Desgaste por el uso diario.
2.) Daño a la apariancia que no afecte la funcionalidad del
producto.
3.) Productos que tengan el codigo de barra NOCO danado,
alterado o arrancado.
