[2] Front brake lines [1] Cap plug [1] 11mm line wrench [1] Vehicle jack ATE Super Blue Brake Fluid (p/n ATE.6302B) [2] Rear brake lines [1] 14mm line wrench [2] Jack stands Shop towels Drain pan / bucket
4. Undo brake line at caliper using a 14mm line wrench.
2. FRONT BRAKE LINES: Undo brake line fitting at chassis using an 11mm line wrench. Have a cloth and drain pan available to catch any brake fluid that leaks out. Temporarily use supplied cap plug over end of hard line to prevent fluid loss.
3. Pull off brake line from shock strut.

5. Install NM brake line at caliper and tighten with 11mm line wrench. Push rubber grommet onto shock strut bracket. With steering straight, install female brake line fitting into bracket at chassis and tighten fitting with an 11mm line wrench.

6. REAR BRAKE LINES: From underneath vehicle, undo brake line fitting at the chassis sub-frame using an 11mm line wrench. Again, have a cloth and drain pan available to catch any brake fluid that leaks out. Temporarily install supplied cap plug to prevent fluid loss.
7. Pull off brake line at rear shock.
8. Undo brake line at caliper using 14mm line wrench.

10. The brake system must now be bled of any air trapped in the system at each caliper. Use caution when bleeding system to ensure that the brake fluid reservoir on the master cylinder does not fall below the minimum level marked on it.
11. Inspect for any fluid leaks while system is under pressure.
12. Check fluid level in brake fluid reservoir. Fill to the maximum level indicated on the reservoir.
13. Reinstall wheels and torque wheel bolts to the manufacturer’s specification. Test drive carefully.
