*For vehicles with Mass Airflow Sensor
PARTS INCLUDED:
TOOLS & SUPPLIES REQUIRED:
1. JCW Only: Cut wire tie at valve cover breather hose to OE turbo inlet hose. Pull out breather hose and remove rubber collar. Then proceed to step #3.
6. Remove T25 TORX screw located on passenger side of air filter box and lift off. NOTE: There are [3] pin mounts that are pushed into rubber grommet mounts on intake manifold, so effort may be required to lift air filter box off of mounts.
7. Locate fresh air pipe that is attached to air filter box. Disconnect fresh air pipe by rotating the 90° connection counter clockwise and pulling pipe away from air filter box. Remove air filter box from vehicle.
3. Remove OE turbo inlet hose from MAF sensor. Use screwdriver to loosen clamp at turbo inlet and at MAF sensor.
2. S MODELS ONLY: Pull out valve cover breather hose from OE turbo inlet hose.
4. Disconnect electrical connector from Mass Airflow Sensor (MAF).
5. Separate brake booster line holder from fresh air intake hose. Use needle nose pliers to squeeze tabs and then push out holder.

16. Loosely install supplied #44 clamps onto both silicone hose ends, then install aluminum intake pipe into silicone turbo inlet hose first and then into MAF sensor hose. Adjust as necessary for clearance, paying close attention to clearance of silicone turbo inlet hose and coolant reservoir bottle. Tighten all clamps, use caution NOT to over tighten on Carbon Fiber Tube if being used. NOTE: Do not forget to tighten #28 hose clamp from Step 14.
9. Install MAF sensor to NM stainless steel intake pipe bracket using supplied M6 x 16mm button head bolts and M6 nuts. [4mm hex key wrench / 10mm socket or wrench]
12. Remove protective film from double-sided tape on stainless steel fresh air hose bracket. Slide bracket down between ECU and black plastic ECU mount, while keeping double stick tape from touching. With bracket pushed all the way down, press against ECU.
13. Attach brake booster line holder to forward mounting hole in bracket. Secure fresh air pipe to rearward mounting hole using supplied M6 x 10mm button head bolt. [4mm hex key wrench]
17. Install valve cover breather into silicone turbo inlet hose.
18. Reconnect MAF sensor electrical connector.
10. Using degreaser or contact cleaner and shop rag, clean inner mounting flange of NM filter. Install and tighten filter onto MAF sensor. Position NM logo on end of filter for proper reading orientation.
14. Install and tighten silicone coupler onto MAF sensor using supplied #44 hose clamp.
15. Loosely install silicone turbo inlet hose onto turbo using supplied #28 hose clamp. NOTE: Do NOT tighten at this time.
19. Double check complete installation. Test drive and double check all connections.

11. Install NM filter assembly unit onto factory air filter box mounts. NOTE: Make sure rubber grommets are still in place and not attached to bottom of the OE air filter box. From bottom side of mounts, install and tighten using supplied M8 washers and M8 lock nuts. [13mm socket and wrench]
