TOOLS & SUPPLIES REQUIRED:

1. Remove OE turbo inlet hose from MAF (mass air flow) sensor. Use screwdriver or 7mm Nut Driver to loosen clamp.
2. Disconnect electrical connector from MAF (if equipped).
6. Located on back side of intake manifold, remove the Philips screw that retains the sound amplifier.
7. Undo hose clamp and remove sound amplifier hose from air charge pipe using a 7mm wrench.
11. Loosen hose clamp and disconnect lower air charge hose from throttle body.
12. Attach and tighten NM 90° hose with #44 hose clamp supplied. NOTE: Keep ample clearance from firewall and brake line.
3. Remove T25 TORX screw located on passenger side of air filter box and lift off. NOTE pushed into rubber grommet mounts on intake manifold, so effort may be required to lift air filter box off of mounts.
4. Locate fresh air pipe that is attached to air filter box. Disconnect fresh air pipe by rotating the 90° connection counter clockwise and pulling pipe away from air filter box. Remove air filter box from vehicle.

8. Disconnect sound amplifier ducting from firewall by squeezing and pulling down.
9. Now remove sound amplifier assembly.
10. Loosen hose clamp and disconnect upper air charge hose.

13. Install aluminum pipe with #44 hose clamp and tighten.
14. Install upper silicone air charge hose with #40 hose clamp and a #44 hose clamp at aluminum pipe and tighten both ends.
15. Double check tightness of all connections and clearance from brake line. Re-install air filer in reverse of disassembly.
