[1] 17mm Wheel Lug Wrench
[1] 16mm Deep Socket
[1] Torque Wrench
[1] 4mm Hex Key Wrench
[1] 16mm Open End Wrench
[1] WD-40
1. Park vehicle on a flat, level surface capable of supporting the
vehicle’s weight on jack and jack stands.
2. Loosen front wheel lug bolts.
3. Using the manufacturer’s recommended lifting points, raise
front vehicle and support with jack stands. Remove both front
wheels. WARNING: NEVER WORK UNDER A VEHICLE
SUPPORTED ONLY WITH A JACK – SERIOUS INJURY OR
DEATH CAN OCCUR!
4. Unbolt nut from anti-sway bar to end link using a 16mm
wrench and 5mm hex key wrench. Repeat for other side.
NOTE: To ease removal spray threads with WD-40 and then
break nuts loose first using a 16mm socket.
5. Unbolt end link from strut mount using a 16mm wrench and a
5mm hex key wrench, then remove end link. Repeat for other
side.
6. Install NM end link, reuse factory nuts and tighten using a
16mm wrench and a 13mm wrench. Torque nut to 45 Nm (33
ft. lbs.). NM Adjustable End-Link has been pre-set and is
ready to be installed on vehicle lowered with NM RS-α
Springs. For vehicles lowered with other springs, adjustment if
desired can be done on the vehicle by loosening ball joint jam
nuts and turning billet link, threads are right and left hand.
After adjustment, tighten jam nuts so ball joint housings are inline with each other.
7. Double check complete installation.
8. Mount front wheels. For factory wheels ONLY, torque lug
bolts to 140Nm (103 ft-lbs). For aftermarket wheels, contact
wheel manufacturer for proper torque specifications. Doublecheck complete installation.
