Thank you for purchasing Nivel System cross laser CL3D.For best use of purchased

instrument, please carefully read the manual and keep it in safe place,

to use this manual in the future.

Safety

WARNING: do not look straight into laser beam. Use laser according to the manual.

Construction

Cross laser housing is secured by rubber cover (protection against damage due to
breakdown or impact). In set as standard you can find CL3D cross laser batteries,
strap, casing and bracket (magnet wall shelf, geodetic tripod adapter)

Compensator blockade mode

Set the switch in the middle position to block the compensator (now you can work
with bent beam). In this case red diode will light up indicates the blockade of
compensator.

In case of low battery diode will start to blink slowly.

Using the laser

To turn on the laser set the switch in ON position.
The device will start to display the beam in horizontal.
If you want to work with laser sensor, laser must be switched into modulation mode

, diode near the icon will light up in green.

In CL1 using button you can turn on and off vertical and horizontal beam. Every
press of this button let you display vertical, horizontal or all beams at the same time.

Lase will level up by itself, in case of settin the laser out of levelling range the laser
beams won’t be displayed – you will hear the sound signal

Turning off the laser

To turn off the laser, set the switch in OFF position.

Magnetic bracket

Mount the laser to the bracket which can be used as a practical shelf. Using the
magnet you can place the shelf on metal element, adjusting laser beam for working
conditions.
