INTRODUCTION

The AS1000 Audio Balun allows the transmission of a line level audio signal over a
twisted pair of wires. The AS1000 comes as a small pair of modules which can be used to send
audio for more then 2 miles.

INSTALLATION

AS1000 Balun modules are interchangeable, they are transceiver units which turn 600
ohm Unbalanced audio into a Balanced twisted pair signal or vice versa. The diagram below
shows the standard hookup.
