HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY • READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE
To reduce the risk of injury, fire, electrical shock, or property damage, basic safety precautions must ALWAYS be followed, including the following warnings and subsequent instructions.

POLARIZED PLUG
WAR NING : To reduce the risk of electric shock, this appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). This plug will fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician to install the proper outlet. DO NOT modify the plug in any way.
WAR NING : Extension cords are not recommended for use with this product.
WARNING: Remove utensils prior to processing. Failure to remove may cause the jar to be damaged or to shatter which may cause personal injury.
WARNING: 4-Blade Assembly is sharp, not locked in place and removable, handle with care. When handling the 4-Blade Assembly, always hold it by the shaft. Failure to do so will result in a risk of laceration.
WARNING: 4-Blade Assembly is sharp and not locked in place. Remove the splashguard and carefully remove the 4-Blade Assembly first, holding it by the shaft before pouring. Failure to do so will result in a risk of laceration.

To protect against electrical shock, DO NOT submerge the appliance or allow the
power cord to come into contact with water or any other liquid.
DO NOT allow the appliance to be used by children. Close attention is necessary when used near children. This is not a toy.
NEVER leave an appliance unattended when inuse.
Appliance accessories are not intended to be used in the microwave as it may result in damage to the accessories.
Remove the Master Pod from the appliance and unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet when not in use, before assembling or disassembling parts and before cleaning. To unplug, grasp the plug and pull from the electrical outlet. NEVER pull from the power cord.
DO NOT abuse the power cord. Never carry the Master Pod by the power cord or yank it to disconnect from electrical outlet; instead grasp the plug and pull to disconnect.
DO NOT operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions, has been dropped or damaged in any manner. This appliance has no serviceable parts. Return the appliance to SharkNinja Operating LLC for examination, repair or adjustment.
DO NOT let the power cord hang over the edge of table or counter or touch hot surfaces such as the stove.
ALWAYS use appliance on a dry, level surface.
Keep hands, hair, clothing, as well as utensils out of container while processing to reduce the risk of severe injury to persons or damage to the appliance. A scraper may be used but only when the appliance is not running.
AVOID contact with moving parts.
DO NOT attempt to sharpen blades.
DO NOT use the appliance if blade
assemblies are bent or damaged.
DO NOT expose pitcher to extreme temperature changes.
DO NOT use pitcher if it is cracked or chipped.
To reduce the risk of injury, NEVER operate the appliance without the splashguard in place; DO NOT try to defeat the interlock mechanism; make sure that the cutting blades are properly assembled before operating the appliance.
DO NOT operate this appliance on or near any hot surfaces (such as gas or electric burner or in a heated oven).
The use of accessory attachments, including canning jars not recommended by the manufacturer may cause fire, electrical shock or risk of personal injury.
DO NOT remove the Master Pod before the Ninja 4-Blades Assembly has stopped turning.
DO NOT overfill.
DO NOT operate the appliance empty.
DO NOT try to defeat the interlock
mechanism. Make sure that the 40 oz. 4-Blade Assembly is properly inserted before operating the appliance.
Immediately release the On/O pulse button on the Master Pod in the event that the appliance malfunctions during use.
DO NOT operate the appliance for more than 15 seconds.
THIS PRODUCT IS INTENDED FOR HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY. Do not use
this appliance for anything other than its intended use. Do not use outdoors.
If the appliance overheats, a thermal switch will become activated and shut o the motor. To reset, unplug the appliance and let it cool down for approximately 10 minutes before using again.
CAUTION: If pouring with the lid or splashguard removed, ALWAYS remove the 4-Blade Assembly first. Failure to do so will result in a risk of laceration.
CAUTION: Do not blend hot liquids, doing so may cause excessive pressure build-up, resulting in risk of the user being burned.

GETTING STARTED
ASSEMBLY & USE OF THE PITCHER
The Ninja® Storm™ is an indispensable kitchen tool that is perfect for blending, whipping, ice crushing and food processing - all in the conveniently sized pitcher! For best results, be sure to carefully read all the instructions contained in the manual before using this appliance.

1 Review warning and caution statements
at the top of page 8 before proceeding to number 2.
2 Place the pitcher on a clean, dry, level
surface.
3 Add the ingredients to be processed
into the pitcher.
6 Place the Master Pod on top of the
splashguard making sure that it is securely in place.
4 Holding the 40 oz. 4-Blade Assembly
by the shaft, place it onto the spindle pin inside the pitcher.
IMPORTANT: Never add ingredients
into the pitcher before placing the blades in first.
BEFORE FIRST USE
1 Remove all packaging material and
labels from the appliance. Separate/ remove all parts from each other.
2 Wash the lid, splashguard, pitcher, and
40 oz. 4-Blade Assembly in warm, soapy water. When washing the blade assembly, use a dish-washing utensil with a handle to avoid direct hand contact with blades.
3 Handle the 40 oz. 4-Blade Assembly
with care to avoid contact with sharp edges. Rinse and air dry thoroughly.

4 The pitcher, lid, splashguard, and 40 oz.
4-Blade Assembly are all dishwasher safe. It is recommended that the lid, spashguard and blade assembly be placed on the top rack. Ensure that the blade assembly is removed from the pitcher before placing in the dishwasher.
5 Wipe the motor base clean with a
damp cloth.
5 Place the pitcher splashguard onto the
top of the pitcher.
7 To start the appliance, plug the power
cord into the electrical outlet, securely hold the Master Pod while operating and press on the On/O pulse button located on the top of the Master Pod.
8 Hold the pitcher firmly while depressing
the On/O pulse button to ensure the unit stays in place.
NOTE: DO NOT operate the appliance
continuously for more than 15 seconds at a time.

9 To stop the appliance, remove your
fingers from the On/O pulse button.
10 In order to obtain a better quality of
chopping, operate the appliance by using the “pulse” method.
11 Make sure that the 40 oz. 4-Blade
Assembly has stopped completely before removing the Master Pod.
12 If the ingredients stick to the side of the
pitcher, stop the appliance, remove the Master Pod and the splashguard. Use a spatula to dislodge the pieces and then replace the splashguard and the Master Pod. Continue processing.
13 Depending on the consistency of the
contents, use the pour spout to empty liquid contents.
14 For thicker consistencies, first remove
splashguard and 40 oz. 4-Blade Assembly (by its shaft), then empty contents of the pitcher.
HINTS & TIPS FOR USING YOUR NINJA®
1 The 40 oz. 4-Blade Assembly can
be used for chopping meat, fish, vegetables, cheese etc.
2 For mincing, chopping and pureeing,
increase the length of pulses.
3 For coarse chopping, use short, quick
pulses and monitor food texture.
4 Pre-cut larger pieces to make them
fit into the pitcher. When chopping hard foods (e.g. meat, cheese) cut into 1-inch cubes.
5 To crush ice into snow, start by using
short pulses to break up large chunks. Continue until snow is achieved.
CLEANING
1 Separate all parts from each other.
2 Hand-Washing: Wash the lid,
splashguard, pitcher, and Ninja 4-Blade assembly in warm, soapy water. When washing the 40 oz. 4-Blade Assembly, use a dish-washing utensil with a handle to avoid direct hand contact with blades. STORING

Store the Ninja® Storm™ upright with the 40 oz. 4-Blade Assembly inside the pitcher and splashguard and Master Pod on the pitcher. Do not place anything on top. Store the rest of the attachments along side the appliance or in a cabinet where they will not be damaged and won’t cause a hazard. Loosely wrap the power cord around the Master Pod.

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
• Motor doesn't start or Blade Assembly doesn't rotate. Make sure the pitcher is securely placed on motor base.
Make sure the lid is securely on pitcher in the correct position (align arrows).
The blender is turned o. Press the power button ( Check that the plug is securely inserted into the electrical outlet. Check the fuse or circuit breaker. The unit has overheated. Unplug and wait approximately 15 minutes before using again.
• Ingredients are unevenly chopped. Either you are chopping too many ingredients at one time, or the pieces are not of even
size. Process smaller amounts per batch.
• Ingredients are chopped too fine or is too watery. The ingredients have been over-processed. Use PULSE button for controlled processing.
• Ingredients collects on lid or on the sides of the pitcher. The mixture is too thick. Add more liquid.
• You cannot achieve snow from solid ice.
Do not use ice that has been sitting out or has started to melt. Use ice straight from the freezer and make sure the pitcher is completely dry before adding ice.

ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
The One (1) Year Limited Warranty applies to purchases made from authorized retailers of SharkNinja Operating LLC. Warranty coverage applies to the original owner and to the original product only and is not transferable.
SharkNinja warrants that the unit shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase when it is used under normal household conditions and maintained according to the requirements outlined in the Owner’s Guide, subject to the following conditions and exclusions:
What is covered by this warranty?
1. The original unit and/or non-wearable components deemed defective, in SharkNinja’s sole discretion, will be repaired or replaced up to one (1) year from the original purchase date.
2. In the event a replacement unit is issued, the warranty coverage ends six (6) months following the receipt date of the replacement unit or the remainder of the existing warranty, whichever is later. SharkNinja reserves the right to replace the unit with one of equal or greater value.
What is not covered by this warranty?
1. Normal wear and tear of wearable parts (such as blending vessels, lids, cups, blades, removable pots, racks, pans, and blender bases, etc.), which require regular maintenance and/or replacement to ensure the proper functioning of your unit, are not covered by this warranty. Replacement parts are available for purchase at ninjaaccessories.com.
2. Any unit that has been tampered with or used for commercial purposes
3. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligent handling, failure to perform required maintenance (e.g., failure to keep the well of the motor base clear of food spills and other debris), or damage due to mishandling in transit.
4. Consequential and incidental damages.
5. Defects caused by repair persons not authorized by SharkNinja. These defects include damages caused in the process of shipping, altering, or repairing the SharkNinja product (or any of its parts) when the repair is performed by a repair person not authorized by SharkNinja.
6. Products purchased, used, or operated outside North America.

If your appliance fails to operate properly while in use under normal household conditions within the warranty period, visit ninjakitchen.com for product care and maintenance self­help. Our Customer Service Specialists are also available at 1-877-646-5288 to assist with product support and warranty service options, including the possibility of upgrading to our VIP warranty service options for select product categories.
SharkNinja will cover the cost for the customer to send in the unit to us for repair or replacement. A fee of $19.95 (subject to change) will be charged when SharkNinja ships the repaired or replacement unit.
How to initiate a warranty claim
You must call 1-877-646 -5288 to initiate a warranty claim. You will need the receipt as proof of purchase. A Customer Service Specialist will provide you with return and packing instruction information.
How state law applies
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you also may have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.
