CARE AND MAINTENANCE

Make sure to turn all equipment off b efore cl eaning. The cabinet
only needs occasional dusting. Please do not touch the drive units.
Do not clean the speaker w ith chemical solvents a s th is may
damage the paint sur fa ce. Clean with a dry cloth.

When the speakers are instal led outdoor, ensure the
environment is reliable and th at t he speaker is firmly
attached. Do not use the product s ub merged in water.

Do not touch or bump the woo fe r an d tweeter. If these are
damaged, the sound wil l be distorted.

Protect the power cable from being dam aged, do not ove r

Do not listen to sound at a very hig h le ve l when you are

changing the inp ut s ource (for example, to tune FM / CD).
Installation or removal of cab le s should make sure that the
power amp / amplifie r device radio is turned off.

Connecting Devices

If other devices (su ch a s laptops, tablets, pho nes, etc.) want to
play through the Bluet ooth speaker, please follow the setu ps
below:

1. First Connection: if De vice A connects and control s to
Bluetooth, Devic e B cannot search or control the Blue to ot h
speaker. Device A MUST no l on ger be connected, then Devi ce B
can connect and co nt ro l.

2. Additional De vi ces: If additional de vices want to connect to
Bluetooth speaker, a maximu m of 2 d evices can connec t at a ny
one time, only the 1 st dev ice to connect controls the s peaker.
Please ensure device s A or B are disconnected before tryi ng to
connect additi on al devices C, D, E, etc.

Note: If your connec tion to speaker is lost, the de vice maybe out
of range (>10m). To reconn ect simply go to settin g me nu on the
home screen on your devi ce and reconnect to Bluet ooth speaker.

Troubleshooting

If a problem arises, ple ase try the troubleshooti ng frequentl y
asked guide below.

Q: Speaker has not been foun d du ring setup
A: Please check powe r cord i s correc tly connected to spea ke r
and transformer. Before commencing any electrical work ensure
the supply is swit ch ed OFF at the mains.

Q: Speaker has failed to c onnect to Bluetooth
A: Please retry setup an d pa iring process, follow s etup steps
1 - 3 to connect devic e. E nsure the device is withi n 10m ra nge.

Q: Device is conne ct ed to Bluetooth speaker b ut n o sound
A: Ensure your device volume is NOT muted, increase the volume.
