Prepare for Use

This is how the
machine should look
when you enter the
room.
Check recovery tank,
ball float and catch
cage.

Disconnect battery and
store onboard charger
cord.

Inspect and Install
squeegee and hose.
Install pad or brush for
disc machine.
Machine Operation

Check the EcoFlex
container.
Fill machine with water
using front or rear fill
port (water should not
exceed 130°F)
.
Familiarize yourself
with the control panel.

Refer to the owner’s
manual.

Burst of power delivers
more water, detergent
and pressure to clean
stubborn areas.

For double scrubbing,
swing the squeegee to
the right then flip down
the squeegee kickstand
to hold the back blade
off the floor. Flip the
kickstand up when
done then vacuum
solution from the floor.

Empty and recovery
tank. Drain water into
an open drain
Remove and inspect
the brush or pad. Rinse
pad then set aside to
dry.
Take a clean damp
cloth and wipe down
exterior of machine.

Rinse ball float cage.
Clean debris catch
cage.
Rinse and inspect
squeegee and blades..

Lift up recovery tank lid
for ventilation.
Weekly Maintenance: As Needed:
Charge the batteries.
x Equalize Batteries
x Annually – inspect
carbon brushes on
the vacuum motor
x Annually – inspect
the carbon brushes
on the brush motor
