Chargethebatterypackfullybeforeusingitforthefirsttime. Whenthesurroundingtemperatureishigh,thebatterypackmaysometimesbe
unusableduetoactivationofprotectioncircuitry. WhentheportableDVDplayerisusedwiththebatterypackandhasnodiscor
stopsforabout10minuteswithpoweron,itwillturnoffautomatically.(Autopower off)ThebatterypackandtheportableDVDplayerbecomehotduringuse.Thisis notmalfunction.
Whenthebatterypackisnottobeusedforalongperiod,besuretoremoveitfrom theportableDVDplayer.Ifthebatterypackisleftattached,continualflowofweak currentrendersitoverdischargedandeventuallyunusableevenwhenyoutryto chargeitlater.
IftheportableDVDplayerisswitchedonwhilethebatterypackisnotfullycharged, theoperationmaysometimesbeunstable.Besuretochargethebatterypackfully beforeuse.
STORAGE
Thebatterypackshouldbestoredunderasurroundingtemperaturebetween15c and25c.Avoidstoringitunderextremelylowtemperature,inaplacewithhigh temperatureandhighhumidityorinaplacesubjecttosoot,etc.
Whenthebatterypackisstoredforalongperiod,atleastonceayearitis recommendedtodischargeitfullyontheportableDVDplayer,rechargeitfully againandstoreit.
SERVICELIFEANDDISPOSAL
Whenthechargingtimeoravailableoperationtimebecomesextremelyshort,the batterymaybereachingtheendofitslife.Thebatterypackcanbeusedforabout 300cyclesofrechargingandoperations.
Todisposeofausedbatterypack,wrapapieceoftapearoundtheterminalsection andtreatitincompliancewithyourlocalregulations.
Caution:
Dangerofexplosionifbatteryisincorrectlyreplaced. Replaceonlywiththesameorequivalenttype.
