Warnings
We suggest you retain these instructions for future reference.
Keep fittings out of children’s reach and keep children well
away from the construction area.
This product should only be used on firm, level ground.
Please periodically check all fittings and re-tighten as
necessary.
Do’s
We suggest you spend a short time reading through this leaflet
before you start.
When you are ready to start, make sure that you have the
right tools and plenty of space.
Unwrap all packaging materials and place the components
on a clean surface to protect them from damage.
We recommend that the packaging is used to protect the
surfaces during assembly.
Carefully check that you have all the parts before beginning
assembly.

Unwrap all packaging materials and place the components on top
of the carton box or on a clean floor toprotect it from damage.
It is necessary to dismantle the gazebo during winter months
or during periods of string winds
FIRE PRECAUTION: The canopy and sides of the gazebo are
not fire proof - do not use naked flames in or around the gazebo
When assembling the gazebo please ensure that the ground is
level. It is recommended that assembly should be carried out
at the location that the gazebo will be used.
Please retain the assembly tools. You will need them in the
future to re-tighten the bolts, or it you want to dismantle the
furniture for storage.
Please make sure the product is clean and dry before putting
it into storage
To clean your item please use mild detergent in warm water.
Rinse with clean dry cloth and dry thoroughly. Do not use
abrasive cleaner, strind detergents bleach, acids or solvents on
the frame.
Don’ts
Never drag the gazebo across the floor as this will
cause damage to the joints
Please do not leave your product outside when not
in use. During bad weather and winter months the
product should be dismantled where possible and
stored in a cool dry place.
Do not use siliconebased furniture polish.

To construct the four corner sections:
Attach one panel (A) and one panel (B)
by inserting 3x bolts (P) through the holes,
add M6 washer and M6 nut and hand
tighten.
Use allen key ( R) and spanners (Q) to fully
tighten all screws and cover nuts with M6 caps.
Repeat Step One for the other three corners.

To connect cross rails
Attach bracket (H) to 2 x (C ) rails
by inserting bolt (N). The metal insert
on Part ( C) must on the same way with the
exposed stick on Part ( H).Add M6 washers
and M6 nuts and tighten with
Spanner ( Q) and Allen key (R ).
Repeat to construct the other three
crossbars
Place M6 caps onto the
nuts.

Place rails ( C) onto the top of panels (A & B ).
Place Bracket (G) onto the top of rails (C).
Insert 2 x bolts (O) through bracket (G) and rails (C) into panels ( A & B ).
Add M6 washers and M6 nut and hand tighten.
Add M6 washers and M6 nuts and hand tighten.
Repeat for the other three corners. Revert back to all bolts and bolts and tighten
with the allen key (R) and spanner (Q). Place M6 Caps onto the nuts.
Attach rail (F) into the corner sections of rails (C ) using
2 x bolts (L) and tighten with the Allen key (R).
Repeat for the other three corner sections.
To construct the canopy frame top :
It is recommended that this step is done on the ground.
Attach 4 x rails (D) to the long end of central hub part (I), attach 4X rails (E)
to the short end of central hub Part (I), using 8xbolts(M),8xM6 washers and
8xM6 nuts as shown in diagram. Thigten by hand.
At this point do not use the Allen or spanner to fully tighten until the canopy
framework has been fitted to
the main frame.
Lift the canopy framework up and insert rail ( D ) into
the brackets (G) at each corner and rails ( E ) into the side brackets (H).
Secure rails (E & D) to the relevant brackets by using bolts (M), M6 washers
and M6 Nuts. Tighten by hand.
Revert back to all M screws in step 5 & 6 and tighted with Allen key (R)
and Spanner (Q). Place M6 caps onto the nuts.
Insert 2 x bolts (O) through rails (C) into panels ( A & B ).

Pull the canopy (J) over the framework,
unroll and secure to the rails of the gazebo.
Insert 2x pegs (K) to secure each corner
of the gazebo to the ground, by pushing through the holes into the ground.
Step 8: Tighten the rope on the corner of
canopy(J) secure the other end of rope to
the peg(pushing the peg into ground).
Repeat on other three corners.
