Tips for a Positive and Relaxful Session

•Choose a quiet place to set up your Smart Lounge where you will not
be disturbed.

•Choose your music, put in CD player and turn music on and adjust
volume and vibration levels.

•Turn down lightening in the room

•Lay down on the mat. Put on your sleep mask, cover yourself with a
blanket to feel secure.

•Put our hands by your side.

•As the music begins, concentrate on slowing your brea thing.

•Focus on your muscles – allowing them to relax - starting with your
feet and working on up to you neck and shoulde rs .

•As your muscles begin to relax, you will start to hear the music & feel
the vibration flow together.

•Continue to slow your breathing.

•The music will automatically sto p alo ng w ith the vibration.

•After the music & vibration stops, lay still fo r approxima te ly 3 -5
minutes to enjoy sensations of your sessio n.

1 qty: Amp to Lounge Cable

Follow these steps for setup:

1. Remove packages from box.

2. Start setting up the frame system / cot first.

3. Set the Smart Lounge on top of the cot.

4. Connect the DVD player to the Amp.

5. Connect the Amp to the Lounge.

6. Set the audio, put on headphones and relax!

Cot Set-Up PART 1: Install the 4 separate metal legs

1. Separate the 4 metal legs that are wrapped
to the frame system.

3. Insert the metal leg into the square hole.
Squeeze the metal tab upwards towards the
hole allowing the metal leg to slide inside.

2. Open the two (inner) cot legs exposing the 4
square leg holes.

If you have trouble inserting the metal legs,
Please look inside the leg hole and make
sure the metal square (metal tab) is aligned
correctly. Sometimes you need to slightly
wiggle the leg into place while pressing the
metal tab.
