KDJFLA;SKDJfinish . Polymer composition shelf mats are of
a modular design allowing easy removal for cleaning. They
have a vented open grid surface that is smooth and crevicefree. Polymer material will never dent, chip, rust, or corrode.
Open on all four sides for complete access and superior
ventilation. Shelves adjust on 1” increments. A standard
shelving unit consists of 4 Nexelite shelves and 4 posts.
1. EASY TO ASSEMBLE: Nexelite assembles in minutes,
without tools. Posts have number grooves at 1”
increments. Attach the shelf clip to the desired shelf height,
and slide shelves over post onto the clips.
2. EASY TO CLEAN: Polymer shelf mats lift off the shelf frame
for easy cleaning. Shelf modules are made in three sizes,
12”, 15” and 18” that fit into a dishwasher for cleaning.
3. EASY TO MOVE: Nexelite shelving units can become
mobile by adding any set of Nexel stem casters.
4. CORROSION RESISTANT AND DURABLE: Nexel polymer
shelf mats have a lifetime warranty against rust and
corrosion. Posts and shelf frames are coated with our
Nexelon finish, which comes with a lifetime warranty
against rust and corrosion. Each shelf has up to a 600 lb.
capacity.
