OPERATING PROCEDURES AND MAINTENANCE
1. Remove the exterior and interior packaging. Check that the ice basket and the ice
scoop are included. If any parts are missing, please contact our customer service.
2. Clean the interior with lukewarm water and a soft cloth. Take out the ice basket
and clean it.
3. Find a location for your ice maker that is protected from direct sunlight and other
sources of heat (i.e., stove, furnace, or radiator.) Place the ice maker on a level
surface. Make sure that there are at least six inches of space between the back
and sides of your ice maker and the wall.
4. Allow one hour for the refrigerant fluid to settle before plugging the ice maker in.

CLEANING AND MAINTAINING YOUR ICE MAKER

7. If the water separator pipe is blocked and there is no water flowing down when you
listen, the compressor and the water pump inside are still working; please turn off
the unit first, disassemble the pipe and clean it. Clean each hole on the pipe wall
displayed in the following picture. After cleaning, install the water separator pipe
and make sure the right terminal of the pipe is connected to the silicone pipe.
8. Clean the water tank and the big water reservoir with diluted detergent, warm
water, and a soft cloth. Use the water to rinse the inside, and drain out the water
from the draining port by unplugging the drain cap on the back. This will ensure
the unit is properly maintained and operational.

9. When cleaning, if you find that the ice cubes are left on the evaporator and cannot
be taken out easily, you can turn on the unit to let the unit enter the ice making
process, then press the “ON/OFF” button for more than five (5) seconds to let the
unit start the ice making process to melt the ice cube. It will help you remove the
hard ice cubes.
Because the water value prevents water from draining in the reservoir, plug in the unit
(but do not start the unit) and remove the drain port cap at the back if you plan on draining
all the water. Wait a few minutes for all of the water to flow out.

are using clean water. If the unit is not in use for a long time, drain all the water

LIMITED MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY
This appliance is covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty. For one year from the
original date of purchase, the manufacturer will repair or replace any parts of this
appliance that prove to be defective in materials and workmanship, provided the
appliance has been used under normal operating conditions as intended by the
manufacturer.
Warranty Terms:
During the first year, any components of this appliance found to be defective due to
materials or workmanship, will be repaired or replaced, at the manufacturer’s discretion,
at no charge to the original purchaser. The purchaser will be responsible for any removal
or transportation costs, if needed.
Warranty Exclusions:
The warranty will not apply if damage is caused by any of the following:
● Power failure
● Damage in transit or when moving the appliance
● Improper power supply, such as low voltage, defective household wiring or
inadequate fuses
● Accidents, alterations, misuse or abuse of the appliance, such as using non-
approved accessories, inadequate air circulation in the room or abnormal

● Fire, water damage, theft, war, riot, hostility or acts of God, such as hurricanes,
floods, etc.
● Use of force or damage caused by external influences
● Partially or completely dismantled appliances
