99554 -- Fish File Rack

• Aluminum Fish File Rack designed to hold Lexan pans of fresh
 sh. This unit has heavy duty casters attached to a welded
platform plate for added caster strength.

• The mobile rack is used on the cook line to hold fresh  sh prior
to cooking and can be rolled back into the walk-in between
high volume periods to maintain freshness.

• Switching this product from stainless steel to aluminum saved
the end user several $1,000 per unit.

APPLICATION:

This rack is designed to hold perforated poly boxes. When
the ice melts it will run down the drip trays and end up in the
removable dip pan on the bottom.

MATERIAL:

• Framework is constructed out of 1 ½” x 2 ¾” tubing.

• Removable drip trays and pans are constructed out of
.125” aluminum sheet. Tray glides are constructed out of
1” x 1 ½” x .085” channel.
