1 – INTAKE PIPE 1 – STAINLESS STEEEL P-FLO BRACKET 2 – M6 LOCK NUTS 1 – 90° SILICONE HOSE 1 – PHILIPS SCREWDRIVER 1 – 5mm HEX KEY WRENCH 1 – 8mm NUT DRIVER
2 – #48 HOSE CLAMP 1 – NEUSPEED FILTER 1 – RUBBER ISOLATOR 1 – RUBBER GROMMET 1 – 7/16 OR 11MM WRENCH 1 – SPRING CLAMP PLIERS 1 – T25 TORX
1 – ACORD NUT 2 – M6 x 16mm CAP BOLTS 1 – WIRE HARNESS 1 – 10 MM WRENCH 1 – 4MM HEX KEY WRENCH
1. Disconnect Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor
electrical connector.
2. Disconnect vacuum hose from air filter
box lid.
3. Disconnect air intake hose from MAF
using spring clamp pliers.

4. Unscrew all Philips screws around air
filter box lid and remove.
5. Disconnect hot air duct from back side
of air filer box.
6. Remove cover at intake duct.
7. Using a 5mm hex key wrench, unbolt
lower air filter box, located on back side.
8. Lift off lower air filter box from rubber
grommet mounts, then lift out left side
first and rotate intake duct around small
coolant hose to remove.
9. Remove air intake duct at radiator
support (2) T25 Torx, one on each side.
10. Remove hot air ducting hose.
11. Remove MAF sensor from air box lid
using a Philips screwdriver.
12. Install and tighten rubber isolator into
threaded stand-off just in front of
battery.

13. Mount MAF sensor to SS P-Flo bracket
using supplied M6x16mm screws and
lock nuts, then tighten.
16. Install intake pipe with port closer to the
front and positioned at 1 o’clock.
18. Connect vacuum line to port on
NEUSPEED intake pipe.
20. Move MAF wire harness support clip
down next to vacuum canister.
23. Attach and tighten NEUSPEED filter.
Position NEUSPEED logo on end of filter
horizontally.
14. Install NEUSPEED P-Flo bracket onto
rubber grommet mount and rubber
isolator.
15. Install and tighten acorn nut using an
11mm wrench.

17. Install 90° silicone hose onto MAF.
NOTE: Use silicone spray to ease install.
Slide the two supplied #48 hose clamps
onto silicone hose and then connect to
intake pipe. Now position clamps and
tighten.
19. Connect supplied MAF harness
extension.
21. Install rubber strip on top-edge of P-Flo
bracket.
22. For extra protection, slide coolant hose
protector sleeve just under P-Flo
bracket.
24. Double-check complete installation.
