Introducing the NetComm IAC 4000
Internet Access Controller
The Internet Access Controller IAC 4000 is a product that has been designed to be
deployed in a broadband service network for high speed access to the Internet
specifically for the hospitality market. The IAC 4000 can serve up to 1024
simultaneous users and it is an ideal for medium to large hotspots. The product
immediately recognize new users on the network (and remembers returning
users) and redirects their browser to a proprietary Web page. There is no need for
users to modify their IP settings (IP Plug n Play) to access the Internet.
The product is a freestanding or rack-mounted unit with two Ethernet ports (WAN and LAN), and a serial
port for system management and administration. After the initial setup and network configuration is
established, the product is easily managed by a network administrator through a Web management
interface or the onboard serial port.

The IAC100+allows you to use your existing Property Management System* (PMS) to manage the provision
and billing of the internet service for your customers. * Support for Micros Fidelio and Spectrum MK II PMS.
Built-in AAA/Billing System
The IAC 4000 provides an inbuilt proprietary Authentication/Authorisation/Accounting (AAA) server which
allows the administrator to control a user's for internet access and billing individually without any external
AAA server or billing server.
