Flush Mount Outdoor Phone (ODP)
Note:
1. Do not connect the ODP to the customers LAN network. It must be connected direct to the Ness
Smartbell eGateway controller.
3. Front cover is held in position with strong magnets. Once installed it should clip off with medium
force using a small flat blade screwdriver from the edge of the cover
4. Refer the Smartbell User Manual on the eGateway CD for Installation and programming details.

NOTE: Each Outdoor Phone / Door station must be wired direct back to the eGateway Outdoor Port using suitable Cat5e / Cat6 Data cable. Do not connect these units to your LAN data network.
Note
: The Indoor & Outdoor ports on the eGateway module are POE (Power over Ethernet). Therefore Indoor / Master Room stations and Outdoor Phones / Door Stations connected to these ports, are powered off these ports, therefore no need to additional power supplies. “However If more than 2 devices are needed to be installed you can use LAN1 and LAN 2 ports on the eGateway, however external power supplies will be required to power these additional modules connected to LAN 1 & LAN 2 ports
