Please note the followi ng issues when using yo ur device
  Before using your device, please read th e user ’s guide carefully!   Please switch off your device when in or around aircraft. If
automatic switch-on is enabled for such features of your device as alarm clock and reminder, please check and can cel the settings before boarding.   Do not expose your device to high temperature or high voltage, such as electric applianc es or electric heating cookers. Be sure to use your device in a normal temperature. Your device may be damaged in a temperature high er than 55°C or lower than -10° C.   Switch off your device in an area where a potentially explosive atmosphere exists, for example, at a chemical p lant, gas station, or o il depot.   Always keep your hands free to operate the vehicle while driving. Do not place your device in the area above your car’s air bag, preventing your device from inju ring you when the air big is exp anded.   Use only approved batteries, chargers and accessories. The use of any other types may invalidat e any approval or warranty.
Do not attempt to disasse mble your device.   Because of possible interference, please keep your device away
from electric applian ces like televisions, radio reco rders, personal computers, cardiac pacemakers, and hearing aids. Do not place your device near your credit cards or other magnetic storage medias.   Do not drop or shake your device. Do not knock the screen of your device with edge tools.   Use of the phone bag or plastic phone bag may ruin th e paint on your device.   Do not use solvents, h arsh chemicals, o r strong detergents to clean your device. Use a soft and clean cloth to clean it.   Do not expose your device to strong sunlight, or use it in smoky or dusty areas.   Keep your device dry. Do not use it in areas of high humidity like bathrooms. As your device is not waterproof, do not expose it to rains or moistu res.   Use earphones and other accessories with care. Do not touch th e antenna unnecessarily. Use only the supplied ant enna. Unauthorized antennas could damage your device.   To remove the charger, hold the plug, other than the power cord, and pull out.   Never rely solely upon your device for essential communications, for example, medical emergencies.
Keep your device out of the reach of small children. The statement s hall require a so cket outlet. That is installed near th e equipment and t hat shall be easily accessible.
Please follow the guidelin es below when using batteries
  Before use, please carefully read user’s guide.    Use chargers indoors. If recharging in a too high temperature,
the battery may become hot, smoky, burnt, distorted, or even explosive.
  Do not remove the b attery from the mobile.   Do not leave the batte ry in too hot or too cold places.   Do not dispose of the battery in a fire as they may explode.   Never put the battery in wat er; otherwise, it may be
short-circuited, and become heat, smoky, distorted, damaged, or even explosive.   Keep the battery out of the reach of small children.
The GSM mobile phone shall only be connected to a USB
interface of version 2.0 or higher.
Please note the following issues when using chargers
  Before use, please carefully read users guide and signs on the charger surface.
  Do not disassemble or modify the charger. If the power cord is damaged, do not use the charger to reduce risks of elec tric shock, fire and damage.
  Do not touch the charger with wet hands. If the charger is exposed to water or other liquid , cut off the power immediately.
  Do not short-circuit, knock or shake the charger. Do not expose the battery to sunshine. Do not use it in areas of high humidity like bathrooms. As the battery is not waterproof, do not expose it to rains or moistures.
  Do not use the charger near su ch electric applian ces as televisions and radio recorders.
  Hold the charger when unp lugging it fro m the socket.   Keep the charger out of the rea ch of small children   Warning: Your d evice has a sound recorder feature. When using
it, do obey related laws and regulat ions and respect privacy and legitimate rights of others. Users shall take full responsibilities for improper use of this feature and unautho rized replication and distribution of the recordings. Getting Started
z You can make calls only after your phone has connected to the
network and you are within network coverage area
z In home screen mode, enter numbers through the keypad ,and press
Dial to make ca lls ,or press left soft key after di aling to save numbers.
z To dial calls through contacts(phonebook)- In home serene
mode, press
The Right soft key to enter the p honebook .Here ,you can
Scroll to find your desired contact and his/her phone number by Quick search or Name search, and press dial to make the call.
z
Dial calls throu gh SMS, If the SMS you received contains a phone number, you can dial the number contained in the
SMS or
dial the sender’s
number.
z In the In box menu, select and open your desired SMS, press left
soft key to enter. Options menu, then press use number to select the phone number contained in the SMS or choo se the sender’s number. Then, press options again and choose to Dial or save the number
z Press right soft key to delete the last digit of your input
number .press and hold right soft key to dear all inputs .
z After a call is connected, press right soft key to enter hands free
mode. In this mode, do not hold the device near your ears as exposure to high volume may damage your hearing .press right soft key again to return mode from hands f ree mode.
z Press the End key to end a call. z Press the End k ey to cancel a re ceiving call or send ke y to
answer.
Press the # k ey to mute an inco ming call. Press the“*” key twice to get a “+”
SMS
To go to the SMS fun ction, please navig ate to Menu>Messages >SMS From this menu, you can check your inbox, outbox, Write message , Template and settings. To scroll between input types, click the “#” while in the w rite message screen. If the storage for messages is used up , you cannot receive any new message. In the Inbox, select and delete old messages. When there is space for messag es, the messages will be delivered to your phone. To save your sent messages, please select the option to “save And send” before sending the message. The sent ite ms will be saved to
your
Outbox.
MMS & Email
Your Ellips e also allows you to send and receive MMS and malls, To use the services a short set up is req uired. Please check our website

Navigate to menu>settings>Blue tooth To start / stop Bluetooth connection: If you wan t to connect or disconnect the wireless Bluetooth, please choose
Menu>settings>Bluetooth>power
TO allow other devices to see your phone, switch the visibility on b y navigating to Menu>s ettings>Bluetooth>settings>visibil ity Open multimedia to send photos to another mobile phone from your memory. To send a file, go to th e file manager fro m the Main Menu and select a file .Once you have selected a file, click on the “option” key and select “Forward”. Here you are presented with several options. Select the“To Bluetooth” option. Select the “Inquiry BT Device” option for your phone to search for other devices. Once the device that you want to send to appears, select it and click “Bond.” It will ask you to type a password th at the receiver also has to type. Send the file. When receiving a file using Bluetooth, your phone will ask you to type a password that corresponds with the senders password. On ce the right password is typed and you accept the file, you will begin to receive the file. This may take several minutes depending on th e size, Once the file is received, it auto matically saved to th e “Received” folder. You can see the received folder by going to Menu>fil e manager
Audio player
Warning: Listen to music at a moderate level. Continuous exposure to high volume may damage your hearing. Do not hold the device n ear
your ear when the loudspeaker is in use, because the volume may be extremely loud.
Navigate to Menu>Multimedia>Audio player
z The audio payer of your device can be us ed to play music files. z On the audio player screen, press Up to play, press Left for
previous track, and press Right for Next track.
z On the player screen, press left soft key to enter “List” where you
can select music files you would like to play, If there are no file s, please select the “Option” key and select “Ref resh List”. From the options menu you can also select “ settings”. Only music that is stored on you r phone or Memory card in the folde r titles “My Music” can be shown on the lis t.

Small children
Your device and its enhancements may contain small parts. Keep them out of the reach of small children.
Operating environment
This device meets RF exposure guidelines when used either in the normal use position against the ear or when positioned at least 2.2centimetres (7/8 inch) away from the body .when a carry case, belt clip, or holder is used for body- worn operation, it should not contain metal and should position the device the above-stated distance from your body. To transmit data files or messages, this device requires a quality connection to the network. In some cases, transmission of data files or messages may be delayed until such a connection is available. Ensure the above separation distance instructions are followed until the transmission is completed. Parts of the device are magnetic. Metallic materials may be attracted to the device. Do not place credit cards or other magnetic storage media near the device, because information stored on them may be erased.
Medical devices
Operation of any radio transmitting equipment, i ncluding wireless phones, may interfere with the functionality of inadequately protected medical devices. Consult a physician or the manufacturer of the medical device to determine if they are adequately shielded from exter nal RF energy or if you have any questions. Switch off your device in health care facilities when any regulations posted in these areas
instruct you to do so. Hospitals or health care facilities may be using equipment that could be sensitive to external RF energy.
Implanted medical devices
Manufacturers of medical devices recommend that a minimum separation of
15.3centimetres (6 inches) should be maintained between a wire less device and an implanted medical device, such as a pacemaker or implanted cardioverter defibrillator, to avoid potential interference with the medical device. Persons who have such devices should: z Always keep the wireless device m ore than 15.3centimetres (6 inches)
from the medical device when the wireless device is turned on.
z Not carry the wireless device in a breast pocket. z Hold the wireless device to the ear opposite the medical device to
minimize the potential for interference.
z Turn the wireless device off immediately if there is any reason to suspect
that interference is taking place.
z Read and follow the directions from the manufacturer of their implanted
medical device. If you have any questions about using your wireless device with an implanted medical device, consult your health care provider.
Hearing aids
Some digital wireless devices may interfere with some hearing aids. If interference occurs, consult your service provider.
Vehicles
RF signals may affect improperly installed or inadequately shielded electronic
systems in motor vehicles such as electronic fuel injection systems. electronic
antiskid(antilock)bra king systems,
Electronic speed control systems,and air bag systems.for more inform ation, check with the manufacturer ,or its representative, of your vehicle or any equipment that has been added. Only qualified personnel should ser vice the device or install the device in a vehicle. Faulty installation or service may be dangerous and m ay invalidate any warranty that may apply to the device. Check regul arly that all wireless device equipment in your vehicle is mounted and operating properly. Do not stor e or carry flammable liquids,gases, or explosive materials in the same compartment as the device,its parts,or Enhancements. For vehicles equipped with an air bag , remember that air bags inflate with great force.Do not place objects,including installed or portable wireless equipment in the area over the air bag or in the air bag deployment area.Ifin-vehicle wir e less equipment is improperly installed and the air bag inflates,serious injury could result. Potentially explosive environments
Switch off your device when in any area with a potentially explosive atmosphere,and obey all signs and i nstructions.potentially explosive atmospheres include areas where you would normally be abvised to turn off your vehicle Engine.sparks in such areas could cause an explosion or fire resulting in bodily
injury or even death.switch off the device at refuelling points such as near gas pumps at service stations.Observe re strictions on the use of radio equipment on fuel depots, storage, and distribution areas;chemical plants; or where blast ing operations are in progress. Areas with a potentially explosive atmosphere are often, but not always, clearly marked. They include below deck on boats , chemical transfer or storage facilities and areas where the air contains chemicals or particl es such as grain, dust,or metal powders.you should check with the manufacturers of vehicles using liquefied petroleum gas (such as propane or butane )to determine if this device can be safely used in their vicinity.
Emergency calls
Important:
This device operates using radio signals, wireless networ ks,
landlins networks,and user-programmed func tions. If your device supports voice calls over the internet (internet calls ),activate both the internet calls and the cellular phone.The device w i ll attempt to make emergency calls over both The cellular networks and through your internet call provider if both are activated. Connections is all conditions cannot be guaranteed.you should never rely solely on any wireless device for essential communications like medical emergencies. To make an emergency call:
1. If the device is not on, switch it on. Check for adequate signal
strength.Depending on your device,you may also need to complete the following:
z Insert a SIM card if your device uses one z Remove certain call re strictions you have activated in your device . z Change your profile from offline or flight profile mode to an active profile.
2. press the end key as many times as needed to clear the display and ready the
device for calls.
3. Enter the official emergency number for your present location.Emergency
number vary by location.
4. press the call key.
When making an emergency call, give all the necessary information as accuratrly as possible.your wireless device may be the only means of communication at the scene of an accident .Do not end cal l until given permission to do so.
RF Exposure Information and Statement
The SAR limit of USA (FCC) is 1.6 W/kg averaged over one gram of tissue. Device types Ellipse (FCC ID: WWF-NEOELLIPSE) has also been tested against this SAR limit. This device was tested for typical body-worn operations with the back of the handset kept 1.5cm from the body. To maintain com pliance with FCC RF exposure requirements, use accessories that maintain a 1.5cm separation distance between the user's body and the back of the handset. The use of belt clips, holsters and similar accessories should not contain metallic components in its assembly. The use of accessories that do not satisfy thes e requirements may not comply with FCC RF exposure requirements, and should be avoided.
