How to charge
1. Connect the charger to the battery.
2. Check up voltage of the battery which you are going to charge. Choose
necessary voltage 6V or 12V with the help of the switch on the front panel
3. Connect the charger to the wall socket.
4. Press the button of charging.
5. Follow the charging process on the display.
The battery is ready to start the engine when the charging process is finished.
The battery is fully when the relevant information is shown on the display of the
ammeter or the LED indicator.
6. Charging can be stopped at any time by disconnecting the mains cable from
the wall socket.
Safety instructions
♦ The charger is designed for charging only of lead batteries with the power 6/12V.
Do not use the charger for any other purpose. Always follow battery
manufacturers recommendations.
♦ Check the charger cables prior to use. Ensure that no cracks or bends have
occurred in the cables. The operation of the battery charger with the damage
cables is forbidden. A charger with a damaged cord must be returned to the
retailer.
♦ Nevertry to charge non rechargeable batteries.
♦ Never chargeadamaged battery.
♦ Never chargeafrozen battery.
♦ Never place the charger on the top of the battery when charging.
♦ Always provideforproperventilation during charging.
♦ Avoid covering the charger.
♦ A battery being charged could emit explosive gases. Prevent sparks close to
the battery.
When batteries reach the end of their life cycle internal, sparks may occur.
♦ All batteries fail sooner or later. A battery that fails during charging is normally
taken care of by the chargers advanced control, but some rare errors in the
battery could still exist.
Don't leave any battery during charging unattended for a longer period of time.
♦ Ensure that the cabling is not jammed or comes into contact with hot surfaces or
sharp edges.
♦ Battery acid is corrosive. Rinse immediately with water if acid comes into
contact with skin or eyes, seek immediate medical advice.
♦ Always check that the charger has switched to charging end, before leaving the
charger unattended and connected for long periods. If the charger has not
switched to charging end within 50 hours, this is an indication of an error.
Manually disconnect thecharger.
♦ Batteries consume water during use and charging. For batteries where water
can be added, the water level should be checked regularly. If the water level is
low, add distilled water.
