Dispersive Signal Technology (DST)

The V321-DST, P402-DST & P462-DST utilise the MicroTouch™ DST Touch System. DST consists of the anti-glare properties of a chemically­strengthened glass substrate with piezos mounted on each corner, mated to a sophisticated, dedicated controller. The DST Touch System
determines the touch position by pinpointing the source of “bending waves” created by nger or stylus contact within the glass substrate. This
process helps eliminate traditional performance issues related to on-screen contaminants and surface damage, and provides fast, accurate
touch attributes.

A touchscreen is an LCD display that has been tted with an

overlay that can detect the presence and location of a touch

within the display area. The screens are sensitive to pressure;

a user interacts by touching pictures or words on the screen.

The touchscreen enables one to interact directly with what is

displayed, rather than indirectly with a pointer controlled by a

mouse or touchpad. They play a prominent role in the design

Capacity Technology (SCT), offering a high-endurance solution
that is unaffected by on-screen contaminants such as chemicals,

robustness is required, 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. As an
all-glass design, the SCT touch system offers superior light
