The NAVILOCK GNS 5890 is the worldwide smallest ADS-B receiver with USB
connectivity. All of our products are tested intensively before leaving the factory. Please
read the following information carefully to ensure a problem-free operation and optimal
functionality.
NAVILOCK GNS 5890 ADS-B Receiver is equipped with a high sensitive 1090 MHz
ADS-B circuit.
The NAVILOCK GNS 5890 enables the utilisation of the virtual radar system ADS-B

•This product is intended for operation with power from a USB power supply.
Other usage is not recommended any may destroy the device. Please use only

Driver Installation
• Switch on your computer.
• Connect the antenna to the ADS-B receiver
• Connect the ADS-B receiver to a free USB port of your computer
• Afterwards, Windows displays the Hardware wizard
• Install the NAVILOCK GNS 5890 USB driver from the CD

Software Installation (ADSBscope)
•The software does not need any installation and can be started directly. Please
start the software “adsbscope22_256.exe” directly or from the CD menu “ADSB Scope” by a click.
•For COM port settings please click to the button „Select COM Port“
Port : „X“ „X“ may be different on your system (for example “4” ,
“6” or other)
Baud Rate : 115.200
•After the click at the “Connect” button you will see the data and position on your
screen.
