Warnings & Safety Information
• Failure to follow these warnings and safety information may result in personal injury or damage to the product or other property.
• Observe all country, state, and local laws (and any other applicable jurisdiction) when using Navdy (the device). This includes compliance with
any laws or regulations that may address the use of this device and the placement of the device within the vehicle. Navdy cannot guarantee
that the device or its use is permissible in your country and jurisdiction.
• The trac regulations data (e.g., speed limit notices) may dier from actual trac regulations due to changes to the trac regulations.
Always obey local trac regulations and actual trac signs when operating a vehicle and use safe driving judgment at all times. Navdy
does not assume any responsibility for any nes, penalties, or damages that may be incurred as a result of the violation of any law or
ordinance relating to the use of your device. It is your responsibility to comply with all trac and motor vehicle safety laws and regulations
and to use the device in such a manner that you are in compliance with applicable laws.
• This device cannot and does not compensate for driver inattentiveness and poor judgment. You must give your full attention to driving
conditions, including trac conditions and pedestrians, to avoid potentially hazardous situations that could result in an accident, which could
result in serious injury or death. Navdy does not assume responsibility for any accident or collision in which you are involved.
• Do not follow route suggestions if they are unsafe, would require an illegal maneuver, or would place the vehicle or its occupants in an unsafe
situation.
• Minimize the amount of time spent viewing the display while driving. You must always exercise careful and cautious driving, and should not
glance away from the road while driving to view the device for more than two seconds at a time. Failure to keep your eyes on the road may
cause an accident for which Navdy will not be responsible.
• Navdy’s Power Cable and the device include magnets. Customers with implantable devices, such as pacemakers and debrillators, should
keep Navdy’s Power Cable and the device at least six inches from the site of the customer’s implantable device.
• Do not leave the device in a place subject to direct sunlight. The device should be removed from direct sunlight when not in use to avoid
damage to the device itself. Failure to remove the device from direct sunlight, when not in use, may cause damage for which Navdy will not
be responsible.

• Your eyesight may impact the clarity of the images displayed on the device, and the visibility of conditions both outside and inside the
vehicle. Make sure that your eyesight is sucient to both maneuver the vehicle and utilize the device. If you are short-sighted or far-sighted,
have astigmatism or diering visual acuities between your left and right eyes, you should wear glasses or utilize other corrective measures to
correct visual acuity before using this device.
• If the device is dropped, the Lens may break and have sharp edges.
• You should setup, change settings, or enter information only when the vehicle is stationary, and not while you are driving the vehicle. Park
your vehicle in a safe location before setting a route to your destination on a smartphone.
• Always secure your smartphone to prevent it from distracting you or interfering with your driving. Also, do not operate your smartphone
while driving.
• Do not allow this device to come into contact with liquids. Doing so may cause smoke, re, or electric shock. If liquid or foreign matter should
get inside the device, turn o the power immediately and consult Navdy. Do not use the device in this condition. Doing so may result
in re, electric shock or another failure.
• Sunlight may be reected by the Lens into an intense beam. The intensity of this beam is strongest in an area between 13-17 cm (5.1-6.7 in)
from the Lens. Ensure that no objects are within 13-17 cm from the Lens to prevent re, damage, or personal injury. Use particular
caution when using this device in a car with a sunroof or convertible.
• Do not smoke around your device—smoking may damage the device or cause the device to malfunction.
• Remove the device from your vehicle when not in use. Leaving the device unattended in a vehicle may result in a break-in. Navdy will not be
responsible for theft of the device or damage to your vehicle as a result of a break-in.
• Keep batteries used in the Dial away from children. Do not allow children to play or be in contact with the batteries. If a battery for the Dial
is ingested, seek medical attention immediately. Discard the batteries carefully to ensure they are kept away from children.

• WARNING: This product, its packaging, and its components contain chemicals known to the state of California to cause cancer, birth defects,
or reproductive harm. This notice is being provided in accordance with California’s Proposition 65.
Installation Warnings
• Follow the installation instructions in this manual to connect and install the device.
• When installing the device in your vehicle, follow the installation instructions to ensure the device is securely installed in a location that does
not obstruct your vision, or interfere with the vehicle’s steering wheel. When connecting the Power Cable to the On-Board Diagnostics (OBD)
system, ensure the cord does not interfere with the vehicle operating controls, such as the foot pedals, or the driver’s feet. Obstructing your
vision or interfering with the steering wheel or vehicle operating controls can result in an accident, which could result in serious injury or death.
• Check all applicable vehicle warranty terms before connecting the device to the OBD port.
• Never install the device on the cover of an airbag or in a place where the device will interfere with the deployment of an airbag. Doing so may
prevent the airbag from deploying normally, resulting in serious injury or death.
• After installation verify that the Mount is secure and the Power Cable is snapped into it. Failure to properly attach the device can result in
dislocation of the device, causing potential injury.
• Ensure the Power Cable does not interfere with the vehicle operating controls. Obstructing the steering wheel, pedals, or vehicle operating
controls can result in an accident, which could result in serious injury.
• Do not remove the Lens protection sheet(s) before the installation is completed.
• The included alcohol wipes can sometimes cause dashboard discoloring. First try cleaning a small, hidden part of the dash before cleaning the
full mount area.
• Only install Mounts to clean surfaces. Dirt, oil, and other debris may reduce adhesion, which may result in a weaker bond.

• The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20 cm (7.87 in) from all persons.
• The adhesive from the Mount may damage the material covering your dashboard. Try testing a small amount of adhesive on your
dashboard before full application. If you determine that the adhesive will damage the material covering your dashboard, you may return
your device within thirty (30) days after your order’s date of delivery for a refund in accordance with Navdy’s Return Policy (you will not be
charged a restocking fee for returns due to potential damage from the adhesive). NAVDY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES TO
YOUR DASHBOARD.

WARNING: The Navdy device radiates radio frequency energy at a level below the United States FCC radio frequency exposure limits.
Nevertheless, this device should be used in such a manner that the potential for human contact during normal operation is minimized.
Use of other accessories not intended to be used with Navdy may not ensure compliance with FCC RF exposure guidelines.

Limited Warranty
Navdy warrants that the included hardware product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of
purchase. Navdy does not warrant against: (a) normal wear and tear or other cosmetic damage (including damage to the lens resulting from
cleaning other than in accordance with Navdy’s instructions); (b) a dead Dial battery; (c) dam
by Navdy; or (f) damage caused by a vehicle and/or mobile device to which the product is connected. Navdy may address valid claims under
this warranty by, at its sole option, repairing, replacing (with a new or refurbished product), or refunding the purchase price for the product.
To obtain warranty service, please call Navdy's Customer Service to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number. To obtain warranty
service, you must return the product and any original packaging or included accessories, postage prepaid, to the place of purchase, together
with proof of purchase and Return Merchandise Authorization number.
THE WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE IS THE EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY FOR THE PRODUCT AND IS PROVIDED IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER
WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE. EXCEPT FOR
