With the National Controls TNC-T9010-010 programmable cooking timer, inefficient frying or cooking operations will become a thing of the past. Not only is this timer versatile in its ability to cook any food temperature, but it is the only timer on the market that actually shows kitchen workers what to do. The function/time display will give you consistent cooking quality, while also making training a simple task. Together with its wide range of cooking times, in-the-field programming, the TNC-T9010-010 timer gives the restaurant owner maximum flexibility, reduced operating cost, and easy operation.

Cook Times Field Programmable

Cook times can be programmed very easily in the field. This allows the customer to adjust times for best product taste and appearance. All standard times are loaded into an EPROM memory chip before leaving the factory. This chip is easily replaceable should new products need to be added in the future.

WARRANTY National Controls Corporation warrants its products for a period of one (1) year from date of receipt by user, but in no event more than eighteen (18) months from date of manufacture, against defective material or workmanship, but not against damage caused by accident, abuse, faulty installation, or improper application or operation. During this period, National Controls will, at its option, repair or replace defective products returned, transportation charges prepaid, to its factory. National Controls shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. To the extent permitted by law, this warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, and National Controls neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for it any liability beyond that stated herein.

COOKING TIMERS AND COMPUTERS EXCHANGE PROGRAM National Controls Corporation offers a special exchange program to minimize “down time” in the event of product failure. Simply call our toll free number (800-323-2597) and we will send a replacement unit to you immediately if available. If we do not have stock, we will place an exchange order and ship your unit as soon as one becomes available. Express (overnight or second-day) shipping charges will be at the expense of the customer. Upon receipt of the exchange unit, immediately return the defective unit to NCC via prepaid UPS, using the packing materials and carton in which the exchange unit was sent to you. If the unit is still in warranty, you pay nothing. If the unit is not in warranty, you will be billed for nominal repair charges (including standard ground shipping and handling) to repair and refurbish the defective unit. If the defective unit is not returned within 14 days, you will be invoiced at full price for the exchange unit. We repair and refurbish the defective unit to “like new” condition. You keep the exchange unit, and the refurbished unit goes into our special exchange stock. This service is available at no additional cost to those customers in the continental United States who are registered with National Controls and whose account is current.
