▼Once the tent has been installed, do not use these products
while the vehicle's engine is in operation. Do not attempt to

minimum of three months prior to installing your sport tent.
The paint must be allowed to cure completely during this time

3. Place rubber caps onto both top ends of each telescoping
pole as shown to hold the poles in position.
4. Optional — If you wish to omit setting up the canopy, roll up
the canopy and secure it with the loops located on either
side above the door.
Rain Fly Assembly
Note: The rain fly must be used when the tent is subjected to
inclement weather as this will ensure that the interior of the tent
remains dry.
Awning Assembly
1. Identify the two awning poles. Insert these poles into the
sleeves located on the underside of the awning (A). Visually
inspect the closed ends of these sleeves to ensure that the
pole is completely inserted. Insert the ends of the poles into
their pockets (B). Please note that each awning pole pocket
includes two separate pockets to adjust for tension.
2. Identify the two telescoping awing poles. Place one end of
the pole into the grommet of the awning (C) and the other
end into the grommet located at the rear lower edge of the
tent (D).

Tent Installation Instructions
Assembly Instructions
1. Unroll and spread the tent in the box. Position the tent screen
mesh door toward the open tailgate. Spread the tent out
uniformly to fit the entire box floor.
2. Locate the box tie-down loops behind the cab of the truck on
the lower part of the box wall. Attach the small hooks located
on the front corners of the tent floor to the two lower box tie
down loops.
3. Pull the side bungee straps up and over the box sides and
attach them to the undercarriage (Figure 1). Repeat for other
side. Adjust straps loosely. (4 straps per side).
4. Locate the three (3) bungee cords positioned between the
tailgate and truck box. Drop them down between the tailgate
and box. Locate the three (3) bungee cords at the end of the
tent that hang off the tailgate. Join corresponding mate hooks
together underneath the tailgate. (see Figure 2)
Remember- Do not pull hard on the bungee cords as this will
lead to damage. The tent will sit firmly in place with only a
minimum of tension.
5. Remove shock-corded fiberglass poles from their bag and
assemble all five to maximum length. There are four long poles
and one short pole.
Remember - Do not pull on the shock-corded fiberglass poles
during installation or they will disjoint and will become too
long to fit into the pockets. If a pole becomes disjointed, be
sure to re-seat the segments before continuing.
6. Take two (2) long poles and feed them through the nylon
sleeves running from corner to corner of box. Do not put in
corner pockets yet. (see Figure 2)
7. Take a long pole and feed it through the nylon sleeve at the
front of box. Do not put in pockets yet. (Front Pole - Figure 2)
8. Take a long pole and feed it through the nylon sleeve at the
tailgate. (Tailgate Pole - Figure 2)
Remember - Do not use excessive force when placing poles
into pockets because this may tear the pockets.
9. Insert the tailgate pole into its corresponding pocket.
10. Insert the front pole into its corresponding pockets. The front
poles must be under the corner poles.
11. Insert the corner pole ends into their corresponding corner
pockets. The tent must cover the corners and sides of the truck
box to prevent water intrusion.
12. The front of the tent must be placed over the truck's plastic sail
panel. The front cord goes between the metal body and plastic
sail panel to prevent water intrusion. (see Figure 1).
13. Insert short pole inside the tent just above the door. Feed the
pole into the pocket. Secure the pole to the underside of the
tent surface with velcro straps. Place the fly sheet over the tent.
Secure fly bungee cord hooks to corresponding rain fly hook
rings. Once the tent is setup, snug the straps at the side of the
box. (see Figure 3)
Important: When using the tent in the rain, the mid-gate of
the tent and the mid-gate of the vehicle should be closed to
prevent water intrusion.

14. After use, the disassembly of the tent is the reverse of installation. Fold the rain fly and put it into the toe bag. Disassembly
the shock-corded fiberglass poles and place them into their
storage sleeve. Tie the sleeve and put it into the tote bag. Fold
the sides of the tent into the middle of the tent and roll the tent
up from the back. Tie it with the tie straps and place it in the
tote bag.
Warning: Vehicle must remain stationary while the tent is
erected in the bed of the truck.
