Important
Plug the adapters directly into the
wall power soc ket to reduce inter ferences.

Plug one Power line adapter dire ctly into the
wall power soc ket next to the DSL-/Fiber­Gatew ay.

Connect the adapter and the DSL-/Fiber-

Gateway using the provided network cable.

DSL-/Fiber router

Plug the 2nd Pow erline adapter di rectly into

any wall power so cket next to the dev ice you
want to conne ct.

Connect t he Powerline adapte r to any Internet

device (e.g. PC , Internet-TV-Box or game
console) using the provided network cable.

e.g. TV-Box

The LEDs of bot h adapters light up

continuo usly in white as soon as t he Powerline
connection is established. Your device is now
connecte d to the Internet.

Reconnect the adapters to
each other (Pairing)

In case the ada pters no longer com municate with
each other o r have been reset, you h ave to pair them
again. To execute th e Pairing process , plug the
adapters di rectly into the wall s ockets in the same
room.

Push the button of the ad apter connecte d

with the DSL-/Fiber-Gateway for 2 seconds.

The LED starts to blink white.

If it does not bl ink, please repea t this step.

If the Pairin g was not successful , please try
again. And b efore Pairing the m again, please
reset both ad apters.

FAQ and Support

Always conne ct the Powerline adap ters to the wall
socket - why?

Powe rline adapters re act sensitively to

interfe rence sources tha t are also connecte d
to your elect rical network . Those interfe rence
sources can b e power adapters, c hargers
etc. When yo u plug the Powerline a dapters
directly i nto the wall socket and t hen connect
the devices to the Powerline adapter, the
interfe rences are minimize d thanks to the
integrated f ilter - so the adapt ers work more
reliably. For th is reason the adapte rs cover all 3
plugs of your wa ll socket.

Possible interferences

Interfe rences occur main ly when you are using

the followin g devices - microwave ove n, hair
dryer, vacuu m cleaner, iron, powe r drill ...

Those inter ference sourc es can lead to a brief

interrup tion of the connec tion or - in case you
are watching In ternet-based T V - to a sound or
picture freeze.

Powerline is not working

The good functioning of Powerline strongly

depends on t he existing elec trical networ k. If
the adapter s are not working, pl ug 2 adapters
to wall sockets i n the same room. If th e LED
lights up continuously in wh ite, the Powerline
adapters are w orking without a ny problems. The
reason is most p robably your elec trical networ k
that may cont ain old fuses or phase j umps. In
this case your e lectrician mig ht be able to help.
Otherw ise you can return th e adapters after 14
days and get you r money back.
