1. It is the sole responsibility of the owner/
operator and his sta to ensure that all users
of the Myride® training are informed of all
warnings and precautions by an authorized
trainer or instructor prior to using the
Myride® VX console.
2. If equipment is used in the performance
of the program the user must familiarise
themselves with, or ask a qualied person
to advise, the equipment‘s safety features,
correct set-up and full operation, referring
to and complying with the manufacturer‘s
instruction stated in the owner manual.
3. The Myride® VX console system is intended
for indoor use only. Do not use in areas with
poor insulation, excessive dust or moisture
(for example, near a swimming pool).
4. Place the Myride® VX console on a level
surface. Be sure there is sucient space
around the Myride system and indoor
cycling bike for a user to mount, dismount
and operate the equipment safely.
5. Regularly inspect all parts of the Myride®
VX console. Please replace defective parts
immediately and do not use the equipment
until repairs are carried out. Only use
original parts from the manufacturer.
7. Children under the age of 16 should
only use the Myride system with parental
approval and under supervision of a specially
trained instructor.
8. To ensure the level of safety of
the Myride® VX console a regular
maintenace is mandatory.

Not all exercise programs are suitable for everyone.
So please consult your physician before beginning
this or any other exercise program. Myride® programs
are designed for t, healthy able-bodied users.
Any action in response to the instructions provided
in this program is at the user‘s discretion. You should
always warm up for a few minutes before beginning
any workout, and you should never exercise
beyond the level at which you feel comfortable.
The usage of a heart rate monitor is highly recommended!
If at anytime you feel you are exercising beyond your
current tness abilities, or you feel discomfort, you must
discontinue exercise immediately and reconsider your
use of Myride® programs or this workout in particular.
The user assumes all risk of injury in the use of this program.
6. Unattended children are to kept away
from the Myride® VX console anyway.

WARNING: To prevent risk of electric shock or re, do not allow this system to become wet.
High voltages are present within the enclosure. Do not open the monitor or computer
housing. There are no user-serviceable parts inside the Myride system. Only trained

Keep the Myride® VX console between 30% and 70% humidity. Low humidity can
cause gaskets to dry out; high humidity may cause condensation inside the unit.
Operating temperatures should not exceed 110° or dip below 40° Fahrenheit.
Spikes or dips in voltage may damage the Myride system. If your power is subject
to uctuations, prevent damage to the Myride system with a surge protector.
The LCD and touchscreen panel is delicate. Clean only when necessary
with a soft, damp cloth. Never use liquids on the touch screen, which
can leak into the wave stand and cause electrical problems.
The wave stand itself may require occasional dusting. Do not use cleaning liquids on
the wave stand, as they can leak into the stand and damage electronics. Avoid harsh
chemicals or abrasives which may damage the coating on the surface of the stand.
To take advantage of ne w features and bug xes, update the software on the Myride®
VX console occasionally. You can check for new software at www.indoorcycling.com
Heavy use may work some fasteners loose. As part of your regular maintenance,
please verify that all bolts and screws are secure in the Myride wave stand. Please
replace defective parts immediately and do not use the equipment until repairs
are carried out. Only use original parts from the manufacturer. To ensure the level
of safety of the Myride® VX console a regular maintenace is mandatory.
Should any unexpected problems arise, please consult the troubleshooting guide at
www.indoorcycling.com. If problems persist, contact your service representative.

2. INSTALLATION
2.1 INTRODUCTION
The Myride® VX console is a touchscreen media console for use as an
exercise aid. The system consists of an industrial computer and touchscreen,
housed in a sheet metal wave stand. The wave stand is fully assembled and
congured at the factory. The setup may take about 30 minutes.
The System is fully assembled and additional hardware and tools are not required.
For the most up-to-date customer support, please visit the website at www.indoorcycling.com.
Basic maintenance and support questions are addressed in this manual. If your problem is not
answered by these resources, or if your Myride® VX console requires service,
Myride® VX console is a product for professional and / or commercial use. Such
training equipment is intended for use in training areas of organizations such
as tness clubs or sport associations where access and control is regulated
and the legal responsibility for use lies with such club or association.

The Wave stand is very heavy! It requires at least two people to remove the stand from the
packaging. Make sure you have a rm grip, and avoid holding the edges (which may bend).
With at least two people, pick the Myride® VX console up and move to its proper location. Use
a rm grip; do not slide or tilt the stand, as the weight of the unit may bend the metal frame. To
prevent the Myride system from tipping over, manufacturer recommends to bolt the unit to the
oor using the holes in the oor plate. Make sure sucient bolts and anchors are being used.
Once you have nished the installation of the Myride® VX console, plug in the power cable and
turn the power switch to on (|). The Myride system will take a moment to boot up.

3. WARRANTY TERMS
Indoorcycling Group GmbH warrants that all new equipment will be free of
manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials, becoming eective on
the date of delivery of the Myride® VX console. Parts and components repaired
or replaced under the terms of warranty will be warranted for the remainder of
the original warranty period only. Warranty may vary by region or country.
Please contact Indoorcycling Group GmbH by email info@indoorcycling.com to
obtain detailed information on applicable warranty terms and conditions.
Please note that warranty does not cover for damages caused by inappropriate use of
the Myride product and any negligent act by the consumer. Manufacturer states that
the product was thoroughly tested and found free of failure prior to shipping.
Manufacturer requires the proper registration of the product on its dedicated
support website www.indoorcycling.com to uphold warranty obligations.

1. Es liegt in der alleinigen Verantwortung
des Besitzers / Betreibers und seiner
Mitarbeiter, dass alle Nutzer der
Myride® Trainingsprogramme über alle
Warnungen und Vorsichtsmaßnahmen,
durch autorisierte Trainer oder Ausbilder
vor der Nutzung informiert werden.
2. Bei der Benutzung von Trainingsgeräten in
Verbindung mit virtuellen Trainingsinhalten
muss der Anwender mit der Benutzung,
Einstellung und den Sicherheitsvorkehrung
gemäß den Herstellervorgaben nach dem
zugehörigen Handbuch des verwendeten
Gerätes vertraut sein. Ist dies nicht der
Fall muss der Anwender sich von einer
qualizierten Person vor der ersten
Trainingseinheit unterweisen lassen.
3. Die Myride® VX Konsole ist nur für
den Innenbereich zugelassen. Sie darf
nicht in Räumen mit schlechter Isolation,
übermäßigem Staub oder Feuchtigkeit
(beispielsweise in der Nähe eines
Schwimmbeckens) genutzt werden.
4. Die Myride® VX Konsole ist auf eine
ebene Fläche zu stellen. Es ist dafür zu
sorgen, dass genug Platz zur Nutzung der
Myride® VX Konsole in Verbindung mit
anderen Trainingsgeräten vorhanden ist.
6. Unbeaufsichtigte Kinder sind generell
vom Trainingsgerät fernzuhalten.
7. Kinder unter 16 Jahren dürfen die
Myride® VX Konsole nur mit Erlaubnis
ihrer Eltern und unter Anleitung
eines geschulten Trainers nutzen.
8. Das Sicherheitsniveau der Myride® VX
Konsole kann nur gewährleistet werden,
wenn diese regelmäßig auf Schäden
und Verschleiß überprüft wird.
MEDIZINISCHER HAFTUNGSAUSSCHLUSS!
Die Myride® Virtual Trainingsprogramme richten sich an
körperlich trainierte, gesunde Personen. Lassen Sie sich
vorab sportmedizinisch im Hinblick auf die Nutzung
der angebotenen Trainingsinhalte untersuchen!
Kontrollieren Sie während des Trainings Ihre körperliche
Belastung und passen Sie die Übungsausführung in
Bewegungsgeschwindigkeit, -umfang und Widerstand
des Sportgeräts Ihrer Leistungsfähigkeit an.
Die Benutzung eines Herzfrequenzmessgeräts
wird in jedem Fall dringend empfohlen!
Achten Sie auf die richtige Ausführung
der gezeigten Übungsabläufe.
Sollten während des Trainings Unwohlsein,
Schmerzen, Schwindel oder Atemnot auftreten,
brechen Sie das Training unverzüglich ab.
5. Kontrollieren Sie regelmäßig alle
Teile der Myride® VX Konsole. Defekte
Teile sind umgehend auszutauschen.
Während der Reparatur darf das Gerät
nicht benutzt werden und muss vom
Stromnetz getrennt werden. Es sind
ausschließlich Originalteile des Herstellers
