SAFETY
DO NOT RISK
Do not switch on the phone when the use of mobile phones is prohibited or if it might cause interference or danger.
ROAD SAFETY
Do not use the mobile phone while driving a car.
INTERFERENCE
All wireless devices may be susceptible to interferences, which may affect performance of your phone.
RESTRICTED AREAS
Switch OFF your telephone in a plane since it may disturb the operation of other equipment located therein. The telephone may interfere with operation of the medical equipment in hospitals and health protection entities. Abide by any kinds of bans, regulations and warnings transferred by the medical staff.
QUALIFIED SERVICE
Only qualified personnel may install or repair this product. Repairing by an unauthorized service may cause a phone damage and warranty loss.
BATTERY AND ACCESSORIES
Avoid exposing the battery to very high/low temperatures (below 0°C/32°F and over 40°C/104°F). Extreme temperatures may influence capacity and battery life. Avoid contact with liquids and metal objects as it may cause partial or complete battery damage. The battery should be used according to its purpose. Disconnect unused charger from mains supply. Excessive charging the battery can cause damage. Therefore, a single battery charge should not last longer than three days. In case of a damage the charger should not be repaired but replaced with a new one. Use only original myPhone accessories available with your phone. Installing an incorrect battery type can cause explosion. Please dispose of battery according to the instructions.

ALARM CALLS
Making alarm calls may not be possible in some areas or circumstances. It is recommended to find an alternative way to notify emergency services if you are going to undeveloped or remote areas.
WATERPROOF
This device is not waterproof. Protect it from moisture.
CHILDREN
The phone is not a toy. Keep the device and its accessories out of reach of children.
USING THE MANUAL
Before you use the device refer to information about safety precautions and instructions for using the phone. The descriptions in this manual are based on the default settings of the phone. The latest version of the user manual can be found on a website: www.myphone.pl. Depending on the installed version of the software, service providers, SIM card or country, some of the descriptions in this manual may not match your phone.
PETROL STATION SAFETY
Always turn off the phone while refueling your car on petrol station. Do not use your phone close to chemicals.
SOUNDS
To avoid hearing damage, do not use the device at high volume levels for a long period of time, do not put operating device directly to the ear.
SIGHT
To avoid any damage to your sight, do not look closely at an activated flash light. A powerful ray of light may lead to a permanent damage to your eyes.

In the menu: Press to confirm the function indicated on the display on the bottom left corner of the screen above the key.
Standby: the combination of pressing the left functional key/<Menu> button and then immediately pressing the * to lock / unlock the keyboard.

Used to navigate through various menus and used to insert actions in the calculator app: <Up> - add, <Down> - subtract, <Left> - multiply, <Right> - divide, <OK> - equals.

Storing and charging the battery
Turn off the phone and unplug the charger to remove the battery. Use only batteries and chargers that are approved for use with this model. Using your fingernail in the designed slot (marked in the photo below with a red arrow), pry the cover open. Make sure not to damage any part of the phone.
Insert the battery. Battery contacts must touch the contacts in your phone. Close the battery cover and make sure it is snapped all around.
To properly charge the battery you must:
Plug the charger into the device microUSB socket. Remember that improper
connection of the charger (USB cable) can damage the unit or AC adapter. Any damage resulting from improper handling are not covered by the warranty.
Connect the charger to the AC outlet. Once you start charging the battery, in
the upper right corner of the screen the battery icon will change to an animated lightning symbol, if the device was turned off it should appear as an animation depicting the level of battery charge.
During the charging process, the device may heat up. This situation is completely normal and it should not affect the lifespan and efficiency of your device.
When the charge level reaches 100% it means that the battery has been charged
and the process should be finished.
Plug out the charger from the AC outlet and from the device.
In case of any problems with the charging process, both the device and its charger should be delivered to the manufacturer’s service
First steps
Insert a SIM card, a microSD card if necessary and the battery and turn on your phone. The SIM card(s) should be placed with its gold contacts facing down in a way

that the recess is stamped. To insert a microSD card, unlock a corresponding tray and put the card as in a way that the recess is stamped.
First use of a new SIM card
Enter 4-digit PIN code and confirm.
Be aware that the PIN is the 4-digit number, you have only 3 attempts to input it correctly. After the third incorrect entry, the SIM card might be unlocked only via entering the PUK code. The terms PIN and PUK pertain to the documentation received from your mobile operator.
Call
Use the numeric keypad to enter the desired phone number (remember to include regional codes for specific countries and cities) and confirm. You can also call numbers stored in your contacts.
Notice
Emergency calls (like 112 Europe) can be made without a SIM card or without any credits on a SIM card.
Functions during a call
During a call, the phone supports various features, hands free for instance, to activate hands free feature press button with a speaker sign.
Energy saving
To conserve battery power, when you are not using the device, lock the phone to dim the display.
Messages
The phone can receive and send messages. A new, received message is indicated on the phone display on top of the screen.

Contacts
The phone has contacts directory in which you can store names and phone numbers. It is recommended to set numbers with international call prefixes (eg. +48 for Poland, +49 for Germany etc.).
In the directory, you can search for contacts already saved on the phone or on the SIM cards, you can also delete, edit, copy, send SMS or call the contact.
Profiles
The phone can have various preset profiles that determine the phone ringer volume, ring type and extra functions in certain situations.
To select a desired profile, go to:
[Menu] → [Settings] → [Profiles]
To edit the selected profile, go to:
[Menu] → [Settings] → [Profiles] → [Choose a profile] → [Options] → [Customize] and adjust the preferences.
To activate a desired profile, go to: [Menu] → Settings] → [Profiles] → [Choose a profile] → [Options] → [Activate].
Language
English is preset as a default language of the phone. If by any chance, you have a phone with a language that you do not understand, go to the major desktop and follow these steps:
press upper left key <Menu button> → navigate through the menu to select an icon with a cog → press left functional button (OK) --> 2x navigation key down --> 1x left functional button (OK) --> 2x navigation key down --> 1x left functional button (OK) and there you can select English or any other desired language by pressing <OK> button once more.
FM radio
To listen to the radio with this device you have to connect it to the headphones.
You can turn on the radio in the [Menu] → [Multimedia] → [FM Radio].
To find available radio stations, select: [Options] → [Auto search and save] → [Select]. All of the found radio stations will be saved in [Channel list].

Notice
The quality of listening to the radio depends on the quality of radio waves in the area. The radio may not be fully functional in places when the radio waves may be obstructed, eg. within buildings.
Calculator
Your phone also has a basic calculator that can add, subtract, multiply and divide.
From [Menu] choose [Extras] → [Calculator] and press [OK] to confirm.
Basic arithmetic operations can be entered with the keypad (like entering numbers).
The operator can be inputted with the navigation keys <Up> to add, <Down> to subtract, <Left> to multiply and <Right> to divide, by pressing <Ok> you will get the result of your operation.
LED Flashlight
The phone also has an LED Flashlight located on the back side of the phone. The flashlight can be turned on / off with the <0> button. Remember to turn off the flashlight when the phone is not being used. By doing so, you will prevent the unnecessary draining of the battery. What is more, draining battery is not considered as a justified complaint, thus cannot be taken as a phone defect.
Camera
With myPhone 3310 you can take pictures and record videos. To open a camera app, go to:
[Menu] → [Multimedia] → [Camera], or in the home screen press navigation key <Up>. After that, you can press <OK> to take a picture.
To view pictures stored on a microSD card, automatically located in the “Photos” catalogue, go to:
[Menu] → [Multimedia] → [Image viewer].
To record a video, go to:
[Menu] → [Multimedia] → [Video recorder]. After that, you can press <OK> to record a video, and <Stop> to end it.
To watch videos stored on a microSD card, automatically located in the “Videos” catalogue, go to:
[Menu] → [Multimedia] → [Video player].

Bluetooth
[Menu] → [Settings] → [Connectivity] → [Bluetooth]
The phone has a built-in Bluetooth technology. Bluetooth range is 10 m at most, and is dependent on various conditions (obstacles, electromagnetic interference, etc.). Remember that if Bluetooth is activated your phone uses more power, thus the battery life will be lowered.
In the Bluetooth menu:
[Power] – you can activate or deactivate
the Bluetooth module by choosing <On> or <Off>.
[Visibility] – this option makes the phone
visible to other devices, such as cellphones, tablets and computers using the Bluetooth module.
[My device] – [Search new device]
option is available here, allowing you to display a list of available Bluetooth devices within range. This function allows you to connect to other devices.
[Search Audio devices] – this option
allows you to search for available audio devices.
[My name] – allows you to enter a phone
name that will be displayed in other Bluetooth devices. The default name is

[Advanced] – here are located the
following options: audio, memory, module address.
Restore factory settings
In order to restore factory settings, choose [Menu] → [Settings] → [Restore
settings] → <OK>, enter the password and confirm the selection by pressing <OK>.
The password used to restore the factory settings is: 1122.

Instruction
The presented phone may differ in some cases from the guidelines, which is a result of the different software versions. Because of that, some names of menu items may vary. If the actual status of the phone does not match exactly the instructions, follow the actual situation in your phone. SAR certificate information
Your mobile phone is both a radio transmitter and a receiver. It is designed and manufactured accordingly to the most recent safety standards, so that exposure to radio waves never exceeded the limits set by the Council of the European Union. These limits establish permitted levels of RF energy for the general population and were developed by independent scientific organizations on the basis of detailed scientific studies, including a large safety margin. They have to ensure the

safety of all persons, regardless of age and health. As far as cell phones are concerned, an exposure to radio waves is measured by the SAR value (Specific Absorption Rate). The SAR limit recommended by the Council of the European Union is 2 W/kg and refers to the average value per 10 grams of tissue. The highest SAR value for myPhone 3310 is equal to 0.756 W/kg.
Environmental protection
Notice: The device is marked with the symbol of a crossed-bin, in accordance with European Directive 2012/19/UE on waste electrical and
electronic equipment (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment – WEEE). Products marked with this symbol after a period of use should not be utilized or disposed of with household waste. You must dispose of electrical and electronic equipment, providing these to the designated point at which such hazardous wastes are subjected to a process of recycling. According to the EU directive 2006/66 / EC on the disposal of batteries, this product is marked with this symbol:
The symbol indicates that the batteries used in this product should not be disposed with normal household waste, but treated according to the directive and local regulations. It is not allowed to dispose of batteries and accumulators with unsorted municipal waste. Users of batteries and accumulators must use the available collection points of these items, which allows them to return, recycle and disposal. Within the EU, the collection and recycling of batteries and accumulators is a subject to separate procedures. To learn more about existing procedures of recycling of batteries and accumulators please contact your local office or an institution for waste or landfill.
