SOFTWARE UPDATE
From time to time we may update the software to add new features.
Still having trouble? Call 1-877-97-LIVIO for assistance.

Software updates are available at www.livioradio.com/help
If there is a new software available, download it from the Livio web site. Once the firmware is downloaded to your computer, move the firmware file to an empty USB stick. The only file on the USB stick should be the “flash bin” file downloaded from the Livio web site. If there are any other files on the USB stick the IRA will not perform an upgrade.
To update the firmware version: 1. GO to Configuration > Software Update and select the item you are allowed to download. 2. Select ‘Yes’ to begin downloading it. Wait for a few seconds until the device reboots. NOTE: Do not turn off the device while the update is proceeding.
RESET TO DEFAULT
The Configuration > Reset to Default option allows you to reset the device to its factory defaults. Your favorite lists will be erased. You may want to reset to default if your network settings have changed or if you want to erase all stored items on the IRA and return it to the default factory settings (the way the IRA is set up out of the box.)
ADVANCED SETTINGS
If you are having trouble with the automatic set up, this section has all of the questions you will need to ask the person or service that set up your wireless connection. The person may require your MAC address. To find Ira’s MAC address, use your remote:
MENU > Information Center > System Information
Then highlight Wireless MAC Address. The MAC Address will scroll across the screen.
Write Down The MAC Address As Displayed:
_ _ : _ _ : _ _ : _ _ : _ _ : _ _
