GUIDA RAPIDA

GENERALITÀ

DOCLASER® / DOCLASER® SPORT è un laser di clas­se IV, certicato e classicato come dispositivo medico
di classe 2b (93/42/CEE, 47/2007CEE). Si distingue dai
normali laser terapeutici perché concepito per funzio­nare nella modalità denita “auto trattamento”.

La consultazione del manuale allegato (CD) prima dell’u­so è obbligatoria.

Il dispositivo porta il marchio 0068.

PROCEDURA PER L’USO

• Accendere il dispositivo premendo il pulsante “OK”

per circa 5 secondi

• Alla prima accensione, selezionare la lingua

• Attendere la richiesta di inserimento della password

• Digitare: ALTO, BASSO, SINISTRA E DESTRA

CONTROINDICAZIONI

Neoplasie sospette o conclamate, gravidanza, aree

emorragiche, epilessia, zone infette (ferite aperte conta­minate), herpes zoster e simplex, stati infettivi generali,
minori di 16 anni, esposizione diretta
dell’occhio.

NOTA: i portatori di protesi, di pace maker, i diabetici

possono fare i trattamenti senza particolari precauzioni.
Si ricorda che per tutte le persone che hanno ricevuto
trattamenti radio – chemio terapici è controindicata

qualsiasi terapia sica per un periodo di 5 anni all’ulti­ma terapia.

MANUTENZIONE ORDINARIA

DOCLASER® / DOCLASER® SPORT va conservato
nell’apposita custodia, al riparo da fonti di calore (es.
raggi solari) e non in ambienti con temperature rigide
(inferiori di 10°C) per periodi lunghi (es. la notte). Il
mancato rispetto di questo requisito determina il non
funzionamento immediato del laser.
È importante mantenere pulito il vetro di protezione da
aloni di grasso o sporco in generale.

PROTOCOLLO ESCLUSIVO

Il trattamento da eettuare è selezionato dal soware di

DOCLASER® / DOCLASER® SPORT in base ad uno
schema a multitrattamento giornaliero in cui il pro­tocollo da utilizzare è selezionato in base alle seguenti

informazioni:

• Area specica del corpo

• Indice di autovalutazione del dolore

• Numero del giorno del trattamento

sta password”, la seguente combinazione:
SINISTRA, DESTRA, ALTO, BASSO

RESET DELL’APPARECCHIO

Per riportare DOCLASER® / DOCLASER® SPORT alle

impostazioni di fabbrica, inserire la seguente password
nella schermata “richiesta password”:
BASSO, DESTRA, ALTO, SINISTRA

REGOLE DI SMALTIMENTO

Il prodotto alla ne della propria vita utile, deve essere
raccolto separatamente dagli altri riuti, consegnando­lo agli idonei centri di raccolta dierenziata dei riuti
elettronici ed elettrotecnici, oppure riconsegnarla al ri­venditore al momento dell’acquisto di una nuova appa­recchiatura di tipo equivalente, in ragione di uno a uno.

GARANZIA

I dispositivi medicali modello DOCLASER® / DOCLA­SER® SPORT sono garantiti per due anni sia per rottura
di componenti che la mano d’opera necessaria.

QUICK GUIDE

OVERVIEW

DOCLASER® / DOCLASER® SPORT is a Class-IV
laser device, certied and classied as a medical instru­ment in Class 2b (93/42/EEC, 47/2007EEC). It diers
from normal therapeutic laser instruments as it is desi­gned to provide for ‘self-administered treatment’.

Please note that it is very important to read and review
the content of the enclosed manual (CD) before using this
device.

e device bears the marking 0068.

PROCEDURE FOR USE

• Switch on the device by pressing the ‘OK’ key for

about 5 seconds

• At the rst start-up select language

• Wait until the soware asks you to insert the password

• Insert the password: UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT

CONTRAINDICATIONS

Suspected or fully-developed neoplasia, pregnancy,
haemorrhagic areas, epilepsy, infected areas (contami­nated, open wounds), herpes zoster / herpes simplex,

general states of infection, children under the age of 16,

direct exposure to the eyes.
N.B.: no particular precaution is required during tre­atment in the case of persons with prostheses or a pace­maker or in the case of diabetes.
It should be noted that for all persons who have re­ceived radio or chemotherapy any physical therapy is

contraindicated for a period of 5 years following the last
session of treatment.

ORDINARY MAINTENANCE

DOCLASER® / DOCLASER® SPORT must be stored
in its case, protected against sources of intense heat. It

must not be kept in an environment where temperatu­res will remain low (< 10°C) for long periods of time.
Failure to respect this condition will immediately result

in the laser not being usable.

EXCLUSIVE PROTOCOL

e treatment protocol to be followed is selected by
the DOCLASER® / DOCLASER® SPORT soware on
the basis of a daily, multi-treatment approach, in which

the protocol to be used is selected on the basis of the

following input:

• Specic painful area of the body

• Self-evaluation of pain

• Treatment day (number)

It is possible come back to language selection inserting,

during the DOCLASER® / DOCLASER® SPORT pas-

sword request, the following sequence:
LEFT, RIGHT, UP, DOWN.

RESTORE FACTORY CONFIGURATION

To reinstate DOCLASER® / DOCLASER® SPORT to

factory conguration inserting, during the password
request, the following keys sequence:
DOWN, RIGHT, UP, LEFT.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR DISPOSAL

When the instrument is no longer needed and has rea­ched the end of its working life, it should not be dispo­sed of just like any other waste product but delivered

to a dierentiated refuse collection site for electronic

equipment or simply returned to the retailer from
whom it was purchased when a new laser source has

to be purchased.

WARRANTY

medical device is guaranteed for a period of two years
against breakage and failure of its components and any
consequent repair work that may be required.
