Montáž tlumiče na motory 45/50 ccm

1. Přišroubujte tlumič na válec motoru a

lehce dotáhněte.

2. Přišroubujte držák tlumiče (3) na trn (2)

šroubem (4) a dotáhněte.

3. Držák připevněte lehce k tlumiči šroubem

(1) s podložkou.

4. V případě potřeby použijte distanční
podložku ∅6 (5).

5. Dotáhněte pevně tlumič na válec motoru.

6. Dotáhněte pevně šroub na zadní víko.

7. Dotáhněte pevně šroub (1).

Schalldämpfereinbau auf die Motoren 45/50 ccm

1. Befestigen Sie leicht der Schaldämpfer auf dem Zylinder des Motors.

2. Befestigen Sie der Halter (3) auf dem Dorn (2) mittels Schraube (4).

3. Halter auf dem Schalldämpfer mittels Schraube (1) mit Unterlegscheibe leicht befestigen.

4. Wenn nötig, die Unterlegscheibe Ø6 (5) benutzen.

5. Der Schalldämpfer auf dem Zylinder fest befestigen.

6. Die Schraube auf dem Hinterdeckel fest nachziehen.

7. Die Schraube (1) fest nachziehen.

Assembling the exhausts to engine 45/50 ccm

1. Screw the exhaust on the engines cylinder

and lightly tighten.

2. Screw the exhaust holder (3) on the pin (2)

using the screw (4) and tighten.

3. Fix the holder to the exhaust lightly using

the screw (1) and a washer.

4. If necessary use clearance washer ∅6 (5).

5. Tighten exhaust on the engine cylinder

well.

6. Screw the exhaust also on the rear back

plate of the engine.

7. Tighten the screw (1) well.
