Thank you for purchasing the miniVox MV100 portable USB
speakerphone. The miniVox is a user-friendly speaker and
microphone combination unit that allows you to have clear
conversations through your internet connection, whether you’re
at home, at work, or on the road. A headset jack is available for
private conversations.

The DSP-enabled built-in echo cancellation and noise
suppression will allow natural and smooth conversations with
your friends and family. Simply plug the USB connector into a
computer with internet connection, connect the miniVox, and
you’re ready to talk!
Compatibility
The miniVox is designed to work with virtually any Instant
Messenger (IM) or Voice over IP software. This includes, but is
not limited to: Yahoo IM, AIM, MSN Messenger, Apple iChat,
Skype, WebEx, NetMeeting, Vonage, and Net2Phone.

miniVox-MV100 Setup Instructions
1 Connect the USB cable to the miniVox and plug the other end
into the USB port of the computer. The red LED should light up,
indicating the device is ready for use.
2 Run your favorite IM or Voice over IP software and enable the
talk feature.

Adjusting Speaker and Microphone Volumes
1 Open the Windows volume control panel
2 Go to Options Menu, then select Properties
3 Select “USB Audio Device” as the Mixer Device
4 To adjust speaker volume, select Adjust Volume for Playback,
and adjust to your preferred setting
5 To adjust microphone volume, select Adjust Volume for
Recording, and adjust to your preferred setting
Note: Some IM and online meeting programs have much higher output
speaker levels than others. If the volume is too high, the sound might
be distorted. In this case, adjust the speaker volume lower to a more
comfortable level.
