Quick Installation Guide
Overview
The HDMI over Coax Extender Kit (500465) allows HDMI equipment to be connected
up to 250ft (76m) @ 1080p via one (1) RG-59 coaxial cable in a point-to-point
configuration. The Transmitter converts the HDMI signal to SDI and the Receiver
converts the SDI signal back to HDMI, supporting resolutions of 480i (SD-SDI),
720p/1080i (HD-SDI) and 1080p (3G-SDI), and allows the user to benefit from an
existing coax cable infrastructure. The kit thereby enables conversion of the HDMI to
the SDI environment and vice-versa, and includes one (1) Transmitter and one (1)
Receiver.
