Rivolgersi al più vicino centro di assistenza tecnica autorizzato. • Se si desidera eliminare il dispositivo denitivamente, consegnarlo per lo smaltimento ad un’istituzione
locale per il riciclaggio.

Attenzione e precauzione per l’installazione

• Questo prodotto in combinazione con amplicatore può essere capace di produrre livelli sonori che possono causare perdite d’udito permanenti. Si raccomanda di evitare
l’esposizione ad alti livelli sonori o livelli non confortevoli per periodi di tempo lunghi. • Se il dispositivo dovesse trovarsi ad operare in condizioni dierenti da quelle
descritte nel presente manuale, potrebbero vericarsi dei danni: in tal caso la garanzia verrebbe a decadere. Inoltre, ogni altra operazione potrebbe provocare cortocircuiti,

Descrizione

Queste colonne sonore sono state realizzate specialmente per l’impiego in impianti PA che usano un’uscita audio di 100 V. La custodia prolata in allu­minio le rende particolarmente robuste.

Speciche tecniche

Diusore acustico a colonna in alluminio in grado di riprodurre messaggi vocali con grande intelligibilità.

Installazione

1. Se l’impianto PA è già acceso occorre per prima cosa spegnerlo completamente!

2. Estrarre il tappo del commutatore di potenza sul retro. Mediante un cacciavite, impostare la potenza nominale

della colonna e la sua impedenza.

3. Collegare la colonna sonora con l’uscita dell’amplicatore PA mediante il cavo di collegamento.

4. Se si collegano più altoparlanti fare attenzione che la polarità sia uguale per tutti (conduttore nero = negativo).

Pulizia e manutenzione

• Durante gli interventi, assicurarsi che l’area sotto il luogo di installazione sia libera da personale non qualicato.

• Tutte le viti utilizzate per l’installazione dell’unità e le sue parti dovrebbero essere assicurate saldamente e non dovrebbero essere corrose.

• Alloggiamenti, elementi di ssaggio e di installazione (sotto, sospensioni) dovrebbero essere totalmente esenti da qualsiasi deformazione.

• Per la pulizia usare solo un panno morbido, asciutto o leggermente inumidito; non impiegare in nessun caso prodotti chimici o detergenti aggressivi.

General Instructions

• The products referred to in this manual conform to the European Community Directives and are therefore marked with . • During operation, there is a hazard of contact
with a voltage of up to 100 V~ at the terminals. Never make any modication on the unit not described in this instruction manual, otherwise you will risk an electric shock. •
The connection to the main network of electric distribution must be carried out by a qualied electrical installer. Check that the main frequency and voltage correspond to
those for which the unit is designed as given on the electrical data label. • Never use the xture under the following conditions: - in places subject to vibrations or bumps; - in
places with a temperature of over 45°C or less than 2°C. • Make certain that no inammable liquids, water or metal objects enter the xture. • Do not dismantle or modify the
xture. • All work must always be carried out by qualied technical personnel. Contact the nearest sales point for an inspection or contact the manufacturer directly. • If the
unit is to be put out of operation denitively, take it to a local recycling plant for a disposal which is not harmful to the environment.

Warnings and installation precautions

• This product in combination with amplier, may be capable of producing dangerous sound levels that could cause permanent hearing loss. Do not operate for a long period
of time at high volume level or at a level that is uncomfortable. • If this device will be operated in any way dierent to the one described in this manual, it may suer damages
and the guarantee becomes void. Furthermore, any other operation may lead to dangers like short circuit, burns, electric shock, ect. • The maximum achievable volume
gain depends on the acoustical environment and positioning of the units. • Before starting any maintenance work or cleaning the unit, cut o power from the main supply.

Description

These speaker columns are designed especially for PA systems which operate with 100 V technique. Due to the cabinets of aluminium prole they are
especially robust.

Installation

1. In case the PA system is switched on, rst switch it o completely!

2. On the rear side pull out the locking plug of the power selector switch. By means of a screw driver adjust the rated

load by the speaker column and its impedance with the switch.

3. Connect the speaker column via the connection cable to the output of the PA amplier.

4. With the connection of several speakers observe that all speakers are polarized in the same way (black core = negative
pole).

Cleaning the unit and maintenance

• Make sure the area below the installation place is free from unwanted persons during setup.

• All screws used for installing the device and any of its parts should be tightly fastened and should not be corroded.

• Housings, xations and installation spots (ceiling, suspensions) should be totally free from any deformation.

• For cleaning only use a soft cloth, dry or slightly damp; never use chemicals or aggressive detergents.

Shipments and claims

The goods are sold “ex works” and always travel at the risk and danger of the distributor.
Eventual damage will have to be claimed to the freight forwarder. Any claim for broken packs will have to be forwarded within 8 days from the reception of the goods.
