1.Safety

1.1 Risks that can occur by using incorrectly the equipment

• The hot air space heater is equipped with safety devices that have been tested and appro­ved.

• An incorrect use can prove dangerous for the person using the unit or for the equipment
connected to the same electric circuit.

• All personel installing, using or operating a maintenance programme on this equipments
must carefully follow the instructions contained in this manual.

1.2 Safety instructions

Attention!

• This sign indicates a possible danger. If you do not follow the correct procedure when you
see thi symbol you could cause damage to objects or accidentaly injure people.

Important!

• This indicates that you must follow one single instruction or a series of instructions for a
safe use of the equipment.

1.3 General precautions

• Hot air space heaters with a flue can be used indoors where there are people. The exhaust
gas released must be conveyed and led outside passing through a chimney.

Attention!

• Do not install the equipment in premises where there is any kind of explosive material or
any type of live flame.

Attention!

• The exhaust gas released can cause fire. Always keep a safety distance from inflamable
materials.

1.4 Exhaust gas

• The acoustic pressure level of the whole range of these hot air space heaters is inferior to
80 dB(A). The CO in the gas is inferior to the maximum quantity that is permitted by techni­cal standards.

1.5 Risk prevention

• The hot air space heater burns the oil in a closed combustion chamber. The exhaust gas
released is expelled outdoors through a chimney. The hot air is expelled by a helicoidal or
centrifugal fan.

• The fan is protected by a grid situated at the air inlet. The equipment must never be used
without the protective grid because it could cause damage to things or injure people.

• The entry and exit air conduct must always be completely free from any obstacle that might
obstruct and overheat the equipment.

• If the hot exhaust gas released hits directly any inflamable material it could easily start
a fire.

• Before any type of maintenance or cleaning operation always disconnect the electric circuit.

• Use this equipment for heating and ventilating and do not use for any other purpose.

1.6 Precautions for use

• These hot air space heaters must only be operated by qualified personnel who before any
kind of operation must carefully read and understand the contents of this manual.

1.7 Installment precautions

The equipment must be installed on stable and levelled ground, in a safe position, protected
from any obstacle that could cause damage to it.

Attention!

• When installing the equipment always make sure that the entry and exit air conducts are
free from any obstacle.

1.8 Safety measures

• The back grid on the air conduct prevents any kind of accidental contact with obstacles or
people.

Attention!

• When functioning the fan could automatically start rotating. The grid must only be removed
by authorized personnel once the equipment has been safetly cut off from the electric cir­cuit.

2.Installment instructions

Attention!

• The hot air space heaters function with oil burners. It is necessary that authorized person­nel connects the equipment to the regular feeding system by following all instructions indi­cated on the leaflet and all safety rules.

Attention!

• The exhaust gas released can be very dangerous if expelled in a room with people or ani­mals. For thi reason it is important to connect a pipe and external chimney to expell the
exhaust gas outside.

Attention!

• The hot exhaust gas can be dangerous and could start a fire. Do not use the equipment in
premises that contain explosive materials inside or any kind of live flame.

• When installing the equipment on building sites or on agricultural land remember to follow
all safety rules and the regular injury-prevention legislation.

• We also advise you to respect the following minimum safety distance from any inflamable
element:

on both sides: 0,60 m air entry side: 0,60 m
above 2,00 m air exit side: 2,00 m

• These units can be used without a chimney only in open premises.

3.How to use the equipment

Important!

• Before using the equipment always check that the electric cables are not damaged.

• The power cord can only be changed by qualified personnel.

3.1 Start up

• The equipment can be used with or without the room thermostat. If a room thermostat is
used:
a) take off the thermostat socket cap
b) insert the thermostat plug in the socket

• If a room thermostat is not used you should insert the thermostat cap in the socket.

• Connect the cable to the electric power system.

• For all three-phase models it is necessary to have a three-phase 400 V socket with neutral
and earth wire.

• Connect the equipment to a chimney or to a pipe in order to expell the exhaust gas outsi­de. Check that there is a forced draught of at least 0,1 mbar.

• If there is a thermostat adjust it at the temperature you wish to obtain.

• Position the change-over switch on the position (for heating). In this way you start the
burner and a few seconds later, necessary for pre-heating, the fan starts rotating.

Ventilation

• Carefully connect the electric cable of the equipment to the socket. Position the change­over switch on position (for ventilation).

3.2 Switching off

Heating

• Position the change-over switch on the “0” position. When the burner stops, the ventilator
goes on operating to cool the combustion chamber and later stop automatically.

Ventilation

• Position the change-over switch on the “0” position.

4. Maintenance

Important!

• All maintenance operation on the equipment must be carried out by qualified personnel.

• Every 12 months the equipment must be cleaned, however if the unit is situated in a dusty
or dirty room this operation must be repeated more than often.

5. Solutions to possible problems

Attention!

• It is very dangerous to touch any electric part that could cause serious injuries to peo­ple. The maintenance of the electric system must always be carried out by an authori­zed Technical Service.

PROBLEMA CAUSA RIMEDIO

• Se è presente un termostato ambiente regolarlo alla temperatura desiderata.

• Portare il commutatore sulla posizione (riscaldamento). In questo modo si avvia il bru­ciatore e dopo un tempo di preriscaldamento di alcuni secondi parte il ventilatore.

Ventilazione

• Collegare il cavo di alimentazione l’apparecchio ad una presa di corrente. Portare il commu­tatore sulla posizione (ventilazione).

3.2 Spegnimento

Riscaldamento

• Portare il commutatore sulla posizione “0”. Il bruciatore si spegne, il ventilatore continua a
girare per raffreddare la camera di combustione e poi si arresta automaticamente.

Ventilazione

• Portare il commutatore sulla posizione “0”.

4. Manutenzione

Importante!

• Gli interventi di manutenzione sull’apparecchio essere effettuati esclusivamente da persona­le qualificato.

• Un intervento di pulizia completa dell’apparecchio deve essere effettuato ogni 12 mesi, più
frequentemente se l’apparecchio è usato in ambienti molto polverosi.

5. Soluzione di problemi

Attenzione!

• Il contatto accidentale con parti sotto tensione può causare gravi danni alle persone. La
manutenzione dell’impianto elettrico è riservata al Servizio di Assistenza Tecnica o
comunque a personale qualificato.

1.Sicherheit

1.1 Gefahren, die sich aus dem unsachgemäßen Gebrauch des Geräts ergeben

• Der Warmlufterzeuger ist mit geprüften und genehmigten Sicherheitsvorrichtungen versehen.

• Der ungenaue und unsachgemäße Gebrauch des Geräts kann eine Gefahrenquelle für den
Benutzer sein und für die andere Apparaten, die mit derselben elektrischen Anlage verbunden
sind.

• Die für die Installation, den Gebrauch, die Wartung des Geräts zugelassenen Personen müs­sen sich an die Anweisungen halten, die in diesem Handbuch enthalten sind.

1.2 Sicherheitsanleitungen

Achtung!

• Zeigt eine mögliche Gefahrsituation an. Wird eine Anleitung, die mit diesem Zeichen versehen
ist, nicht berücksichtigt, kann dies Personen- und Sachschäden verursachen.

Wichtig!

• Verweist auf eine Anleitung oder eine Serie wichtiger Informationen für das sichere
Funktionieren des Geräts.

1.3 Allgemeine Vorschriftsmaßnahmen

• Die Warmlufterzeuger mit Kamin können in geschlossenen Räumen verwendet werden, in
denen sich ständig Personen aufhalten. Die Abgase müssen durch einen Abzug nach außen
geleitet werden.

Achtung!

• Das Gerät nicht in Räumen installieren, in denen explosive Stoffe oder offenes Feuer sind.

Achtung!

• Die warmen Abgase können Brände verursachen. Die Mindestsicherheitsabstände von feuer­gefährlichen Materialien einhalten.

1.4 Emissionen

• Der A-bewertete Schalldruckpegel von den Warmlufterzeugern beträgt weniger als 80 dB(A).

• Der CO-Gehalt in den Abgasen ist niedriger als die nach den geltenden Vorschriften zugelas­senen Höchstwerte.

1.5 Gefahrenverhütung

• Die Warmlufterzeuger verbrennen Heizöl in einer geschlossen Brennkammer. Die erzeugten
Abgase werden durch einen Kamin nach außen geleitet. Die Warmluft wird durch einen
Achsialoder Radial-Lüfter nach außen geblasen.

• Der Lüfter ist durch ein Gitter geschützt, das sich im Einlaßbereich der Luft befindet. Der
Betrieb des Geräts ohne das vordere Gitter kann Verletzungen oder Schäden an Personen oder
Sachen verursachen, die mit den drehenden Flügeln in Berührung kommen.

• Die Einlaß- und Auslaßbereiche der Luft müssen immer vollständig frei sein, um die Überhit­zung des Geräts zu vermeiden.

• Die warmen Abgase können Brände verursachen, wenn sie direkt über feuergefährliches
Material hinweggehen.

• Vor Beginn der Wartung oder Reinigung das Gerät vom Stromnetz trennen.

• Das Gerät niemals für andere als für die vorgesehenen Zwecke verwenden (Heizung, Lüftung).

1.6 Gebrauch des Geräts

• Die Warmlufterzeuger sollen nur von fähigem und für den Gebrauch dieser Geräte geschultem
Personal bedient werden. Insbesondere müssen die Benutzer den Inhalt dieses Handbuchs
lesen und verstehen, ehe sie das Gerät gebrauchen.

1.7 Vorsichtsmaßnahmen für die Installation

• Die Geräte sollen fest auf einer horizontalen Fläche installiert und vor möglichen Stössen oder
Beschädigungen geschützt werden.

Attenzione!

• Assicurarsi che l’apparecchio sia installato in modo tale da escludere l’ostruzione delle sezio­ni di ingresso e di uscita aria e controllare che queste siano sempre libere durante il funzio­namento.

1.8 Misure di protezione

• La griglia posteriore sulla bocca di aspirazione dell’aria previene contatti accidentali di per­sone o cose con il ventilatore in rotazione.

Attenzione!

• Durante il funzionamento il ventilatore può entrare in rotazione in modo automatico. La gri­glia posteriore deve essere rimossa solo da personale qualificato per interventi di manuten­zione o riparazione, da effettuarsi con l’apparecchio non sotto tensione.

2. Istruzioni per l’installazione

Attenzione!

• I generatori di aria calda sono progettati per il funzionamento con bruciatori a gasolio. Il
bruciatore deve essere essere collegato all’apparecchio e al circuito di alimentazione del
combustibile da un installatore qualificato seguendo le istruzioni riportate sul libretto di
istruzioni del bruciatore e le norme di sicurezza vigenti.

Attenzione!

• I gas di scarico sono molto dannosi se vengono immessi in un ambiente chiuso dove si trovi­no persone o animali. Collegare sempre l’apparecchio ad un camino per lo scarico dei fumi
all’esterno.

Attenzione!

• I gas di scarico caldi possono provocare incendi. E’ vietato usare l’apparecchio in locali con
rischio di esplosioni o in presenza di fiamme libere.

• Per l’installazione dell’apparecchio in campo edile o agricolo devono essere rispettate le
leggi sulla sicurezza e sulla protezione dagli infortuni vigenti nei rispettivi settori.

• In particolare si consiglia di rispettare le seguenti distanze minime di sicurezza da sostanze
infiammabili:
laterale: 0,60 m lato ingresso aria: 0,60 m
superiore: 2,00 m lato uscita aria: 2,00 m

• L’apparecchio può essere usato senza camino solo in ambienti aperti.

3. Uso dell’apparecchio

Importante!

• Prima di usare l’apparecchio controllare sempre che il cavo di alimentazione non sia dan­neggiato.

• Il cavo di alimentazione può essere sostituito solo da personale qualificato.

3.1 Avviamento

• L’apparecchio può essere usato con o senza termostato ambiente. Se è presente un termo­stato ambiente togliere il cappuccio dalla presa termostato e inserire la spina del termostato
ambiente nella presa.

• Se non si usa il termostato ambiente è necessario che il cappuccio della presa termostato sia
inserito nella presa.

• Collegare il cavo di alimentazione ad una presa di corrente.

• Per i modelli con motore trifase è necessaria una presa trifase 400 V con neutro e terra.

• Collegare l’apparecchio ad un camino o ad una tubazione per l’espulsione dei gas di scarico
all’esterno. E’ bene assicurare un tiraggio di almeno 0,1 mbar.

Achtung!

• Sicherstellen, daß das Gerät derart installiert ist, daß eine Verstopfung der Lufteinlaß- und
Auslaßquerschnitte auszuschließen ist und prüfen, daß diese während des Betriebs immer
frei sind.

1.8 Schutzmaßnahmen

• Das hintere Gitter auf der Luftansaugöffnung verhindert zufällige Berührungen von
Personen oder Sachen mit dem drehenden Lüfter.

Achtung!

• Während des Betriebs kann der Lüfter automatisch angehen. Das hintere Gitter soll nur von
qualifiziertem Personal für die Wartung oder Reparatur bewegt werden, wenn das Gerät
nicht unter Spannung steht

2.Installationsanleitungen

Achtung!

• Die Warmlufterzeuger sind für den Betrieb mit Heizölbrennern ausgelegt und geprüft. In
jedem Fall muß der Brenner mit dem Gerät und dem Heizölkreislauf von einem qualifizierten
Installateur verbunden werden, wobei die im Anleitungsheft für den Brenner angegebenen
Anweisungen und die geltenden Sicherheitvorschriften zu befolgen sind.

Achtung!

• Die Abgase sind sehr gefährlich wenn sie in geschlossenen Räumen abgeführt werden. Das
Gerät an einen Kamin anschließen um die Abgase ins Freie abzuleiten.

• Bei der Installation des Geräts im Bauwesen oder in der Landwirtschaft müssen die Gesetze
über die Sicherheit und den Unfallschutz, die in den betreffenden Sektoren gelten, berücksi­chtigt werden. Insbesondere wird der folgende Mindestsicherheitsabstand von feuergefährli­chen Substanzen empfohlen:

seitlich: 0,60 m Ansaugseite: 0,60 m
oben: 2,00 m Ausblasseite: 2,00 m

• Das Gerät kann ohne Kamin nur in freier Umgebung gebraucht werden.

WARNUNG (NUR FÜR DEUTSCHLAND)

• Laut der Verordnung über Kleinfeuerungsanlagen - erste Verordnung zur Durchführung des
Bundes-Immissionsschutzgesetz 1.BImSchV, das für Deutschland gültig ist, darf dieses Gerät,
auf sich die Anweisungen beziehen, nicht an einem Ort aufgestellt werden, an dem es mehr
als 3 (drei) Monate lang ununterbrochen benutzt wird.

3.Gebrauch des Geräts

Wichtig!

• Vor Gebrauch des Geräts immer prüfen, daß das Zuleitungskabel nicht beschädigt ist.

• Das Zuleitungskabel kann nur von qualifiziertem Personal ausgewechselt werden.

3.1 Ingangsetzung

Heizung

• Das Gerät kann mit oder ohne Raumthermostat verwendet werden. Ist ein Raumthermostat
vorhanden, den Deckel der Thermostatsteckdose abnehmen und den Stecker des
Raumthermostats in die Steckdose stecken. Wird kein Raumthermostat verwendet, muß der
Blindstecker in der Steckdose stecken.

• Das Zuleitungskabel mit einer Steckdose verbinden.

• Für die Modelle mit Dreiphasenmotor ist eine geerdete Dreiphasensteckdose 400 V
erforderlich.

• Das Gerät mit einem Kamin oder einer Rohrleitung für den Abzug der Abgase nach außen
verbinden. Es soll ein Abzug von mindestens 0,1 mbar sein.

1.Sicurezza

1.1 Rischi derivanti dall’uso improprio dell’apparecchio

1.3 Precauzioni generali

• I generatori di aria calda con camino possono essere utilizzati in ambienti chiusi dove si tro­vano stabilmente persone. I gas di scarico devono essere espulsi all’esterno attraverso un
camino.

Attenzione!

• Non installare l’apparecchio in locali contenenti sostanze esplosive o fiamme libere.

• I gas di scarico caldi possono provocare incendi. Osservare le distanze minime di sicurezza
da materiali infiammabili.

1.4 Emissioni

• Il livello di pressione acustica equivalente dei generatori di aria calda della gamma è inferio­re agli 80 dB(A).

• Il contenuto di CO nei gas di scarico è inferiore ai valori massimi ammessi dalle norme vigenti.

1.5 Prevenzione dei rischi

• I generatori di aria calda bruciano gasolio in una camera di combustione chiusa. I gas di sca­rico generati vengono espulsi all’esterno attraverso un camino. L’aria calda viene soffiata
all’esterno per mezzo di un ventilatore elicoidale o centrifugo.

• Il ventilatore è protetto da una griglia situata nella sezione di ingresso dell’aria. Il funziona­mento dell’apparecchio senza la griglia posteriore può causare lesioni o danni a persone o
cose che vengano in contatto con le pale rotanti.

• Le sezioni di ingresso e di uscita dell’aria devono sempre essere completamente libere per
evitare il surricaldamento dell’apparecchio.

• I gas di scarico caldi possono generare incendi se investono direttamente materiali infiamma­bili.

• Prima di effettuare qualsiasi intervento di manutenzione o di pulizia scollegare l’apparecchio
dalla rete elettrica.

• Non usare mai l’apparecchio per scopi diversi da quelli per cui è progettato (riscaldamento,
ventilazione).

1.6 Uso dell’apparecchio

• I generatori di aria calda devono essere usati solo da persone capaci e addestrate all’uso di
tali apparecchi. In particolare gli utilizzatori devono leggere e capire i contenuti di questo
manuale prima di usare l’apparecchio.

1.7 Precauzioni per l’installazione

• Gli apparecchi devono essere installati in posizione stabile su un piano orizzontale, al riparo
da possibili urti o danneggiamenti.

4.Wartung

Wichtig!

• Die Wartung des Geräts soll ausschließlich durch qualifiziertes Personal erfolgen. Eine voll­ständige Reinigung des Geräts soll alle 12 Monate durchgeführt werden. Wenn das Gerät in
sehr staubiger Umgebung benutzt wird, auch öfter. Verwenden Sie nur die vom Hersteller
vorgeschlagenen Originalersatzteile.

Ventilation.

• Brancher le câble d’alimentation de l’appareil à une prise de courant. Mettre le commutateur
sur la position (ventilation).

1. Sécurité

1.1. Risques dérivants d’une mauvaise utilisation de l’appareil

• Le générateur d’air chaud comprend des dispositifs de sécurité testés et approuvés.

• Une mauvaise utilisation de l’appareil peut être dangereuse pour l’utilisateur et pour les
autres appareils branchés sur la même installation électrique.

• Les personnes s’occupant de l’installation, de l’utilisation et de l’entretien de l’appareil doi­vent suivre les instructions contenues dans ce manuel.

1.2. Instructions de sécurité

Attention!

• Ceci indique une situation de danger possible. Le non respect d’une instruction marquée de
ce symbole peut entrainer des dommages aux personnes et aux objets.

1.3. Précautions générales

• Les générateurs d’air chaud avec cheminée peuvent être utilisés dans des locaux fermés où
les personnes se trouvent en permanence. Les gaz d’échappement doivent être rejetés à
l’extérieur par le biais d’une cheminée.

• Ne pas installer l’appareil dans des locaux contenant des produits explosifs ou à proximité
d’une flamme.

• Les gaz d’échappement chauds peuvent provoquer des incendies. Respecter les distances
minimales de sécurité des matériaux inflammables.

1.4. Emissions

• Le niveau de la pression acoustique de la gamme des générateurs d’air chaud est inférieur
au 80 dB(A).

• Le contenu de CO dans les gaz d’échappement est inférieur aux valeurs maximales des nor­mes en vigueur.

1.5. Prévention des risques

• Le générateur d’air chaud brûle du gasoil dans une chambre de combustion fermée. Les gaz
d’échappement produits sont rejetés vers l’extérieur par le biais d’une cheminée. L’air chaud
est soufflé à l’extérieur par un ventilateur hélicoidal ou centrifuge.

• Le ventilateur est protégé par une grille placée dans la section d’entrée de l’air. Le
fonctionnement de l’appareil sans la grille arrière peut provoquer des lésions ou dommages
aux personnes ou aux objets qui sont en contact avec les ailes rotatives.

• La section d’entrée et de sortie de l’air doit être toujours dégagée pour éviter le surchauffe­ment de l’appareil.

• Les gaz d’échappement chauds peuvent provoquer des incendies s’ils sont en contact direct
avec les matériaux inflammables.

• Avant d’effectuer n’importe quelle intervention d’entretien ou de nettoyage, débrancher l’ap­pareil.

• Ne jamais utiliser l’appareil pour une utilisation autre que celle pour lequel il a été conçu
(chauffage, ventilation).

1.6. Utilisation de l’appareil

• Les générateurs d’air chaud doivent être utilisés seulement par des personnes compétentes
et entrainées pour l’utilisation de ces appareils. Les utilisateurs doivent tou particulièrement
lire et comprendre le contenu de ce manuel avant d’utiliser l’appareil.

1.7. Précautions à prendre pour l’installation

• Les appareils doivent être installés en position stable sur un plan horizontal, à l’abri de tout
choc.

Attention!

• S’assurer que l’appareil soit installé d’une façon à ne pas obstruer les sections d’entrée/sor­tie d’air et contrôler qu’elles soient toujours dégagées durant le fonctionnement.

1.8. Mesures de protection

• La grille postérieure sur la bouche d’aspiration d’air empêche les contacts accidentels avec
les personnes ou les objets lorsque le ventilateur tourne.

Attention!

• Durant le fonctionnement, le ventilateur peut tourner automatiquement. La grille postérieure
doit être enlever seulement par une personne qualifiée pour les interventions d’entretien ou
de réparation. Lors de l’éxécution de cette opération, l’appareil ne doit pas être sous ten­sion.

2. Instructions pour l’installation

Attention!

• Les générateurs d’air chaud sont projetés pour le fonctionnement avec brûleur à gasoil. Le
brûleur doit être branché à l’appareil et au circuit d’alimentation du combustible par un
installateur qualifié selon les instructions descrites sur le manuel du brûleur et les normes
de sécurité en vigueur.

Attention!

• Les gaz déchappement sont très nuisibles s’ils sont émis dans un local fermé où se trouvent
des personnes ou des animaux. Brancher toujours les appareils à une cheminée pour le rejet
des fumées à l’extérieur.

Attention!

• Les gaz d’échappement chauds peuvent provoquer des incendies. Il est interdit d’utiliser
l’appareil dans des locaux où il y a risque d’explosion ou à proximité d’une flamme.

• Pour l’installation de l’appareil dans le domaine du bâtiment ou agricole, les lois en vigueur
sur la sécurité et sur la protection contre les accidents doivent être respectées. Il est conseil­lé tout particulièrement de respecter les distances minimales de sécurité des produits
inflammables comme suit :
latéral: 0,60 m côté entrée air: 0,60 m
supérieur: 2,00 m côté sortie air: 2,00 m

• L’appareil peut être utilisé sans cheminée seulement dans des endroits à l’air libre.

3. Utilisation de l’appareil

Important!

• Avant d’utiliser l’appareil, contrôler toujours si le câble d’alimentation n’est pas endommagé.

• Le câble d’alimention pourra être changer seulement par une personne qualifée.

3.1. Allumage

• L’appareil peut être utilisé avec ou sans thermostat. S’il y a un thermostat, enlever le capu­chon de la prise du thermostat et introduire la fiche de ce dernier dans la prise.

• Brancher le câble d’alimentation à une prise de courant.

• Pour les modéles avec moteur triphasé, une prise triphasée 400 V avec fil neutre et fil mise
à terre est nécessaire.

• Relier l’appareil à une cheminée ou à une tuyauterie pour le rejet des gaz d’échappement
vers l’extérieur. S’assurer qu’il y a un tirage d’au moins 0,1 mbar. S’il y a un thermostat, le
régler à la température désirée.

• Mettre le commutateur sur la position (chauffage). De cette manière, le brûleur s’allume
et après un préchauffement de quelques secondes, le ventilateur se déclenche.
