Important Information

Please read these instructions carefully and keep them for future reference. Failure to
follow the instructions can seriously risk the safety of your child.
WARNING: Prevent serious injury or death from
sliding out, falls, or tipping over. Do not use in motor vehicle.
• Always secure child in the restraint until child is able to get in and
out of the booster seat without help (about 2 1/2 years old).
• Never leave child unattended.
• Never allow a child to push away from table.
• Secure all booster seat straps tightly to chair back and chair seat.
• Always check security of t to adult chair before each use.
• Only use with an adult chair with a seat back.
• Not for use on benches, stools, swivel chairs or any chair where all
safety straps cannot be properly secured.
• Chair must be larger than the base of the booster seat.
• Only attach to a chair according to the diagrams as shown and en
sure that the positioning of the Elevate™ Booster Seat is horizontal
when secured to the chair.

INSTALLING THE BOOSTER CHAIR
1. Unfold the booster's seat until it clicks into open position.
Works best with traditional straight back chair styles.
2. Place the booster on the chair and lean it against
the backrest. Adjust the angle until the booster seat
is horizontal.
NOTE: Check chair size to ensure that it has larger width,
depth and height than the booster seat. The booster
works best with traditional straight back chair styles.
3. Without turning the hooks, extend the telescoping arms
until the hooks are aligned to the top of the backrest.
NOTE: The arms will not extend if the hooks are turned.
Ensure proper t to adult chair. Some rounded and
curved adult chairs may inhibit proper t. Do not use
booster chair if the straps do not fasten correctly.
4. Turn the hooks outward 90° to lock the arms, and then
place the hooks over the chair's backrest. The hooks
must sit rmly on top of the backrest.
IMPORTANT: Be sure the booster seat is parallel to the
adult seat, see gure 2. Adjust as needed.

5. Secure the upper anchor strap around the chair's backrest. Tighten the strap to remove
all slack.
NOTE: Ensure proper t. Some rounded and curved adult chairs may inhibit proper t.
6. Secure the lower anchor strap around the chair's seat rest. Tighten the strap to remove
all slack.
7. Adjust the height of the seat to suit your child. Pinch the seat height adjuster levers on
the back (both sides), then move the seat higher or lower. The seat will lock into place
when the adjusters are released. There are 5 seat height positions that corresponds to
each adjustment marking (see 7C). Please do NOT pass the MAX. marking.

8. Recheck the backrest and seat anchor strap. Tighten as necessary to remove all slack.
USING THE BOOSTER CHAIR
9. Place your child on the booster seat and buckle
securely using the child restraint harness.
FOLDING THE BOOSTER CHAIR
1. With the booster seat empty, undo both the upper
and lower anchor straps.
2. Pull the seat lock triggers located just beneath the
booster's seat, and then tilt the seat backward.

3. Pinch the seat height adjuster levers and move the seat to its lowest position. Then turn
the hooks inward and retract the arms.
CLEANING THE BOOSTER CHAIR
Wipe with a damp cloth and air dry. Do not immerse in water.
