Before installing this MTPRI-HD23B or MTPRI-HD30B card in your CommPlete, be sure that
the MR9600 or MR9600-100 Controller card firmware is version is 2.42 or higher.

The upgrade file is available from the Multi-Tech web site at http://www.multitech.com to get
the MR9600 firmware upgrade if necessary. The CommPlete resources web page is at

http://www.multitech.com/support/commpleteresources.asp . There you can find the latest

Controller firmware (e.g., REL242.EXE). Obtain the file and expand it by executing it in a
temporary directory. For additional information, refer to Question 15 of the CommPlete FAQs at

http://www.multitech.com/support/FAQs/CommPlete.asp .

The requirements for using PRI firmware version 2.49.43 include:

1. MR9600 or MR9600-100 Controller card firmware version is 2.42 or higher

2. Modem firmware version x.06H or higher for Caller ID to work.

3. PRI firmware version 2.49.43 can be used with RASExpress version 5.31.

4. PRI firmware version 2.49.43 MUST be used with RASExpress version 5.40.
