Subject: Danfoss Solenoid Valve Coil Change

When replacing previous coil versions with latest coil type the o-ring must be removed and
discarded. The coil will not seat correctly on the valve stem when the o-ring is present. An snap
can be heard as the coil retainer seats. Improper coil seating can lead to erratic valve
performance and premature coil failure.
