The ADPT-32-4x8 is a special adapter to merge four miniature preamplifiers MPA8I. To guarantee the correct arrangements of the channels, it is mandatory to connect the MPA8Is in the illustrated manner.

The pins of the connectors are not symmetric: No 1 and No 11 are for grounding, No 2 is the reference. The 32 pin connector fits to the FlexMEA36 from Multi Channel Systems MCS GmbH (ADPT-FM-32) and for 32-channel NeuroNexus Probe (ADPT-NN-32).

Warning: The device may only be used together with the MPA8I from Multi Channel Systems

MCS GmbH, and only for the specified purpose. Damage of the device and even fatal injuries can result from improper use.

Bottom side: Make sure that the black sides of the four MPA8Is face to the adapter, otherwise the miniature preamplifiers will not work!

Scope of delivery: 1 ADPT-32-4x8 Installation: Connect four MPA8s on the rear side of the adapter. Make sure that the orientation of the MPA8s are in correct position as prescribed above.
