The culture chamber 6well-CC for 60-6wellMEAs
is made of teflon.

The culture chamber 6well-CC for 60-6wellMEAs is suitable for the 6 well round chamber rings as well as for
6 well triangle chamber rings. To use a 60-6wellMEA in combination with the 6well-CC as a culture chamber,
please insert an O-ring inside the 6well-CC for sealing. Cover the culture chamber with foil and fix the foil with
a second O-ring. Then mount the 6well-CC on the triangle or round chamber ring on the MEA. Make sure to
place the holes exactly above the chambers of the MEA ring. Fix the culture chamber 6well-CC carefully with
a socket head screw on the 6 well ring glued on the MEA.

Important The foil to cover the 6well-CC has to be ordered separately!

For example: ALA MEA-MEM-SHEET (Set of 10 3” x 3” sheets of fluorinated ethylene-propylene
membranes for sealed MEA culture dishes). Can be ordered at Multi Channel Systems MCS GmbH.
